PK Das Hospital: Multi-speciality facility with mixed reviews. patients report high costs and concerns about fraud. It will cause illness that does not exist. Then they will tell you to do TesT and give you a high cost bill. After the test, the disease will not be seen.😂😂 .📌📌📌 It seems like you're asking about patients who own or are involved in businesses. Patients can certainly be business owners or involved in various professions. A multi-speciality hospital typically offers a wide range of medical services and specialties, providing comprehensive healthcare under one roof. These hospitals are equipped to handle various medical conditions and have specialists in fields like cardiology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, and more. They aim to provide convenient and coordinated care to patients.

Better handling of patients than rude govt hospital staff. Very responsive, attentive, helping minded staffs. Has good parking facility, canteen, and very large open space. They ensure that there is no much crowd anywhere in its area. They are very cautious to each calls. Neat and clean compound with taxi service outside in just 100 metre range. The only issue is the road from the main road to the hospital complex is full of gutters.

Today had Covishield vaccination done for my relative at PK DAS Hospital, observed that Kerala Government run clinics/vaccination facilities for this is so much better than this private facility in my experience of about 6 doses taken for me and family till date. Points that is disappointing at PK DAS hospital is as follows, 1. No board or directions to the vaccination area in this hospital, staffs do not guide clearly and just show hands to move forward, so making one to ask many till you find the spot. 2. No organisation by the hospital staff at the vaccination area leading to patient being called multiple times to injection area and then returned. Happened 4 times today with my relative. 3. Payment collection area requiring exact change and also nobody informs you in vaccination area to pay until you enter the room for injection. They could get payment collected first and issue numbered token for injection to avoid crowding at vaccination area. 4.Vaccination room is clearly overstaffed with lot of trainee level people who are more busy chit chatting than getting their works organised. No social distancing is leading to overcrowding here, about 6 staff in a small room other than 2 to 3 clients(for vaccination) in such a small area. 5. Disinterested staff who lack professionalism/ interest for this paid service. 6. CLEAR LACK OF SUPERVISION and more like a student run service done in college fests. Wish I didn't opt for this service at PK DAS hospital.

It's one of the multi speciality hospital in palakkad district. It have a very large parking space. It have many speciality departments and also have very well experienced pack of doctors. It have a 24x7 casualty service available. They have most optimised equipments to diagnose various health issues. It's a network hospital for most of the insurance companies. Even it's not listed they will help to get us the reimbursement.

Money Making Machine. Every day they increase price of Doctor's services and medical tests. They say it is NABH Accredited. To park the car in the premises, you have to drive it long through the rocks and boulders and pay to the management for damaging your car. Does NABH not check car parking facilities before giving accreditations?

The worst experience, they will take more than 2 hours just for file movement. Irony is that even now they dont have computers to store the files, pathetic. They behave like the file which is having the medical records weights more than a ton and is kept 10km away the hospital that they need 10 people to bring. Even if you are consulting the owner of the hospital Dr. Tulasi, she will not even ask the staffs why the file didn't come till. The receptionist is not in this world, if we ask for general physician she will book token for pediatrician. Such an irresponsible behaviour from the receptionist. She made an ill person walk many stairs and distance. They will make you walk many times here and there as people can go there just if they need to do some work out as the staffs will make you walk many times. This experience is for a pregnant lady, so just imagine what will be for others. I have never experienced like this before in any other hospitals.

A hospital with highly neat environment with a lot of staffs around. It has new technologies to find out the causes for various illness. There are many departments handling various fields and in each department there will be at least 3 or 5 doctors. They are very keen on attending casualties. Junior doctors and nurses will be there for our check up. Room service is available there.. You don't need to go to the canteen to get food. You can book op tickets through your phone.

Once I visited the medical College, not the hospital. I saw a peacock sitting on top of the building and the sidewalk along the main gate is good and aesthetic.

My mother diagnosed by covid and the hospital was asking 7.5k per day for covid ward. I had very premium insurance which is covering 5k/day, my insurance agent got surprised by the per day price. And the hospital was not willing to provide individual room.

Avoid this place at all cost. They are always thinking on how to milk money from their patients. We had an encounter with one of the lady Neonatologists in their NICU department, I am not going to mention her name. She is extremely Unprofessional and just a text book worm without actual practical knowledge. Please avoid.

From my experience, Visited cardiologist today for my father, doctor follows a good procedure i appreciate it. But he is a heart doctor without a heart i felt Came 9:30 in the morning, check up done by 2pm, the token system is a complete failure, those who have relatives or friends working her can avail consultation easily, others wait wait wait don't know when they get a chance to meet doctor, I challenge management if they can say that their token system is well maintained. Also I suggest to add some more doctors to cardiology department which will help the patients as well the doctors.

Giving one star only to write a review. The only hospital in my knowledge which only have a negative review within the society and patients. From personal experience too have many instances where patients who just came for a checkup were pushed into fake diagnosis of non existing diseases and frightened by the doctors and forwarded for many expensive irrelevant tests, when referred to another hospital they turned out to be fully healthy with no issues. Doctors don't even have basic level of medical ethics and co ordination with other department doctors and sometimes even blames and challenges other doctors and departments in front of by standers. In my opinion even if any emergency situation occurs in front of the hospital gate you should take them to any other nearby hospital than here. These are only a few of the most important negatives of this place. This expensive hospital does not put up with their fees when it comes to its balancing facilities to the patients and by standers. Absolutely terrible parking space and no escalators face ventilation or fans in it. Felt pity for the security staffs working inside the lifts. If you people extract the last drop of money from a patient, then atleast meet their basic expectations.

Worst experience. Admitted my dad for urology treatment. Hospital staffs work like snail. For anything we have to keep on asking only then we will get it. They took blood test USG but not kept with file. Pathetic

Excellent infrastructure. Clean and neat area include bathroom really appreciated. Most of the doctors are good character and good behaviour... But staff security and some staff nurses are very bad behaviour. Especially security ladies horrible behaviour . 4 days in hospital I never heard "sir", word in one time it's bad side of kerala culture... Must need to training for them. management should take attention about this problem other wise it's go like government Thrissur medical collage

They only decent hospital near Ottapalam/ Vaniyumkulam. The sad part is the lack of nursing staff for the Inpatients especially during the afternoon and night shifts which directly impacts the patient care. Its only a matter of time before this lead The worst part of the hospital is the IP pharmacy which is small 10ft x 10ft with 5 people supplying medicines to the entire hospital so getting medicines on time is never going to happen. And only one major cash counter for billing, which would eat away your time Hope they would improve these points.
