The office lady was very nice, but when I called to report that we had a hole in our bathroom door, she said that she knew.. Our room was not clean, nor the bathroom. I have a habit of checking the mattress for bugs when I use a hotel, regardless of where I stay... no bugs, but one of the mattresses had seen better days and did have debris under the sheets. The shower grout had black and pink gunk... Unfortunately, the pictures from the web were not accurate for our experience. I understand that we chose to stay at a 2-star hotel, but the overall cleanliness and state of the room should have been better. Follow up: I received a "general apology" email from their customer care center. Essentially, nothing will come of my complaints.

Not a good experience at all. The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because of the staff. This is supposed to be a no smoking place. We had so much cigarette smell coming in from the central air. And also they smoke on the stairs so it goes all wherever. We were here 5 nights. Thinking it hd to get better. The parties and type of people who stay here. Its bot worth saving a few dollars. The last night. Wow! Crazy banging under us at 1:30 am. Then the smoke alarm went off at 2:30am. We all had to go out and wait for the alarm to go off for 45 minutes. No staff appeared or apologized for any of this. Stay at your own risk ⚠️

This place is by far the easiest place to stay in the Seattle vicinity as a whole. The accommodations are great for longer stays. The amenities may be a little outdated but everything works. I have tried to kill the hot water in the shower... no such luck, and to my comfort. The staff fix any issues on the spot and immediately. This is the cheapest place also for safe stays. It’s honestly a private, clean and a centrally located, safe location. Well worth the money. Unfortunately they only are able to offer 13 day stays or I’d be there longer. Very very pleasant staff. All around very pleased.

So we stayed here during a very busy weekend for Seattle with a Taylor Swift concert and a baseball game at the same time so I do understand how overwhelmed they were but it seemed like they did nothing to prepare for this even though many people including us booked our rooms like 6 months in advance. We arrived around 7 pm and found that our rooms were not ready. We were told that they were still being cleaned. So we waited until 9:30 pm to be able to check in. During this time listening to many other families dealing with the same frustrations. They also hadn’t even assigned rooms to people with reservations in advance so we stood there while they tried to figure that out. The office staff was very nice and I would say was the only positive part of our stay. Our rooms were both dirty, we had 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, our bathroom light didn’t work and our daughter’s rooms tv didn’t work. During the time we sat waiting the rooms were clearly not being cleaned. They both smelled heavily of food not any cleaning products. My husband went back to the office immediately to address that we needed toilet paper, towels and our bathroom light didn’t work but the line of frustrated guests at the office was so big that he waited 15-20 minutes before giving up and going to buy toilet paper. During our stay here I had to constantly wash my toddlers and my feet because the floors were so dirty they were making the bottoms black. Our room was also directly next to the stairs and our curtains didn’t even properly cover our window so no privacy from every one coming and going down the stairs. The walls in the kitchen area were splattered with dry food like a sauce. The air conditioning unit was very dirty with who knows what. When I booked this I wasn’t expecting fancy but I was expecting the rooms to at least be clean like other Motel 6 I have stayed in before. We unfortunately paid over $600 to shower in the dark, wash our feet repeatedly and buy our own toilet paper.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE When traveling in the past we have often stayed at Motel 6’s as they are affordable and usually cover the basic needs. We booked this with low expectations as you should when booking with the “6” brand and it was faaaar below our already low expectations. They claimed that they had been recently renovated and that’s a total joke. All the cabinets and furniture were chipped and dirty with mysterious drip marks on the walls next to the fridge and around the kitchen. The flooring was done with what looked like scrap of whatever they had laying around. And the sink in the bathroom if turned on high shoots water across the bathroom and will soak you if you’re standing at the sink (see included picture). After going to the bathroom I realized there wasn’t any soap, shampoo, or anything and so I called the front desk and they informed me that they were completely out of soap with a pretty terrible attitude too ( her name was Morgan). How does a business that size run out of a basic amenity like that? It’s absurd that they could justify taking our money and not provide the very basics that literally every other place offers. They have a cook top with no cookware, a coffee pot with no cups, and ask you to fill out a comment card and do not provide even a pen. This place is PATHETIC and I recommend booking literally anywhere else but here. P.S to Studio 6, don’t even bother wasting your time with that “we are dedicated to improving and hope you come back again bs”. Work on hiring people that actually care about doing a good job and maybe a maintenance worker that doesn’t just stand around bothering the maids and milking the clock.

