Housekeeping needs to be requested and with 24 hours advanced notice so only had fresh towels once during our five day stay. Had to request for linens and bedding for sofa bed. Asked for trash removal on day three and the guy who came to the door handed us garbage bags and walked off, making us take out our own garbage. Breakfast was decent and the evening reception was nice, but the same food every day. Location is off I5 which can take up to an hour to get back to the hotel from downtown Seattle in rush hour. When we stayed, there was a youth sports group also staying there that spent the night running the halls and being so loud in the atrium that we could hear their conversations late into the night making for a disruptive night (not the hotels fault but the way the hotel is built the sound carries up).

I am staying in the area for 2 weeks for work and I originally booked with Comfort Inn Seattle North as they were the only hotel available because there were concerts in the area. Needless to stay my experience at the Comfort Inn was HORRIBLE. Disgusting rooms and service. Horrible area. I switched hotels after 3 nights to Embassy Suites for the remaining week and half of my trip and I’m already so grateful I did. The room is absolutely perfect and not to mention the incredible customer service. I had a slight issue with my toilet but they fixed it immediately and I feel very safe and comfortable in this hotel. I feel like I’m high class walking around this hotel. I will forever stay here when in this area. Thank you Embassy Suites for turning my trip around. You are guys are the best.

For the price and location you would expect better services at the restaurant and bar. I was told to put on shoes today but for the last few days I visited the bar for drinks with no shoes. If you have a policy it's best to enforce it all the time not just when you choose to. The room smelled like mold which is why room service opens the window Last few days we were there when they cleaned. Breakfast was OK not great but not bad either.

I'd definitely stay here again. The service was great, I appreciated the drink coupons for the nightly reception with snacks, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet paper was very rough Scott, the pool pump should be stronger to filter out more debris that lays on the water surface, and the carpet looks like it needs a deep clean or replacement.

Beds were too soft could not sleep on had to sleep on most uncomfortable couch ever. My wife who likes a soft bed said it was too soft as well. The room itself had been lightly cleaned but I use the word lightly ,lightly. Let me say that the food was amazing the wait staff and bar staff are incredible and the actual hotel staff were all extremely nice. Being as it was a Hilton I expected the level of quality and cleanliness to be much higher than it actually was. I have stayed in a lot of small side of the highway type cheap motels on road trips and such and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had renting a room ever. I have brought this to the attention of the staff and it sounds as though the new house cleaning manager is going to make sure things are done at a much higher level of quality.

This is definitely my go to location when I'm visiting Boeing-Everett. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, and staff is always friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the free breakfast in the morning with the "made to order" omelet bar. They have a happy hour from 5-7 every night with 2 free drinks. Location is convenient and close to food and entertainment. Definitely recommend this Embassy.

This was a nice hotel for the location. It was far enough outside of the city to be a decent price. It did seem a bit weird the way it was designed inside but it was nice. The breakfast was amazing. Defiantly a great place to stay if you need a place before a cruise. There is plenty of places for food and stores. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I am sure there will always be something to pick out, but I liked it here. If I am in the area I will defiantly stay here again. I had a double queen room and had plenty of room.

The room was clean and inviting. However the toilet paper was so thin you had to quadruple it up. The room service was a little expensive, even for room service, but the food was phenomenal. The hot tub was broken, which was not indicated on their website, and the whole purpose of our trip was to utilize the pool and hot tub. The indoor heated saltwater pool was amazing. The continental breakfast was inedible - most of the hot food was cold, and the pancakes were so tough they had to be thrown away. Customer service wad great, with everyone being friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is very neat and clean. Managers reception was very good. Good snacks and drinks. The bartenders were very friendly and courteous. The entire room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is spacious and did not have a lot of noise for an open atrium. Ms Celina and Geo was very friendly and made our breakfast delightful. I did not experience any safety threat or inconvenience. Geo went out of his way to answer questions and provided excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. Please make sure that he is recognized for his service and Miss Celina's service. Thank you, Don Samuels

The rooms were definitely dated and need upgrading. The chairs in the breakfast area are worn out and cracked. Only one of the three elevators worked. Children were running and yelling in the atrium for literally a couple of hours. It was not a good experience. The fan/air conditioner in my room kept turning off. The motion sensors did not know I was sleeping in the room and get hot. Even if I turn the fan to manual, it would switch to automatic and turn off. There is no food within walking distance of this location. Be prepared for delivery or drive somewhere. The hotel’s bistro is open very limited hours.

