    We called them and ordered few items. They requested us to come and collect after 2 hrs. He specifically mentioned that he will call once the items are ready. After about 2 hrs and with no call, we tried contacting them but in vain. The phones were switched off. So, we went directly to the hotel to check. Ironically, the order wasn't even prepared. They could have simply let us know. This is very unprofessional.
