l was stayed 6-7 properties in Guruvayoor. Right this time stayed in Anandan Resort . Purely a home like feeling with courteous owner - No- No- Not to say the owner - just say Uncle and Teacher Aunty. Located at around 800 mtr away from Guruvayoor Temple (west Nada). We enjoyed our stay. Rooms- General area - Garden - Kitchen - are well maintained . The complimentary breakfast was very excellent I didn't any comments. The hospitality - service - care are excellent. Even those who wish to visit the temple with infants for Annaprasha, etc, this place is excellent specially due to full fledged support from owner Aunty Teacher. All rooms are spacious and air conditioned. There are separate room for our driver/Servants to stay. I was tried a cab from there but they were charging very high, then the owner uncle dropped at Sharavanabhavan Hotel at East Nada, Guruvayoor. The charges are very reasonable specially for bulk / party booking. Strongly recommended for a comfortable stay, for a Party/Group to attend functions at Temple.

Wonderful hosts with smiling faces and excellent hospitality. Very well maintained sparkling clean room. Must try place for people visiting Guruvayoor. Proximity to temple is another advantage. Clean linen and clean bathroom.

I will have to say one thing, this is going to be the most positive and detailed review I have posted since the day I started reviewing on google. I found about Anandan residency last April 2022. The moment I saw the pictures and reviews I knew I wanted to stay there one way or the other. I immediately contacted them and collected all details I needed to know. I booked the whole house without even confirming our journey. Since Guruvayoor visit was in our bucket list for my son's 'Thulabharam nercha'. Aunty used to keep in touch with me until September till we confirmed our visit ensuring everything was set and sorted. Affirming to all my expectations the service right from the moment I booked them was par excellence. We booked the entire house and its premises. When we fell short for space for two people in spite of booking all five rooms, they were very generous to give us the extra room in the back of the house which was situated attached to the kitchen for free. All five rooms had attached bathrooms and changing facility with air conditioners too. the rooms were designed in such a way that if you are couple, family with two kids, just random friends you will be accommodated comfortably. We could park our large traveler inside the premises plus they gave us access to the terrace. To talk about their food, it was simple Kerala cuisine which is the best food in this whole wide world. Aunty gave coffee, tea both black and with milk, with sugar, without sugar all together. She also took into account all our requests like a champ and didn't gave us any space for complaint. I could prepare baby food separately in their kitchen at night and in the noon. They have a commercial freezer at their front porch were you can choose your drink of choice for free along with a round table for serving food and chit chatting. Temple is only a walkable distance. Uncle spent the night with us in his office for our safety and service. I really wanted to stay there for more than a day since I enjoyed the whole vibe. It was a stay like no other. I would go for this place over a five star hotel any day provided uncle and aunty is there to serve us. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay with absolutely no complaints. Forgot to mention something, me my sister and mother were the last to leave for temple and despite the walkable distance (800m) uncle was so generous to give us a lift to the 'Thekke Nada' in his own vehicle. I mean, what more could you ask for. This was a stay like no other. Thank you so much for making our trip worth while.

Best place to stay for a family visiting Gurivayur especially when we have kids. Location: Just less than a km from the Guruvayur temple. Hospitality and Complimentary Breakfast: Top Notch. Both uncle and aunty are very friendly and courteous. The breakfast is also very delicious. Felt like 🏡 away from 🏡. For people who stay there and do not have own transport, they do extend their help to drop you to the temple or any near by places in their own car.

Peaceful location to have a comfortable stay with family.Special thanks to Sir and mam for being welcoming right from the start till end.They leave us nothing to worry and take care of everything for us to enjoy the trip.

It was a wonderful stay. Very homely place managed by a very welcoming couple.The rooms are spacious, clean, private and have ample facilities. They also provide complimentary breakfast and are more than happy to provide you with relevant contacts/ details to make your stay a problem-free and warm one.
