Had an absolutely horrific experience at this hospital. The level of service is appalling and the staff incredibly rude and dismissive. They treat the patients more as an inconvenience.This seems to be routine at this hospital. The gynaec my wife was consulting turned out to be shockingly ignorant even about the sonography readings from their lab, totally misinterpreting which where what. She could not even agree with the dates their radiology dept informed about the expected date where the radiologist was actually correct, only did we know little too late. But since this was during those Covid times we unfortunately still decided to go with this hospital and the doctor as this was the most nearby one. A complete wrong decision. As on the date of delivery my wife after admission she was diagnosed Covid positive. She already had water break on the way to the hospital. The hospital staff once they got this result inhumanely started shouting at her and asked us to leave. We saw the staff informing the Doc wherein we came to know she was not ready to visit and had asked to find another hospital.Finally we had to leave this sick place in this situation with my wife suffering from utter labor pain and mental shock.

Need to be maintained well as the hospital is vast and having very brilliant doctors with many patients.

People started coming here saying that they have insurance, but by saying the name of insurance they are squeezing people to the maximum, there is no space in the ward, the room is overcharged... The management is taking advantage of this opportunity.

I heard about their bad services and today i got a chance to experience it well 😊✨. Reception staff are busy all the time , and they never have time to hear me . I ask for some information's and the staffs looking aggressively and speaks very roudly . If it's a busy reception why not management put sufficient staffs there??... And i have a humble request pls make sure your electric fan working condition ....!!!

Bad experience, irresponsible services. Especially in laboratory services. As a byestanders me n family tensed a lot bcz of a mistake from laboratory and irresponsible staffs . We admitted in hospital before 2 days of delivery of our sis and tests are done on admitted day itself. But they informed us any of parameter is high which may cause over bleeding on the time of delivery They informed either to arrange 5 units of blood urgently or to change patient urgently to other hospital with good facility for delivery. We tensed lot and arranged all Finally they simply informed it was a mistake from lab First of all staff should study files indetail aand inform byestanders if any parameters are abnormal as much as earlier. Be mankind You are medical professionals

For us It is our near by dependency, it's a good hospital overall, facilities are limited yet lot of people depends this hospital , have good doctors , nice nursing staffs , pharmacy is only one thing you feel very tough one as it take more time required than doctor consultation, also we can't hear properly the names they call from inside as it is glass covered, usually can see frustrated people around the pharmacy always as they standing outside hoping their name calls...

Good hospital with too many patients and 2 or 3 doctors. Reception and staffs are always busy and no coordination. Dr. Thulasi is good but due to too many patients she doesn't give time or proper consultation. Each patient gets 1 min maximum and she usually gives painkillers to most of them

Tried to call this hospital several times today 19/12/22, to inquire regarding physiotherapy, morning 9:45 one lady attended the call and asked me to call back after 10 am, but after 10am all attempts are in vain, no one attending calls. Don’t know how they are running a hospital this way

Not Hygienic, No fans or coolers on corridor, disgusting 0 star washrooms , They can easily treat the situation better but they still ain't done anything.

don't go to sevana hospital for pregnancy cases. very cheating. only theory. they don't know practical. maybe the pregnant women will death. pls care. this is my family experience.

Plenty of pre term birth happening there.... You can check and realise it.... They refer their pre mature babies to perinthalmanna hospital... (Mine referred to Moulana and there are many similar cases with us at that time). Now he is 4 year old, and have isssues and doing therapy..when I looking for a physiotherapist,the therapist also mentioned there are so many sevana's pre term child's are coming to them...
