πŸ‘πŸ‘ After a long walk around the zoo this is a great place to bring the kids have some fun inside! It has a big climbing tree that kids love, as well as a few other play stations for younger kids. There is also a drawing corner, which was very helpful as older kids can use it for drawing. Fun indoor play area for kids up to 8 years of age. Located inside the Woodland Park Zoo near the food pavillion. It is free with the purchase of zoo admission. There is a cute mini door for the kids to enter. Be aware that crows regularly stalk the strollers parked outside the entrance, stealing food. The building is divided into several play areas, including active spaces for exploratory play, a stage for theatrical demonstrations, storytelling, puppet shows and video presentations, and a Project Place for guided learning. At 10:30 daily they have Creature Feature. Puppets telling a fun animal story. At 11:30 daily they have Shake Rattle and Roar. A fun toddler dance party. The play area for bigger kids has a mountain, rope bridge, rock walls to climb, a slide down the mountainside, caves to explore (with video's playing) and a 20-foot tree to climb up inside and exit via a slide. There is also a toddler area with an aquarium, a smaller climbing structure, slide and soft structures to climb on. There is a darling life size bronze baby elephant that the children love to sit on. There is a reading area with comfy chairs and books. My grandson loves the Zoomazium.

Pretty good option for a rainy or just chill day at the zoo! Kids love here and they usually have story time or programs here. It’s usually open from 10am to 2pm.

Zoomazium is one of my kids' favorite parts of the zoo, we love that there are many different activities and levels of play areas. Great spot to warm up on a winter's day. Glad it's open again!

Woodland park zoo is great, however they should be ashamed of the restaurant food quality and selection. Bring your own food.

If you have a toddler in Seattle, this place can't be beat for rainy days. Slides, bridges, rocks, cool weather effects, games, toys, and educational info everywhere. Nice staff, big screens everywhere showing animals.

This was by far the most beautiful zoo I've ever seen. There are so many lovely animals with large enclosures. To walk through a beautiful park.

Awesome spot for the kids to run around and get their wiggles out if they are tired of the regular zoo exhibits.

No place like the Zoomazium on a cold, cloudy Seattle day. Sad that our grandchild have aged out.

Indoor play area aimed at kids 8 and under. Located inside the zoo grounds. Entry is included with admission. It's now open again, after a lengthy closure due to covid restrictions.

Great indoor play area inside the zoo. Climbing for big kids. Crawl zones for littles. Lots of stuffed animals to snuggle and ways to learn and play!

Great indoor playground for the little ones. 3 different sections with different play ability. They also have some animal presentations throughout the day. Stop by the desk in the way out to snag a zoo sticker.

This place is great for little kids (less than 8). They have a huge tree (yes a fake one) and a jungle gym connected to it that the kids can climb to the top. Then there is a slide the kids can use to come down that is inside the tree. My boys love it, except for one of the steps to get to the top. It is a spiral structure around a pole and my youngest kept slipping off. The rest is great for the kids to explore. Including a cave/wall area where they can climb and crawl over and through things and the Zoo embedded TV screens that play wildlife clips. There is a baby/young toddler area, an exploration area with different exhibits and a couple of times a day they have a Staff members do hands on explorations and presentation talks about different wildlife.

This is a fun side-stop for young kids while visiting the zoo, especially on rainy days. Large climbing structure, puzzles and other table top toys, a separate toddler area, and the Creature Feature is a must to have the chance to "meet" an animal (usually a small reptile).

Zoomazium had ample parking facilities and easy access from the main road. It was convenient to reach, even with a large crowd visiting that day.

It's a nice zoo. It's not open year round. Difficult to see some animals. Everything is extra. Liked the butterfly exhibit as you walk among them.
