We have visited this park on numerous occasions and have always had a lovely time. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to scratch on our last visit, however the lovely team rectified the issue very quickly. There is so much for the kids to do and we love the beautiful greenery they have everywhere, that creates a resort like feel. The public amenities were lovely and clean and the heated indoor pool means fun for the kiddies all year round.

Don’t come here unless you have an army of kids to protect you from all the other kids that are screaming & running around the camping 24/7. Really, it looks amazing on the pictures but it’s fully targeted for kids. Everything fun closes WITH A LOCK after 7pm (when the adults could actually enjoy the facilities given the rest of the day are full of those little noisy creatures). In all the parks we’ve been these weeks (over 7) none of them locked their facilties with an actual lock… We got lucky and got a good price for our site, otherwise totally not worth it if you are looking for a relaxing day/night.

Awesome small holiday park for the family and friends. Majority is cabins with a few streets of caravan and tent sites. Big grass area in the middle of the park is excellent with an indoor and outdoor pool plus jumping pillow, kids club, little kids climbing equipment and more. We loved being able to walk to the beach across the road and the bowls club next door was awesome.

Had a great stay here! We were only in for one night as we are travelling on the road but had a really good experience. Would defiantly stay again! Staff were super friendly and very accomodating. Pet friendly too! The sites we were in were decent sized powered artificial grass sites for a camper and tent. Awesome gardens around the park and nice facilities! I liked the ability to have our own “bathroom” in the amenities. Recommend a visit across the road to Cheeky Dog! They allow dogs inside the building which we were totally blown away by! & a trip to Holberts oysters only 5 min drive away from the park. Some of the best Sydney rock oysters we’ve had!

We loved our stay here during the kids holiday. We stayed in the new treetop duplex. It was very clean and well equipped. Our only feedback would be how tight the space is between the bowling alley and the house. It was extremely difficult to get the car in and out (suv). It was frustrating when people leave their bikes by the bowling stairs as we had to leave the car and ask them to move the bikes to be able to get the car in. Other than that, we had a fabulous time, kids were well entertained. Lovely indoor play area and play field. We would return.

Great holiday park with so many activities for the kids to enjoy, we hardly left the facility during our whole stay as there were lots of fun things to entertain the family. Stayed in the Aloha cabin which was new, clean & beautiful.

We stayed in the treetop cabin , intially booked another cabin , rang the day before to change rooms the reception staff made it so easy and were great to speak to . Our cabin was two storey with garage under Neath , the stairs inleading up to room are quite steap and there are quite a few wouldn't recommend if your not highly mobile or with little ones . But other than the stairs the cabin is amazing , 3 bedrooms very modern and bathrooms were large with normal shower head and handheld . The kitchen great size , family sized fridge and dishwasher made it more luxury . Washer and dryer were so handy to dry off wet swimmers and towels . TVs in all rooms and a large tv and family sized couch made it so relaxing , we sat with the verandah sliding doors open to allow the outside in . The kids loved the pools , the indoor heated pool was a bit too cold for adult liking but kids were more than happy. The beach is a block away and wouldn't call it a beach, but again the kids loved it. Communication from staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs, morning text to alert the coffee van was at reception ( adults loved the real coffee) Highly recommend.

unsanitary pools (mold, chemicals not kept up during busy periods). faulty power point(unearthed). cockroach infestation. park has big water drainage problems, would be a big problem to tent campers during rain. faulty/broken outdoor lights (health hazard when touched). The Health & Safety of this park is in poor repute! oh and there is seriously no internet in the area, and the wifi provided is very poor.

Expensive and outdated, facilities are in need of maintenance. The location is out of the way if you want close to the Bay. Confusing when booking caravan sites online, I rang to verify and they increased the price (not happy, not a good start). We did not go back to the indoor heated pool as the screen door annoyingly kept on banging and unlatching, then the pool heater broke! The water was turned off for 1 day which was inconvenient (though we were advised a week earlier and provided 1 bottle of water, which is hard to rebook elsewhere in the holidays). For the kid's activities, an adult must also be present (no relaxing without the kids). Not the best experience, though I'm sure the oasis pool would be great in summer if not too crowded.