Instant calm took over our over-stressed and bitter dispositions as we walked into the lobby. Upon completing the necessary but brief check in with a friendly and professional front desk employee, he provided us with 4 free drink vouchers for the bar, and encouraged us to hurry before it was too late. Luggage in hands and on backs, we high-tailed to the bar, ordered drinks, and I took our bags to our room. Not knowing what to expect, but believing anything will be an improvement over the Super 8 that we were at. Super 8 is the number of minutes we could bare in the room, even though it was a free weekend stay. I opened the door to our room and gasped at the size and comforts I witnessed... home away from home.

Best hotel experience we've ever had. The food at the restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was great, by far the best hotel breakfast. So many healthy choices and the made to order omelets were just like a restaurant's. Yes, the hotel layout is different. You walk out of your room and can see every floor and every room but to us that was nice. It gave us a sense of security so that if our kids ran off we could see them anywhere they went. The room felt like a suite and not just a typical hotel room. You walk in and have a living room with a full size pull out couch, dinning area, kitchenette, and restroom. The bedroom has a locking door, beds, of course, and a closet. So spacious and updated. We'll definitely be going back!

Loved using the digital key and online check in. The unfortunate event was that two out of three elevators were out of service! The front staff was not familiar with the Hilton Honours program which was disappointing since Embassy Suites is part of the Hilton family. She referred me to the Hilton website.

Just not the same value as before.. Not sure why prices have gone up and services have been pulled back when they clearly have gone back to pre covid protocols.. So they're charging more and doing less and probably not even playing their employees anymore as they don't seem to care about attention to detail. Not the value that used to be unless you are a family with small children.. They cut back on the evening receptiand even certain things in breakfast. Unfortunately There always seems to be an issue and I guess i'd have more patience. If we were talking about a budget motel, we are not. These are Hilton properties, and they are charging hundreds of dollars a night. One of the bartenders wonders why he wasn't getting tips 1 night and doesn't realize not mandatory. And also, if you want tips, maybe be be pleasant instead of snapping at them, liwe were bothering you period. Not sure about these 5 star reviews as the hot tub was drained when we were there as well.. And don't fool yourself when they say they're going to help you. If you call instead, they'll gaslite u and Not really concerned about the issues

I've stayed at this hotel many times for a yearly convention, the most recent was July 2023 for 2 nights. I like the layout of the rooms, having 2 rooms with the sleeping area separate from the couch/table. Convenient to have a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the room. I enjoy the free hot breakfast and evening reception.

There is no shuttle service, and no ride service will get you here, so if you are not driving make sure to wear good walking shoes. They are less than a mile from the bus terminal but the ride service will not bring you here. Again they will not provide a shuttle service less than a mile knowing the ride service will not come here. Great experience, walking through construction and highway, for our party of 5 including my older disabled father. Also expect your room may be steps from the bar area with loud activities going on late... early into the morning. The rooms don't provide much noise cancelation.

The hotel was great - large rooms with separate living space is ideal for larger groups and families. The pool is good for kids and the breakfast was one of the best when compared to other hotels (Another huge plus if you are going with kids). There was a lot of confusion with the in-room dining bill. I was charged for some questionable and large unexplainable costs, plus the mandatory tip was added without prior notification. However, the front desk staff fixed this without question and immediately. Its still a 20+ minute drive to Seattle, but value for money was undeniable. I will definitely stay here in the future, but will avoid eating at the restaurant for meals outside breakfast.

The staff are excellent and rooms are clean but could use an update. I think for the price it's kind of a rip off. If they offered more things that were complementary to guests that spend that kind of money then I would stay here way more but it's just so pricey especially with inflation. It's hard to live these days. And it feels like it's getting worse!

I had an excellent stay here at the Embassy Suites in North Lynnwood. We had our class reunion here and decided to also stay here for the couple of days that our class was in town. The hotel rooms are big so you have a lot of space for yourself or 2 other people in the room. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast in the morning and you have complimentary drinks in the afternoon that you can get at the Cascades Bar & Restaurant (5:30pm). The restaurant opens at 4pm until 10pm so you can have a late dinner if you want to. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and they even would call you if they happen to have a question about your stay, and will work with you over the phone so you don't even need to head back to the hotel if you're out. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you happen to be in Lynnwood.