Studio 6 saved us after our hotel was over booked. In reality we should have booked here anyway. The rooms were clean, functional and we loved our stay. A nice quiet place, where you can't hear your neighbors thru the walls. Reception people were nice and courteous and always helped us. Everything was better than average. We stayed here for a week. Not one issue. Centrally located to get to just about anywhere within 30mins to 1hr.

My son and I booked this through a third party and were quite happy doing so! My family lives nearby in a very small place so this was perfect, location and comfortable! The bathtub could use some attention as far as stains and if you need it you'll have to request a hair dryer as they are not automatically in the room. If needed, I'll stay here again.

I can say this "consistency" been here multiple times throughout the year and this place definitely is my 1st choice. Not only for a motel 6 but in hotels....front desk service...top notch...to the cleanliness of the rooms...mostly for me is MY TRUCK IS SAFE OUTSIDE. I can actually get some rest without sleeping with 1 eye open

This is way better than 2 star hotel. Our room with kitchenette was in great shape, clean and everything working. They gave us all the kitchen equipment needed for our stay free. This will be our go to place for Seattle area going forward. Not to mention the excellent value and friendly staff.

Front desk was very friendly! Didn't have a specific requests during the stay but check-in and out was good. Rooms were well kept, recent updates were made to the room we had (but not sure if it's the same for all). Located in a quiet neighborhood as other reviewers mentioned, close to interstate, and Cinebistro is a short walk... check it out!

The lady at the front desk with the really cool flower lip ring (did not get her name unfortunately) was such a pleasant person and a delight to chat with. The room was way more than I expected for the price! Really well kept, loved the kitchenette, super clean refrigerator, toaster and microwave. All in all I highly recommend!

Excellent. I was very impressed with my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. Front staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms clean, spacious, WiFi available, plenty of parking, clean quiet and the price was extremely reasonable and affordable. This is a best kept secret. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is amazing. Megan an Reagan were really helpful! Made my stay super relaxing. One thing about room was the floor had a big indent. And our stove top fan didn’t work so when we cooked the room got Smokey an we had to open door. Over all it was a great stay. I definitely enjoy coming here for a nightly getaway when I can!

Stayed for a week. Clean, Comfortable room. Housekeepers are Absolutely Amazing! Front desk is Friendly and helpful. The Kitchen setup is Great-nice big refrigerator/freezer, 2 Stove top burners that work perfectly. I cooked at least once every day and they provide multiple dishes and pots if you ask (in fact, my room was completely stocked beforehand which was much appreciated). Would stay again.

"Good value, decent location, roomy rooms." For the price, the rooms had adequate space, looked nice, were clean, and included kitchenettes. However, little things like shampoo or utensils had to be requested. Since I usually bring my own soap products from home, and didn't need utensils, this wasn't an issue personally, but anyone traveling light (such as via airplane) might be find that disappointing. The lady at the desk was friendly, and the service met expectations but did not go beyond. The location wasn't too difficult to get to and close to the I-5. There were enough electrical outlets and in convenient enough places for all of my electronics which was pleasant, for some motel rooms I've been to have fewer outlets and most are hard to access. This may not sound like a glowing review, but I am not prone to hyping. I honestly would stay here again.

We have stayed in many Motel 6 properties around the country, but this is by far thee nicest one we have ever stayed in. The kitchenette with large refrigerator is a huge plus. It is also close to a Starbucks and will soon be close to the Seattle light rail. Sharia e was incredibly helpful!

After calling to advise the hotel we would be arriving around 0130, staff said the final check in time is 0300. Arrived at 0140 only to find out reservation was canceled by the hotel. No phone call, no email no notice... NOTHING. The guy who met me at the courtesy phone wouldn't even look at me. SHAME ON YOU. We drove for 20 hours, we were tired, the kids and the dog wanted out of the car. You're hotel and communication suck.

I really enjoyed my extended stay at this Studio 6 property! I was slightly hesitant to book my stay when I read some of the former reviews, yet I travel a lot for business and find that most "reviewers" of motel stays, I would guess, are possibly just very unhappy people in life itself. I found that my expectations of my stay here exceeded what I would normally expect from a Motel 6 or Studio 6. From the front desk agents to the housekeepers, nothing but smiles and a warm, hospitable welcome every morning into the evening. Every staff member is willing to go the extra mile to help make my stay comfortable. The room was clean, I love the newly renovated look! I will definitely make plans to stay again here when I am back in town!