Mostly positive review. We camped in a tent on T21 July 2023. With an 8 and 3 yo. The showers/toilets were impressive! And there are two small square baths for young kids. The jumping pad is huge and attached to a games room. Need more games that don’t require coins or payment to operate. The bike track is great and the bowling alley is amazing! The kids playground is well set out. We hired a double Pedal kart. It was a bit difficult for the 8yo to pedal for the hour and we took it back early. The bowling club next door has great food and a kids play area. The heated pool has a fantastic little kids area for 2+ but also a 1.5m heated pool also for the bigger kids/adults. The camp kitchen needed a bench for food prep and would love it if the camp kitchen had an outdoor area like the games room. But the camp kitchen had two fairly new stoves/ovens and an 8 seater table. No communal pots/pans or plates/utensils. Only bad thing I have to say is the lack of respect some teenagers have using the under 5 play equipment and lack of staff roaming the ground to stop this from happening. The noise curfew was not adhered to either. But we will be staying here again. Cabin next time. Loved our 2 night stay! Thank you :)

This was our first time staying at a Big 4/caravan park. We stayed in the Kentia cabin with our two year old. We were very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and all the activities for children and families. The cabin itself had plenty of room for us. Everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay. Beds were super comfy too! The shower is above a bath which wasn’t an issue. And the bath was amazing! So big. We actually had the three of us in it one night lol. Had some beautiful birds visit us each day and ate out of my hand. (Being careful not to attract the ibis). Our daughter loved the under 5 indoor play area. And the big jumping pillow was awesome. The pools looked great but didn’t end up going in ourselves. The indoor one felt warm and seemed popular with the kids. We used the washing machines too. They take $1 and $2 coins and they had free washing powder. If you forget your coins you can get change from the reception. We went to the soldiers club and the pub which are right next door. Amazing food and so close. Each morning a coffee cart arrives around 8am and there was also a fresh seafood can that came around one day too. Movies to borrow for the dvd player are at reception as are some lollies and drinks and basic snacks. The only things that we would have loved would be a fitness room for mum and dad to get away ;) and for the cabins to be dog friendly. We did see dogs there but only at caravan sights. We were so impressed.

Great park, plenty to do especially for children. Next to bowling club and bannisters. Boat ramp, beach and fishing jetty across the road. Also some of the best amenities we have had in a holiday park.

A great park at a great location. One of the cleanest parks I have ever visited. The site was large and so clean. I love the artificial grass base for our annexe floor. The staff were lovely. Lots of places around to eat and close to many beaches. Will definitely be back.

Loved caravan park, neat and clean. One issue could caravans with babies and small children be placed nearer to each other and older or couples at a distance for a quieter sleep. A noisy van with small children and baby was put beside us with 6am wake up. I needed sleep that morning following a celebration birthday party night before. And coffee reminders are too early. We are here for a holiday.

This is the most expensive caravan park we have ever stayed in, so expensive that we were expecting mineral water to be provided. We were told over the phone and at reception there was no room for our small van, we arrived and were given a site next to a family with small children, we are an older couple it would have been nice to have been considered. Anyway I asked if we could move to a great site very private to be told again our motorhome would'nt fit, after much huffing and eye rolling by reception staff, over the radio to ground staff (they are moving to 17). Our van did fit and it was a beautiful site. Park staff very friendly. Way out of town, a few places to eat near by, we went to the Cheeky dog and took our 2 dogs with us and felt very welcome. Seriously guys this park is definately not worth $90 per night, this is taking advantage of being the only caravan park in the area.

Loved our stay at Big4 Ingenia Holiday park at Soldiers point. Was such an amazing space and so much for my 4 year old son to do and play with! My sleep was a little disturbed as the mattress in the main bed of our cabin was incredibly soft, but otherwise everything was perfect.

We spent 5 nights here and loved everything about it. The cabin was clean and well appointed, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was no shortage of fantastic activities for the kids to enjoy. Would absolutely go back.

