Room no 214 ac is fully dusty, cockroaches, no key for lock, tv not working, fully in a shaby condition. I talked to the concerned person, he is not interested in these issues. Totally in a pathetic condition.

Poor maintenance. Stinking bathrooms. Fungus in rooms due to leakage. Zero service. Inadequate staff. Good location and new building run down by incompetent staff and service

Rooms are ok at most. Suitable for a night's stay.

Never go to this residency. When we reached there ,the deluxe room filled with dust, used bedsheets and unbroomed attire. We demanded our money back, they didn't give back and used very arrogant and bad words. Never never go

Huge rooms but dirty. Thick curtains have thick layer of dust. Towels were dirty. Except soap, no toiletries provided. Switched off my AC stating that I am not entitled to it but that they say is what MakeMyTrip through which I booked informed them. The bathroom was dirty. Will not advice this hotel for any kind of stay. The staff were polite but the manager was quite rude .

Kalpaka residency is hard to find for any person who passes through the main road or through shornur town. It is difficult for any suv car to reach this place. Roads that lead to this place are narrow. Rooms are not well maintained. Blankets and bedsheets are dusty. Don't see much people coming or staying in this place. Might close down in a few years.

Very bad place for family. May be ok for men in last option. Situated in a lonely area. Railway dormitory is much much better.
