This hotel is closed for renovation

The food was used to be a good. But now it has become so bad. The manager/cashier gave a deaf ear for my complaint about food. I will never visit again. Bye bye Reply to management : I am not interested in your copy paste response message. Your staff had an opportunity to correct their mistakes. But they didn't. I can't expect a better response from them next time. So I repeat I won't visit your hotel again.

Even if you have no option avoid this place. We stayed 2 nights without sleeping. The rooms were above the kitchen beside the bar and the commotion was so bad that we couldn’t even stay awake forget sleeping. And the staff including the so called GM did nothing to stop it and refused a change of the room. Terrible. Will never set foot there.

Restaurant was a disaster... We opted for the complimentary breakfast option...which was about 150 extra than without breakfast option...why is this complimentary then if we have to pay extra for it? We faced issues on the first day .. - Delayed order taking ...had to wait for half an hour to get noticed...the restaurant is open to the general public with no option for complimentary breakfast to in mates of the hotel.. Better opt for non food nor breakfast option here... The same had been conveyed to the staff reception...who promised that everything will be rectified the next day The next day the waiter simply didnt bother visiting our table even after repeated request.. hence no breakfast....had to go outside to get breakfast for something which was already paid...lost money for the same.. The staff simply didnt know what to do to resolve the issue... Overall the hotel stay was a misery.. Definetely does not justify the 2000 rs ...really hyped ....

Recently I had booked a room for my parents. I have to say the staffs are so amazing and friendly. Coming to rooms are so clean and comfortable. Checkin was arranged early. Overall a big 5⭐️to this place. I highly recommend this hotel for best stay.

The food was alright and only took a reasonable amount of time for it to arrive. Although the hotel is in a prime location that is it is just opposite to the Shoranur Railway Station, the staff were not at all paying attention to the cleanliness of the hotel. There were lots of bits of the leftovers sticking to the table mats and the table. The cleaning staff were doing their work irresponsibly and did not even try to clean the place properly for the next set of customers. Instead of giving the customers new and clean table mats they were just flipping the dirty table mat again and again for the new customers. It is probably not a hotel to go and enjoy the food with family of friends.

It wasn't a good experience from the restaurant. We ordered Chicken Biryani for 2 persons along with a cola. The biriyani was below average and if you had previously eaten Malabar Biriyani, it will disappoint you terribly. It was full of spice and onions and doesn't feels like eating a biriyani. They are also not proving hot water/water. You need to order Mineral water, which felt so disturbing, especially most of the star hotels provide it. Hower the ambience and cleanliness was good. Staffs behaved well but took too much time to attend customers and serving the food. Hence it wasn't a good experience at all. Hopes they will do the needful.

The person who stands outside to receive the customers is such as prejudiced as anything. Seeing our outfits of us he told me that in hotels you will get a variety of foods. How these people are making stereotypes about the people they are seeing in their life for the first time?

My first visit to hotel Apsara after renovation works. To begin with, the hotel has a very large parking area. Nice and cozy ambience starting from the lobby of the hotel. The young guys in the reception were well-mannered and extremely polite. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Recommended for families and youngsters.

I did not stay there.. just had lunch with family. Wanted to say that the restaurant was really clean and hygienic with all supplies intact, especially in the washroom area. The food was served for the 5 of us in maximum 10 minutes. The food tasted good too. The staff who attended us was alert and polite...offered refills at the right time and gave us a really good experience. They did not expect a tip. I had entered the restaurant with less hopes due to some negative reviews on Google....but to our pleasant surprise, everything was really good here. Hence putting this review.

Stayed here for 1 night….no doubt the best and clean rooms available in Shoranur so far. The room service was excellent and the front office took really good care of us. The quality and taste of the food was really good….. trust me this is a good value for money

Great experience. Very close to the shornur railway station. Car parking is available with tight security. Nice staffs. One of the best option in Shornur. But we didn't have the time to explore the food. We will back for this soon. Room size is extra large. All amenities are there. Mini fridge with cool drinks (Chargeable) Snacks (chargeable) I found the printed sheet which showing the TV channel numbers. Very helpful. Great move. Neat and clean interiors. Sofa also inside the room. Large screen Television.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Also, the railway station is so close. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I can highly recommend this hotel for anyone without a doubt.

Awesome hospitality, really nice rooms and bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast is also provided. To add to all that,the hotel is the easily reachable as it is situated right opposite to Shoranur Railway station and has good parking space inside.

Overall, Yesterday i had a great experience staying at Hotel APSARA. The front office staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Room service were also really good . The food was of a good quality .

WHAT GREAT SERVICE!! This is my first time in the city of Shoranur. I had to wait for a few hours for my train to arrive and didn't know what to do, but Hotel Apsara let me sit here without any fuss! The staff are excellent; so compassionate, so understanding! And the food- lovely. I know exactly where I'll be staying the next time I visit Shoranur city :) P.S. if you're traveling alone or need a place to stay close to the station, I would recommend this place; 10/10 <3

The restaurant was clean. But breakfast could be better, we got chutney served without salt. Hope such things are taken care in future

Restaurant’s ambiance is good but hygiene wasn’t maintained well, glasses were imprinted with fingertip nd water jar was dirty. We order a fish dish but wasn’t satisfied with the taste nd servings. The masala dosa was good in taste nd look. Restrooms are maintained well.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. Rooms were neatly maintained and worth the cost. Front desk staffs were professional and courteous. Others staffs were also cooperative. Had food from the restaurant below. The food was good both quality and taste wise. A good and decent hotel to stay with family.

I know it was due to a staff shortage, I was fully wet when I was taking the room I requested them any possibility for getting food. Zomato swiggy was unavailable. But they were not helping out.

The hotel is located in the opposite direction of Shornur junction. It's a 3 star hotel but they need to improve some features like cleanliness, and many amenities. The floor was kind Mikky milkky when I entered. Other than that restaurant quality and people services are good enough

It is located just opposite to Shoranur Railway station and this hotel has a bar attached to it..This place is maintained so well and the rooms and bathrooms are so neat and tidy..They have a very big parking space available. Staffs are so polite.it is convenient for people for a quick refreshment.

Just opposite the railway station, this is one neat and comfortable stay which I would recommend. Rooms were neat, there is a parking facility and they have their own restaurant which served delicious food.

We were here for breakfast,ordered Ney roast and dosa with fresh lime soda. This was at 10:30 am and the dosas were already tasting absolutely sour and inedible. When this was highlighted to the manager , he seemed least bothered and showed no interest in any conversation of rectification.I would have ordered something else since the dosa was just a waste of money...but looking at the staffs lack of interest I changed my plans and had superb medu wada at the station. When you serve customers, you've got to connect with them and ensure their feedback is heard.

The ground floor eating hall canteen is very bad, had lunch with family over there and and compel to wasted 50%, found 90% seats empty at 2,30 pm on 8 March, nothing found tasty or good, amazing how the people review with many stars, not experienced how the Room service and Bar.

Can't expect much from wayside hotels, but should expect hygiene and better house keeping. In my room there were at least 5-6 cockroaches all over the floor. But ok for a journey break or a night stay.

Very helpful for train passengers because it is very closer to Shoranur Railway Junction. Has restaurant, lodging and bar facilities. One of the oldest and reliable place for fulfilling the necessities except its a crowded place.
