The store had everything that I was searching for in my shopping journey today! I do believe that if they had fresher hot food at the deli it would definitely be a much more pleasant trip to the grocery store however today's experience with the food was unfortunately not as well off as I would have liked it to be! If they ever read this I hope they take note and make sure to take you to my advice and prepare a fresher meal for their customers, thanks for taking the time to assist me and please keep up with the wonderful customer service as that remained one of the best parts about today's visit.

The store is clean and has a large parking lot outside. It has Starbucks coffee abs pharmacy section inside. In addition there is a gas station that offers gasoline for affordable price.

This review is for the pharmacy at the downtown Bothell Safeway. It's hard to tell if the pharmacists and technicians hate their job or their customers more. They are there to provide care and service to people who need medication, and the best personal treatment you can hope for is ambivolence or indifference. But mostly you will feel unwelcome and like you are an inconvenience to whatever they think they should be doing instead of helping a customer.

I was really impressed with the full shelves, beautiful produce and the cleanliness. Jim or John made me the most fabulous sandwhich EVER! The Starbucks crew was wonderful as I just needed some ice to keep my dog's water cold.

Large Safeway store with plenty of manned checkout counters, spacious shopping aisles and expansive selection. It's pleasant to grocery shop here compared to other locations. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restroom is clean. All the services typically offered at a Safeway are available here (key duplicating vending machine, Orca top up etc).

I absolutely love shopping at this Safeway! This grocery store has everything I need, and more. The produce is always fresh, and the meat is top quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. I really appreciate the store's cleanliness and organization - it makes shopping so much easier. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the products. I also love the convenience of the online ordering and pickup service, which has made my life so much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Safeway to anyone looking for a great grocery shopping experience!

Bad customer service!.The employees there could care less about helping the customers. All the employees were in a circle chit chatting about personal stuff instead of helping out the customers at self check. I made a comment about their lack of concern for the customers. The cashier acted like she could care less!. She was extremely rude and arrogant !.Iwill go to ANY safeway except this one!..

Beautiful seafood case with lots of high-end wild/sustainable fish (Chilean sea bass, sushi grade ahi tuna, swordfish, mahi-mahi), many other sustainably sourced fish (petrale sole, Dover sole, true cod, Alaskan halibut). Seafood provided locally by Lusamerica Fish out of Fife, WA.
