This travels totally spoiled our family trip plan. First disappointment was the delay in providing the vehicle, driver reached my place after 4 hours delay and the 13 seated vehicle that came for our service was a garbage. Interior is awful, no music system, no video, no side screens. Vehicle had bad wheel alignment and driver himself had so many complaints about the vehicle. We felt too much wobble after crossing 80kmph. We had Totally unpleasant travel experience. Regarding driver, before to our travel he completed another trip and this is his continuous second trip, he is totally down and sleepy as soon as he started the vehicle. He literally slept after crossing Chengalpet and had multiple tea breaks before reaching vikravandi and then we requested him to sleep for a while. After he is alright, thought out the trip he drove the vehicle like a lorry and doesn’t consider travelers as humans. Too much rash driving in that not well maintained vehicle. The rear wheel suspension was literally hanging out and he doesn’t care about it. In addition to all these, he literally broke out having verbal fight with us after he warned him not to take risky overtakes in Salem two way roads where overtakes are not allowed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALLTOGETHER

I wanted to give 0 rating especially after all the fake promises made. The rate charged for a worst tempo traveler despite of promising a luxury traveler vehicle is day time robbery. Highly not recommend, the associates who speak on call just fool and keep arguing instead of understanding the customer needs. Very frustrating start of the day. Some sample photos attached. Atleast the driver seems to be good so far. Update at end of Trip: so the bad service basically continued. the one Mr. Mohan started harassing the customer which is us verbally over phone insisting us to pay over the promised km per hour. I have placed a complaint with chennai police - hope the system will help us out here. Beware of these customer harassment people.

“0” RATING. Worst travel experience in my life time. If they don’t have vehicle they must say NO Vehicle. These cheaters cheated by sending a Dubba vandi. Our family trip plan was totally collapsed by this worst tempo traveler. Till we reach our home we were so frustrated and tensed. Worst driver, not professional, sleeping or continuously talking over the phone during the whole drive. WORST vehicle. No Audio, No video, even No curtains and every time we called agency to top up the toll gate fee. I strongly recommend please avoid this tempo traveler. This travel agency was least bothered about their customers safety and security. This mohan travels agency just need money without being loyal and responsible.

Worst part is they sent me wrong vehicle details and them their customer service girl arguing it's the same vehicle. I felt embarrassed even to have such silly conversations. Totally waste of money and time. We wanted to spent some quality time on our holidays with such unprofessional attitude please don't ruin our day.

Many more Positives regarding car rental service at Chennai travels. We just hired an Audi A3 model for photoshoots, they offer competitive price packages and the performance of the car will be top-notch. Car Interiors are very Nice and Clean so we are happy to choose your service for photoshoots. No more extra charges and their trustability is good in every department. Great work from your service.

Worst Service ever! Extremly pathetic service. Disappointed. I have numerous reasons to back this up. 1. We booked a 13 seater tempo traveller 2 weeks before the date of travel. The contact personal asked us to pay the advance of 5K via google pay. A day before the travel the accounts team of Chennai travels contacted me asking if I have paid or not. I had to reshare the trasaction ID screen shot one more time to confirm. 2. We got a message in whats app providing us with the driver details. We called the driver and explained our travel plans. On the day of travel a new driver showed up who has no idea of our travel plan. We were not informed of this either. 3. The 13 seater Force Traveller, has bad Seats. I was travelling with elders who are 60+ in age. The journey was horrbile due to this. 4. The AC was not working properly. The backseaters didn't get cooling at all. The AC was also dripping water on the back seat making it un usable. 5. We where travelling from Chennai to Chidambaram for a temple visit. We had to travel via Pondicherry. The permit to travel through Pondy was not taken. so we asked the driver to arrange for it and took a stop to have our breakfast(which was around 1 hour long). No permit taken. It was specified in the payment split that we had to pay for permit. 6. Our way the pondicherry traffic police made us stop and asked for the relvent papers from the driver. When we went ahead to check with the police they showed us in their software(DB) that the vehicle we are travelling has NO Insurance, No Fitness Certificate, No Break Certificate, No permit! Imagine if this vehicle had crashed with another enroute, we won't even get our insurance due to this!!!!! 7. The Vehicle was so bad that it was making loud noises throughout the jorney like an 90's Abasador that has not been serviced for a decade. 8. Fine we reached back at chennai around 3 AM. The vehicle got malfunctioned! Imagine we where were in the middle of Velacherry at 2 AM. No substitue vehicle was arranged for us to reach home, evcenthough the Chennai Travels head office is only art Adyar. 9. The Elderly had to walk for 1 hr and travel in an auto later due to its unavailability. Extremly pathetic service. I am never in my life will have any connection with this travels. Disappointed PS: Chennai travels = Mohan travels? We booked for Chennai travels got a vehicle from Mohan travels. If I could I won't even put 1 star here.