Can’t seem to get this place to be serious about returning my deposit. I checked out 11/26, it’s now 12/7 What’s the problem. Ridiculous. Be aware this location instead of Running their $50 required deposit as an authorization, they charge it and return it. Who knows when. They say 10 days I haven’t gotten nothing back. I have an early deposit bank if they had truly returned my money, it would already have been there. Today I will contact their corporate office and file a case with the Better Business Bureau. I’ve contacted them multiple times about this, and they keep giving me the same spiel Hotel is ok, but the customer service and dated deposit process is terrible.

!!!!ROACHES!!!!! Stayed here with my mom and we had roaches in our first room. When we went to the office they quickly moved us to a new room that smelled like food had just been deep fried in it. Not even five minutes into the new room I had another bug crawling on me. Neither on the rooms we were in were cleaned properly. The floors were sticky as though they had never been mopped. This place is falling apart and is not worth staying.

My partner, our dog, and I have been staying at this Studio 6 on and off for the past few months. The rooms are great— surprisingly modern, clean and they have everything you need. You can get dishes, pots, pans, and silverware from the front desk whenever you need them. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the grounds clean here. It’s a nice, quiet spot that’s tucked away from the main road next to a little neighborhood and a movie theater— so it feels much safer than most motels on this level. The front desk staff are fantastic— we love Eden’s bright and sunny personality, she always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we have what we need. Morgan is wonderful as well, she has been so accommodating when we have had extenuating circumstances or late night issues and always makes sure we’re taken care of. Sharaine is kind and always keeps hospitality in mind. The housekeeping staff are all super friendly and kind as well. We are grateful to have found this gem of a Motel 6. This place has truly been a home away from home for us. Thank you to everyone for making us so comfortable here, we truly appreciate all of you.

Recently upgraded rooms. Plenty of fridge space, microwave and stove cook top. Traveled for business for over a week. Quiet location, plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay at again if I'm in the area again. Convenient location to freeway, food and shopping.

Friendly front desk staff. Good location. Good price. Safe area. Needs better upkeep on the grounds, updating of rooms, and to better enforce no smoking in rooms (ours smelled smoked in).

  • 5/5 Heather M. 1 year ago on Google
The bed is amazing, the window opens for fresh air and the hot water never ends. Morgan is as nice as can be helping me with my tech issues. If you want to stay more than one night however be sure to lock down the price then. I will be back❣️

This place is amazing. Modern rooms, heaters that make the room nice and toasty. And then they have this super nice woman at the front desk named Sharaine. She checked me out in the morning and she was so bright and bouncy. She has music playing that is upbeat and make you smile. I really enjoyed my interaction with her

This hotel is amazing. Rooms were modern, comfortable, quiet and so cozy. Prices were the best in the city. Rooms are extremely clean and have kitchen area and nice sized clean bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet and really well maintained. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

I love the set ups of the rooms, the full kitchen and bathroom and a great sized closet with mirror sliding door. Therea even a little dining table for 2! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Bethany & Sharaine are both extremely helpful and accommodating and will both go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family. Thank you guys!

Place was nicely located. Nice grounds. Only thing is the interior was a little out dated and dingy. I'm a clean freak like Borderline OCD but I know the sheets were dingy and definitely stained. Felt leary about sleeping IN the bed so we placed our 2 blankets we brought on the bed and slept over their sheets. Kinda grossed me out. I hope they see this and improve their laundry or hopefully an isolated incident. I won't be staying there again bc of the sheet situation. But definitely a bargain for the price. No breakfast tho

Morgan was wonderful! I accidentally booked a one bed room and she quickly got me the ADA room I needed. The whole process was made easy by her great customer service and knowledge, making the switch quick and she was very thorough about making sure the info was correct. My stay itself was great, the beds are very nice! Clean rooms and facilities, would return for the customer service alone.

Great location, safe and walkable. Rooms are large, clean and have kitchenettes but no dishes, utensils, pots or pans. No shampoo provided either. Other than that, the location is great and the pricepoint is affordable for a long term stay. Much better than staying in downtown at a hotel 4x the price. Would recommend.

