Yikes. From the homeless wandering through the back parking lot to rooms that were nice 30 years ago, this is a bad place. The paint and decorations on the facade hide a worn out scary building. Having to park at a far location from the lobby only to walk back to a tiny elevator, then navigate a tiny hallway to an outside balcony to get to your room. The rooms seem clean but really cheap beds and furnishings. Spring mattresses that squeak. No table or chairs in our room. Only curtains. No blinds, so either it is dark or everyone can look in. This was a team hotel deal, so we stayed. I will not be back.

Pretty nice, clean room. Generously sized TV & fridge. Liked that it had a microwave too. Staff was amazing and super helpful. (The restaurant in the parking lot is amazing as well) only downside is this side of town isn't great with lots of noise. Within walking distance of Starbucks, McDonald's and Target, but just be wary of your surroundings.

This is the second time we have booked this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms are not as nice. The hot tub room we booked was still dirty. There is (maybe juice) red splatter on the headboard. Also the air vent on the hot tub looks like it has mold growing all around it. The airconditioner works half the time and as it gets warmer it makes the room unbearable. The jets on the hot tub will randomly turn on forcing us to get out of bed from a dead sleep to shut them off. The sheet were clean and the bed was comfortable. Be warned the shampoo dispenser was not working. Bring your own amenities .

Our toilet clogged. I called down to have maintenance unclog it. They brought me a bucket & plunger then walked away. I'm disabled & struggled. I had to call my husband to walk me through it. It ended up overflowing all over the floor. All I got was another set of towels. No mop, no cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. We had planned to stay here again but now I won't. I have never had to do maintenance at a hotel before.

Lobby was clean and bright and great staff service earned them an extra star. Had hopes for a better experience and paid a touch more than other options nearby. Fresh paint on an old Best Western. Rooms felt industrial and found two different types of hair on two different towels. Bed was stiff and window heat/cool unit was loud. Not to mention the floors/walls are thin and we heard the neighbors TV and talking all night from the room below. Breakfast bag is a nice idea with COVID but the offering felt cheap. Clean the rooms and add some color on the walls. At the end of the day, you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.

We had an extended stay here for medical appointments. If you call in, you can get the medical rate, which is decent. The hotel is a decent way from many hospitals either by the limited shuttle, car, or by light rail. We got the two queen suite for the same cost as two queens. The suite has two rooms, one with the beds and bathroom. The sink is outside the shower and toilet. There's lots of storage throughout. The other room has a couch, fold out full bed. And a kitchenette with a table and four chairs. Full sized fridge, sink, all the utensils, two burner hot plate, and a small toaster oven. Each room has two large tvs. The rooms open to the outside, yet it is quite secure; they've done a lot to funnel people up one elevator and lock stairs at night. It's clearly an old hotel that's been recently renovated. There's a hot full breakfast every morning that rotates between three meals. The laundry is nice and free. The gym is also quite nice.

I booked my daughter and husband into the hotel as we had stayed there several years ago. She said mom did you realize what kind of hotel it was. The first floor was for homeless there was parting going on all night party. They got no sleep then in the morning were handed a paper bag with breakfast in it. I paid 250.00 Canadian to have my children spend a night of horror.

There is no way this is a 3 star hotel! I have stayed at Best Western hotels all over North America and this dump does not live up to the same standards at all. I wish I read the reviews before booking and not just trusted the Best Western name. The only thing we noticed differently from the previous reviews is there were no issues with homeless people and there is no encampment adjacent to the hotel. We walked with our family several times to the northgate train station (15 minute walk) and felt safe even at night. The staff were friendly but that isn’t enough for us to book this hotel again. The beds are uncomfortable, paint is chipping, tiles are cracked, the tub is stained, zero amenities except for a scratchy bar of cheap soap, the TV stand was broken so the TV was crooked. Honestly this would be a 1 star hotel at best. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website and I’m not certain they have an operational pool at all. Some reviews say there is no pool, the website doesn’t mention a pool, yet they’re a photos of a pool on the best western website and online. Either way, given the standard in the rest of the hotel, I’m not sure we would have wanted to swim in it anyways. This place is a lunch bag letdown.

Very clean! Nice large room with a desk, comfy bed, free breakfast, free laundry (you can buy detergent at the front desk for $1). Conveniently located near the highway. Booked thru their website and got a good rate. Walls are a little thin so pack earplugs, or just sleep with the AC fan on.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful employees. Nice hot breakfast with good options. A couple of different elevators. It is not too far from Lumen Field or other attractions in Seattle. I will definitely be back!