Spent 5 days here. Very quiet. Seconds from I-5. It's a bit rundown, but every single staff member I encountered made up for that. Loved happy hour! Free snacks (fresh veggies, chips & salsa and maybe chicken wings) and a drink.

The amenities and service at this hotel is top of the line! Friendly staff, spacious suite, decent sized pool, delicious continental breakfast and a great happy hour all make for a great spring break vacation! The Cascade restaurant located within the hotel have surprisingly good food with big servings and priced reasonably, great for families with young kids who are too tired to eat out after a long day of activities! This hotel is highly recommended!

Stayed from the 15th of June to the 20th of June. The location is a bit out of the way from a lot of the major tourist stuff in Seattle so be mindful of that. The breakfast is typical of any hotel but the Cascades restaurant inside was AMAZING. The garlic breads there are great and the entrees had such flavor to them. The gym was 24/7 so that was good for when I wanted to work out at midnight. The pool however closes at 10pm, so make sure to swim first if you plan to do both late at night. Amenities were fine, but the chairs in our room had already sunken a bit. Please replace when you can! Other than that the stay itself was great and there are no major complaints that would be a deal breaker. I definitely recommend this place to those who don't mind the distance.

This is one of those 3 star hotels that feel like a 4 star. The rooms are spacious and super clean! They have one of the best complementary breakfasts ever; they cook fresh omelettes and bacon for you! The indoor pool goes between 3 to 5 feet deep and it’s great.

Nice older hotel. Bartender was great. Food was pretty good. The thing that bothered me in room 342 was the pod coffee maker. I wanted to make a coffee and when I flipped the lid, it was disgusting. Nothing but mold and green. I almost threw up and requested a new room but just moved that disgusting thing to the other side of the room. Very comfy bed. But the mold was gross. Also, the AC wasn’t very good. Won’t be back.

Spacious rooms and very clean, beds and pillows are too soft for my opinion. excellent complimentary breakfast, and a great restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Pool area is nice comfortable and clean. Excellent customer service and great bang for your buck.

Room was awesome. Perfect size for our family of 6. Pool was a salt water pool which it didn't mention anywhere! We had to ask for towels constantly since we don't get room service for the few days we are there. WiFi isn't free unless you're apart of the Hilton honors club. Front desk did give us a promo code so we could have it tho. My husband and I got 2 free drink tickets for each night we were there. Only redeemable during 5-6:30 pm tho. Wish it was later. During check out a screw came out on our door knob and the whole thing almost came off. Thought we would get locked in! Put the screw back and propped the door open just in case while checking out. Breakfast was awesome!! Make your own omelettes and plenty of other choices. It was a great visit!!!

Love everything, except the location. This perfect hotel shouldn't be isolated in my opinion. I think the staff was great and the room was awesome. I loved the water pressure in the shower and everything else. (The elevator was sketchy though) BUT, in other words....110/10!

Great service at the front desk, delicious hot breakfast. Our server for a late BLT was really nice considering we showed up close to closing. Easy to find off the I5 and just as easy to get back on. A great place to stay instead of right downtown.

Our first room was not quite up the my personal hygienic standards. The front desk clerk Danielle did an amazing job finding us a better room and going above and beyond! Honestly this five star review is for Danielle and her commitment to customer excellence! Thank you for making our stay a fantastic experience! We also recommend the restaurant that has surprisingly really good food! 😀

Great place to stay! Centrally located, easy access to I-5, yet quiet. Well maintained inside and out. Comfortable, clean rooms. Staff were efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and enjoyed in a comfortable setting.

The staff was very nice. However, we had several issues with the hotel. We stayed there during a heatwave. The hotel was so hot that we could not stay for events that were being held downstairs. Events we came from out of town to attend. Also, out of three elevators, only one slow elevator was working the entirety of our stay. Finally, since the pandemic, many new cleaning practices have been implemented. This is the first hotel we've stayed at that didn't even provide daily towels, toilet paper and take out the trash. We had to call down for additional toilet paper.

Stayed here with our grandson. The room was perfect and spacious. The walls weren’t paper thin so we couldn’t hear everything our neighbors were up to. Was the pool bigger and in the center when the hotel first opened? The pool now is ridiculously small. There should be a person and a time limit for the pool. We couldn’t use the drink voucher because it was only for an hour. And only 1 elevator was working and was so slow. Really the hotel is the most expensive around the area and I was expecting it to be the best. Disappointed.