I have booked vehicles from many different travels but THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I faced. *I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TRAVELS* 1) They give lot of fake promises before the trip and lots of confusions in chennai travels & mohan travels. 2) After booking and payment They asked us to reschedule and cause a chaos 1 hr before Depature. 3) One Mr Mohan Babu is least bothered about customer service and business etiquette. The management don't respond to your calls. 4) The whole trip was under a tension saying they missed to pay TN taxes because all their vehicles were pondicherry registered. 5) Only positive was their driver Mr Saravana Kumar, a very kind and friendly person who helped we resolve all issue with this neglectful management..!!

Fraud. cheater. I paid an advance of ₹2000 for a trip to Mohan Travels as per their instructions and they purposely cancelled the trip giving excuses. They didn't refund and started ignoring my calls. I have all the records.

0 rating. Must read review. Booked a tempo for Coimbatore. Near Vilupuram the driver hit with a bus at 1 am(due to rash drive). We 13 people with a child waited in the middle of our journey beside the road. I called Mr.Mohan and tried all the nos in the website but no one picked our call. The next day after 10 am when i called, he quietly sent msg in whatsapp that he would call me later. I shocked. Whole night we waited beside the road no one were there to help. Fortunately, from Driver telegram grp, one driver agreed to come to pick up us(at 6am, 5 hrs we waited). He also refused to return our money. And that cheating Mohan didn't give the money to the first driver too. He ate everything. Full fraud. Note : He doesn't have any own vehicle. Instead of booking with him, we can book with direct owner or any reputed travel agency.

I booked an Audi A6 car for my reception evening and car also came but nothing worked. We waited for more than 5mins on road to open the top window but no luck it didn't open till last and complete evening spoiled bcz of them and full traffic jam bcz of this one car. We explained everything to them. At first they didn't accept their mistake after asking for a conference with driver they accepted to do a refund. So we requested for 70% refund and they too accepted it but no one reached us till now and they are not even picking our calls. Post after your response : F.Y.I my marriage happened in Velachery and not in pallavaram market road this shows you are trying to hide your mistakes and the place wasn't too busy.We were not doing any orvalam photoshoot we had just planned for normal orvalam, It is not a narrow road as well, We got into the car and the roof got stuck we waited for some time for the roof to open but later driver said its not working , This shows how great you are value ing the customers sending an not functioning car and spoiling the day.After the delay from the driver to move the car and it's already late we stepped out of the car and we walked .If you have provided a good functioning car there wouldn't be any conflict, Yes we asked for refund since we don't have any photoshoot post marriage what should I do with car,If your are concerned about the customers you should have refunded the amount for your mistake. It's not a loss for you It's a loss for me, u have mentioned as providing your A6 absolutely free? What's free here? You provided a not functioning car and I paid for that so nothing free here.

I recently went on a family trip with Chennai Travels, and I was very satisfied with their service. We had opted for the 5N 6D Pondicherry Rameswaram Kanyakumari Madurai package. The driver was extremely patient and we had a very comfortable trip.

Real review: DRIVER was HORRIBLE. Driver torchured us without going -asking for money. even though it is FULLY PAID.The office people were good but they FAILED to inform the driver that it is TOTALLY PAID.

Poor service. no proper response after full amount paid. Car was not clean. Decoration was for just name sake. Not on time. We have booked Mini cooper(convertible) on 5th March for the wedding and they have asked us to pay the full amount well in advance to get the booking confirmed. Once paid, no proper response and finally they said that the car wasn't starting up and ready to give another car(Jaguar) instead which we didn't serve our actual purpose. When the car arrived to our place, it was not properly cleaned. Dirt was all over there. Driver was good enough though. There is lot of improvements needed from their service. Very disappointed and lots of tension due to these people in middle of marriage.

They Responded very well when I contacted them for a BMW Luxury car rental. Rented for Family Function and Payment seems Reasonable too. The trip will be safe and smooth and we feel like the driver got more experienced than we expect. I would definitely recommend Chennai travels

They handover the booking to a thrid party called Balaji travels , one of the worst and cheeting guys .. very rude talking management and asking for higher tariff at the end of trip.. chennai travel gone out of the picture and I end up with that fraud travels called Balaji travels at RA Puram

Very worst experience we had, they redirected us to mohan travels and we had the worst experience. They sent us a vehicle which was nothing but Garbage. The AC was not working and they made us stop in a workshop to fix it partially on the way to our destination. The travels did not even respond to any of our calls properly. Please do not book any vehicle from these Guys!