I wouldn’t stay here again. When we first arrived we were put into a room that had an overwhelming cigarette smell. We asked for a new room which the staff thankfully accommodated and they told us the smoke smell was “in the floors” and they would put a neutralizer in for the next guest. The new room smelled better but had no shampoo, no hair dryer, a coffee maker with no cups, and the fridge was making such a loud noise that we had to unplug it. This was an extremely basic room, we slept ok but it was not particularly clean and we will definitely look elsewhere the next time we are in the area.

  • 5/5 JulieAuna Y. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms here are always so sparkly clean, the housekeepers really put in work and it shows. The staff at the front desk are super welcoming and quick to check guests into available rooms. It's a beautiful area lots of trees and a beautiful creek running right next to the property

I have stayed here for the last 5 days and I highly recommend; I extended my stay; one of the best deals in all of Seattle. I had an issue with a problem and Laura the manager and Chase the receptionist went out their way to help me. Clean and safe which is important. Close to everything and convenient.

Very nice stay as I came here for training. I was checked in by Eden, who was wonderful, attentive, and helpful. The room was very clean. I would stay here again. No complaints at all. The will provide you plates, utensils, and cooking equipment upon request. 3/4 sized refrigerator to keep your food and drinks.

Raquel is the sweetest, most attentive housekeeper! We stay here often, and always feel at home with how clean our room is, and how often we can swap towels for fresh ones. Raquel always has a smile on her face and makes sure each room is spotless.

Basic studio - no frills but the bed is super comfortable, the kitchenette is great, and the TV is huge! Thanks to Eden for a very warm welcome at check-in. She touched every base to be sure we had what we need, including a few dishes for using the kitchenette! Great value for the price.

I stayed here only one night so I wouldn't haven't to drive 45 miles home after a holiday party. Eden at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and made sure I had a room close to the office so I would feel more comfortable since I was staying alone. I have a check list of C's and it made the list: Clean, Comfortable, and Coffee. I would stay here again. Also, this is an extended stay and I thought it was sweet how they had the small lobby decorated up for those that may be away from their families for the holidays. Pretty classy for an updated Motel 6 and was more than expected.

I had the pleasure of staying at Studio 6 while my apartment in the neighboring complex was being prepared for move-in, and I must say they were incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in without a prior reservation. During my stay, Gina was the shift manager, and she displayed exceptional care and attentiveness. She kindly provided me with an extra blanket as I tend to get cold easily. If you need any kitchenware, it is available at the reception. They sanitize the utensils after each guest, ensuring they are clean and ready for use. Additionally, having laundry facilities on-site was extremely convenient. The overall atmosphere was quiet and secure, and I felt safe both on the premises and in my room. It is reassuring to have amenities such as a stove in the room, especially for longer stays. All in all, Studio 6 provided a welcoming and hospitable experience for my overnight stay. I would like to extend my gratitude to Gina and Sharaina for their outstanding service and making my stay comfortable. I highly recommend Studio 6 to anyone seeking a pleasant place to stay for a overnight or longer. As for myself, it would have been nice to have some toiletries provided in the room, such as shampoo or shower gel. However, they did offer two bars of soap, which was still a good gesture.

The staff here, particularly Laura and Angela, are amazing people who do everything they can to make sure their guests are taken care of. It’s going to be sad when Angela retires because she is willing to help at any moment if you need something, even at the a** crack of dawn! While the buildings and rooms may be a little older, they have decent standard amenities that make up for it in convenience and comfort. If you’re looking for the cheapest place to stay in the North Seattle area, while still maintaining a nice, comfortable atmosphere - this is definitely a good choice. If you’re staying here when I post this review, go say “Hi!” to Angela and wish her an amazing retirement!

1st visit post pandemic. First the good: location- nice quiet. Cleanliness of the room great(nod to the house keepers) price very reasonable. Now for the not so good; the mattress comfortable but slides all over the place platform needs to have some sort of grip for the matress . So much stuff in disrepair. Missing 1 closet door, piece of the counter was siliconed in. Bathtub was gross (stains and hair in it) and in need of caulking. Bathroom door needs replaced and the room needs re painted. Grounds could be a bit cleaner. Additionally they provide 2 tiny bars of soap no shampoo or conditioner.
