I booked sadhya for 8 people Today. Taste wise, sadhya was good but they charged a high price for the sadhya. Actually they charge Rs200 per plate for 10 people and for less than 10, Rs 300. As a customer we expect a basic courtesy from a businessman, he should properly tell the rate of his product orelse atleast display the price. Neither was done and when asked why he didn't tell about this before, he told we asked for 8 so there is no point of telling anything. They are not at all approachable and the way they handle their customer is very very poor. To the people out here please enquire everything before you place order. Don't expect any courtesy from them.

I am from north and visited my cousin for her marriage at Thrissur. KannanSwami Catered and organized the whole event. All the delicacies was mouth-watering and delectable. Especially the North Indian Items - Makhmali Kebab, Reima Dal and Amritsari Chole, was first-class. Clearly Outperformed my expectation level.

We really had a very good Experience with the food & team.. Especially Akhil, the cordinator, he was the one who met with us & explained the menu & rates. He was not just a cordinator but more like a family member. We were really happy with their customer service, food quality & taste. Thankyou Krishna catering team & Akhil who took care of the food section on our big day.

Must try dishes for the Kerala sadya lovers... Every single item is par best soothing for our taste buds. You need to book your sadya in advance, be it in small numbers as 1 or 2 as well. Each full sadya costs Rs:250 and mini sadya costs Rs:80 (without sambar) as on this review. A container sadya having 5 nos. costs Rs:1500. On festival days, parking lot scarcity is a problem. Recommended.

We get payasam, shadhya and normal food on daily basis. It's starts from 9.30 am in morning till 2 pm All well packaged ones. Sadhya ₹300, normal lunch kit: ₹80 They have home delivery also. We go there often. Good quality food too 😊

The best team, the most professional team, all the dishes par excellence! We had one of the best, most memorable experiences last evening! Had requested Krishna Catering to take care of our dinner get together last evening and all the guests and invitees had only superlatives about the dishes. The pooris were fried fresh, the chole, vegetable stew, the paneer, aappams, pulav and of course their unbeatable palada prathaman were just superb! The quantities in abundance! very hygienic and well organised sadhya catering in Thrissur, Kerala. Procedure was open to the customer and anybody are free to look inside the work area. Usually I have seen catering kitchen (Kalavara) in shabby condition after work, but this was not the case. Thanks to Krishna catering to maintain such high standards of cleanliness. Covid Norms followed. Tasty and delicious sadhya items. A satisfactory sadhya service in reasonable price.

The food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed it. We had a reception with a North Indian theme, and all of the food was very tasty and plentiful. The service was excellent and prompt. The whole transaction was very professional. One of the best veg catering services in Thrissur. Highly recommended.

Nice experience with Krishna Catering.I managed to arrange all my requirements over phone without any hitch, though volume is small. Very prompt service and good communication. We can forget once we order. They will take care of the rest.

I took 3 takeaway sadhya. Excellent value for the money. The food was delicious, and there was enough of it to go elsewhere. The quality of the packaging and the level of service are both outstanding.

Amazing coordination among the team. Kannan swami has a huge fan base all over the world and I experienced it today at their unit in Kottappuram. It is Onam, they are trying the best to serve as much as guest as possible. Hat’s off to the team. Palada was the best I had in my life.

Loved the staff their who were asbsoultely brilliant in service and attitude. Thiruonam day the their crowd management was impecable even in day break when they opened at 6 am. It was a sight to be seen , as hordes of people thronged to them to buy their famous payasams.

The food is good (not the best in Thrissur, but okay). But be prepared to be treated like trash when you go there. The staff is curt to the point of being rude (of course they are doing us a favour by serving us!). They will look away from you when your are standing in front of them, they will shoo you away to another person. Specific example. We had gone there few days back and asked if we curries will be available today (Uthradam) and if we need to book. In there curt way, they said that we can come between 8.30 and 9.00 am and we can pick it up. I went there at 8.40 am, and was told that curries are not ready, and will be ready in an hour. I went back at 9.45 am. There is a person standing there, grandly waving his hand and shouting and shooing away people saying that curries are 'finished' and 'stopped' and 'nobody need to wait here for curries'. Customer service? Respect? Reliability? Looks like more of an ego trip for the staff.

Had ordered sadhya couple of times from here. Good value for money. Had many items plus payasam. I previously had a very bad experience from Ambiswamy catering. But these guys are good. My only problem was that they don’t deliver for small orders, you have to go and collect. Edit: customer relation could be improved. Their contract numbers are either not reachable or they will ask to call later.

Onam sadhya kit was expensive, but it was worth enjoying. Each and every dish was one on top of other. Palada was the king. Made out onam. Will come to Kannan swami for every onam.

Very Bad experience with them. I ordered one sadya. They forced to give me two ordered and charged from me Rs 600. Very rude and dummies are working there. They are thinking that they are giving free food. Never ever go again.