Rooms. beds need to have sheets changed. noticed dirty spots. SERIOUSLY My socks turned black in just 2 minutes. there is no isolation. you can hear private noises from next room. Very noisy room. couldn’t sleep well. air conditioning all night long. BREAKFAST is the only pleasant place. personal takes care of the cleaning and stocking very often. on my opinion, I give 10/10 to breakfast time.

It was a good place to stay. We enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was awesome. Greg was very personable. He took us to the Shuttle and explained how it worked. It was it's own little paradox. We did not take advantage of the gym or laundry room but it was there if we needed or wanted. It was an enjoyable stay. I would staff there again. 🙂

We stayed here before a hospital stay. The location was convenient to UW medical center. The room was adequate, clean, basic, which was just fine for our needs. We were able to park nearby the room. The only thing was the people upstairs were up all night. There's no carpet on the floor so it was quite difficult to ignore the clatter.

Best I could say is “it’s fine”. It’s obviously a renovated motel with everything painted over white. The paint was starting to peel in the bathroom, the doors had a hard time shutting, and there were not a ton of amenities. The pillows were weirdly lumpy and the bed is pretty hard. The lobby had multiple leaks and the elevators had cracked flooring. If you need a budget place, this is okay. But wouldn’t really recommend in general if you’re used to higher standards in hotels.

Staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I emailed the hotel asking about dog charge. The sales manager Jeremy responded to my email quickly and helped me find a very good rate and booked the room for me. The check in staff were also friendly. I was pleasantly surprised as how clean the room was. I find the beds very comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was decent. There were also fresh coffee served. We saw the homeless tents when driving by, but it didn’t bother us as the security in the hotel made us feel safe. Overall it was a great experience and we will go back for sure.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Hotel room seemed about average. Clean, but the bath tub was stained where a bath mat used to be, leaving it looking dingy. The hotel grounds were average. Unfortunately there were trash bags stacked in the elevator and stair wells for quite some time before being cleaned up. Additionally, the door to the stairwell and the elevator were broken and required us to put our weight into it with a lot of force to opening it every time. Appreciated that it was dog friendly. Neighborhood was a little run-down with a fairly decent homeless camp just off the property. On the third night we gained neighbors in the room above us and it was quite loud having them there. Also, a strong wind kicked up and whistled quite loudly through the door. Staff seemed friendly for the most part. Overall, not the worst hotel we've ever stayed in but certainly not the best. Price was better than other options, but I think I'd prefer to pay a little more for nicer accommodations.

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! Good amenities. Coffee, breakfast in lobby. Smooth check-in & out. Good clean room. Nice TV

It was definitely a budget spot. The beds were clean however a lot firmer than we prefer and so we didn't sleep well. That being said it was a place to sleep and the staff was wonderful.

Our first room had a leaking sink but they were gracious enough to move us to another. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating but the maids couldn't understand English well enough to answer any questions. However we enjoyed our stay there as much as possible.

I was in Seattle for surgery and had an excellent stay. 1 - the staff was so pleasant when we arrived and we're quick to assist with everything needed, including going out of their way to find a food item I needed post surgery when having blood sugar issues. When we arrived they were busy and having a problem with an elevator but they were still calm and pleasant. 2 - the room was very clean, the mattresses were firm but not to hard and the pillows were comfortable. Even post surgery I was comfortable in the room. 3 - plenty of parking and the restaurant was delicious. Fridge and microwave worked fine. 4 - quick, easy access to Virginia Mason 5 - the breakfast room was closed but a sack breakfast was provided every day. It included a small Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, either an apple or an orange juice, a yogurt, a granola bar, and a blueberry muffin. Plus coffee, tea, and a bowl of fruit was available.

The employee’s here were outstanding. Desk, security and housekeeping encounters were are really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is alright; filled with people from all over the world in Seattle for medical reasons that appear to be pretty serious. My visit was to see my young friend flown in from AK for surgery. I live in a quiet city. It was a very noisy night that included a Fentanyl overdose in the parking lot. Came home exhausted.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy stuff. The room that we got was clean. Staff were friendly and their to-go breakfast was decent (banana, yogurt, microwaveable breakfast sandwich, muffin, bottled water) plus coffee