We booked on the 16/10/23 and then found out the following week that the kids playground would be closed during our stay. Surely this would have been known at the time of booking and therefore should have been made aware to us before booking. Even if it wasn't aware to them at the time of our booking they should have notified us of this change rather then us having to find this out on our own. We rang afterwards to discuss this with the staff and they said 'what would you like us to do about this' as if this wasn't an issue at all. We paid full price without full use of the facilities. Aside from that experience here are some other observations: -clean rooms -facilities well maintained and clean -cabins were stocked with essentials like (washing liquid, washing sponges, cooking utensils, tea/coffee/sugar Note to staff: don't put knives in the drawers that are at kids height) -good location that is only a short drive to all the main things to do

We had an awesome stay! It was amazingly kid-friendly, there was so much for our two year old to do - two pools, kids playground, ballpit etc. The cabins were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of three. Grounds were green and tropical. The bowling club and boujee pub were literally next door and across the road which were also kid-friendly so dinners were easy or we had a BBQ at the communal BBQs. Coffee van came every morning. Staff were so lovely. It took about 20 minutes to get to beaches like Fingal Bay but that was no issue, we'd go to the beach in the morning and do the pool in the afternoon. Would highly recommend for families with kids!

Amazing! We stayed in the Phenoix house. Definitely worth it. The indoor and outdoor pool plus kids entertainment made up for no waster views. Second time here and plan to come back again and again!

We had a fantastic family reunion at Soldier's Point. The village green provided us with the perfect place to catch up while the kids went from activity to activity. The cabins are spacious and well equipped, the entire park is immaculate and the staff were excellent to deal with. We will be back!

Great facilities for camping. We did a powered tent site. The public bathroom is awesome! Better than some motels in Sydney. The synthetic grass made the job easier to built the tent. Hot swimming pool for the kids, perfect for winter. Will come back!!!

Unfortunately the park is not near the beaches, but is near the bay. In the huge positives, camp sites are perfectly sized for a large van, annex and car in a row, with a little garden bed between to offer privacy. Amazing! Especially loved the amenities with all toilets/bathrooms unisex, new and so clean. We've been travelling up the east coast and it was by far the best place we've stayed.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return there where so many activities for the kids, plenty of rec areas, safety for kids was high and there is a few places to each within walking distance. The only things I think that needed improving to ensure money value where - extremely poorly warn lounge we couldn't even sit in it we had to put every pillow we had on it to prop us up just so we could sit. Ended up sitting on the metal chairs instead. We had a breastfeeding baby so it was uncomfortable. -hard as hell mattresses in the kids rooms. -kitchen has zero pantry space. Non Whatso ever so a week stay meant having groceries in the bags in our rooms to trip over. -kitchen cupboard had a broken handle and needed maintenance. -no dustpan and brush so we had to sleep everything onto the veranda to keep the floors clean. - there is no phone service however thankfully incredibly fast internet. I don't think it was worth $1600. I would have felt more comfortable around the $1200 for quality however I have no regrets we had a fantastic stay and the kids loved it even tho the cabins were a little uncomfortable.

Other than a bit of disappointing booking experience, the stay was good. No traffic noise, good quality sleep, clean amenities and plenty of entertainment for kids. Possible to stay in comfortably when weather is bad, as ice cream van, coffee van and sea food van come to the park.

My family and I had a fabulous time at this holiday park. It was perfect for children and had great facilities and vibe. I loved my cabin but unfortunately one bed had a very soft mattress that was impossible to get a good nights sleep on. Apart from that, it was perfect.

We are staying here at the moment and 5 stars is still not enough. We have stayed here many times and will never get sick of it. The park is amazing! Cabins are perfect, the cleanliness is definitely of a high standard, the facilities are fantastic and the staff are friendly and welcoming!! The perfect family holiday destination!

We had a lovely 2 nights at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Soldier's Point late August 2022. As a Thursday/Friday stay we found Thursday to be quiet then more families came for the Friday/Weekend. The facilities were great for our young family (1yr old and 3yrs old). Outdoor play equipment and jumping pillow were a hit for the 3yr old. The rain was on and off during our stay so the additional indoor play area with ball pit and indoor heated pool were excellent. Great to spend time around like minded families. We even saw a koala across from the accommodation near the jetty, wasn't expecting to see one in built up suburbia.

Great caravan park, big spacious sites. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Facilities great. Indoor pool was a bonus! Bathroom amenities were always clean. Can't wait to visit again.

Possibly the greatest and best holiday park in NSW. Outdoor pool, indoor pool with splash park (heated!!). Jumping pillow, playground AND an indoor playground. That's the kids sorted!! Clean facilities, safe surrounds, coffee van and proximity to Bannister's and other day spas- that's mum sorted. Everyone happy and entertained, and the cheeky dog and bowling club next door that's dad sorted! So close to multiple quiet beaches.
