This is the absolutely perfect beach! That one you could only see in your dreams. It has the most transparent waters ever, perfect white sand and multiple shades of blue when you see it at distance. Warm water, pool-calm waves, sun and the lovely welcome Anguilla people gives you. It cannot get any better. It's perfect, it's heaven.

This is the most beautiful beach on the island. Not a lot of nature shades. But there are chairs/umbrellas for rental. Good snorkeling towards the east side of the beach.

One of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Gorgeous water and white sand. Super clean. Decent snorkelling. Visited in early October and we were almost the only people on the beach.

Shoal Bay, nestled on the east coast of Anguilla, is a coastal gem that captivates visitors with its pristine beauty. Here’s a glimpse into this idyllic beach: Turquoise Waters and Champagne Sand: Shoal Bay boasts a two-mile stretch of powdery, pinkish-hued white sand. The azure waters are so clear that they seem to merge seamlessly with the sky. As you step onto the beach, the vibrant colors envelop you, creating a surreal paradise. Swimming and Strolling: Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or a leisurely beachcomber, Shoal Bay caters to all. The gentle waves invite you to take a refreshing dip. Beach walking here is a delight. The soft sand massages your feet as you explore the shoreline. The “Heart” of Shoal Bay: The central area, affectionately known as the “heart” of Shoal Bay, is where visitors typically park and access the beach. Here, you’ll find a cluster of restaurants, bars, and hotels lining the shore. It’s the perfect spot to savor local cuisine or sip cocktails by the water. Tropical Sunset Oasis: At the quieter end of Shoal Bay lies Tropical Sunset Restaurant and Bar. This hidden gem offers tranquility away from the bustling crowd. Their pina coladas, made from scratch, are a must-try. Pair them with fresh seafood treats for a delightful beachside lunch. Water Sports and Exploration: Shoal Bay isn’t just about sunbathing. It’s a hub for water sports like snorkeling, kayaking, and diving. As you explore, keep an eye out for the massive locust tree, locally known as ‘stinking toes’ due to its pungent scent when cracked open. The Bend and Beyond: Near “the bend”, Shoal Bay’s beauty reaches its peak. The view of the turquoise expanse against the pink sand is simply breathtaking. Take a leisurely stroll along the entire beach, from west to east, and let the natural splendor unfold before you. In summary, Shoal Bay is more than a beach—it’s an experience. Whether you’re sipping cocktails at Tropical Sunset or snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, this top-ranked Anguilla beach leaves an indelible mark on your soul. 🌴🌊🌞

Heaven on Earth! We went in May and stayed at The Manoah. Not crowded at all. Seriously the most beautiful beach we've ever seen!

Absolut weißer feiner traumhafter Sandstrand, spektakuläre Meeresfarben von Türkis in on allen Blautönen. Das Meer ist glasklar. Schnorcheln kenn man sich sparen.

A world class shallow turquoise water and white sand beach, go to Elodia’s Restsurant 200 meter East if you want more quiet waters for small kids, lunch and they give you chairs and umbrella for free, 20 usd worth.

This beach is truly stunning and arguably the best on the island, and one of the finest in the area. It boasts a spacious expanse with diverse sections: some areas feature chairs and restaurants, while others retain a more natural, untouched feel with no buildings. The beach's size allows you to choose between a secluded spot or a busier location, depending on your preference. Without a doubt, this beach is worth visiting and spending time at.

You can watch an endless amount of videos on Anguilla and nothing prepares you for this place. Absolutely breathtaking. When I first came up on the beach I was so flabbergasted, I couldn't speak for some time lol.

Very nice beach with beautiful white sand. There are a couple of beach bars which is very useful. Don't forget to clean up after yourself, do not leave trash on the beach. Small side note, when you are at this beach you have a beautiful view of the open ocean, and the birds diving into the water for some fresh fish. Must visit while in Anguilla.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Anguilla. The photos are taken from the side of the Zemi beach hotel where I was staying during my visit to Anguilla. Worth every moment to come and spend the day , few restaurants by the beach to enjoy food and cold beer

One of our favorite beaches on the island. Great food along the beach and spectacular sunset views. The beach is always clean and pretty quiet. Can get a little rough and wavy compared to other beaches in Anguilla.

The most beautiful beach in the world ever what I have seen so far! Really amazing and mind-blowing how beautiful it is. So chill and relaxed over here. The sand is white white, the see is beautiful and calm, the palm threes and nature around it is perfect. There is a nice spot on the corner of the beach were it bends a little, A really honeymoon/propose place!

Most gorgeous beach we saw on the island. Was invaded by SM tourists who came in by boat. But we loved it up until then. We stayed at the FS and this beach was way nicer minus the tourists.

One of the best beaches I've visited globally. Photos taken from the Shoal Bay Villas side where I was staying. Check my review on the Shoal Bay Villas for more information and photos.

Just wow. So beautiful, quiet and peaceful. There are lots of food options and restaurants with chairs and umbrellas. The white sand and clear blue waters are absolutely incredible. If you have snorkeling gear you can check out the fish - there weren’t many but there is great visibility if you are snorkeling.

Easily one of the best beaches on earth. Super empty, good vibes and chill, amazing clear turquoise water, very clean with an endless stretch of the softest sand anywhere. Amazing.

One of the most pristine, white sand and usually empty beaches. I love to jog on the sand or go walking or sitting whilst listening to the wave. There are a few restaurants on the beach as well. Even on the most crowded day, there is still space and place to be private and secluded.

Beautiful white sand which makes water color out of this world. The sand is also like plasticine so building out of it or just walking is extremely fun. If you are into snorkeling there are also some reefs here with some fishes. There are also beach chairs and bars next to the entrance indicated on Google maps if you want those.
