DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly do not recommend staying here. There was blood splatter on the ceiling, wall AND table tops! Floor turned my bare feet black in seconds. Someone else’s dirty laundry left under the bed from previous stays. When we told the owner he got very defensive and refused to listen. Then threatened to charge credit card because he can. (We left that room spotless) when we finally convinced him to not double charge and take out payment, he made us promise to not “look under other hotels beds”…… what?! Worst hotel I’ve ever seen hands down. I’d rather stay at a motel 6!!!! Wish I could give it 0 stars.

HORRIBLE Hotel!! Pipe bursted in the bathroom around 3am while we were sleeping and an older Asian lady came in while we were both naked in bed and told us we were showering and we would be charged for all the damages. We were clearly not in the bathroom and tried to explain that to her she did not speak English enough to actually talk with us. She ended up offering us a new room and as we were grabbing our things she said that we were fine and had to stay in our room with water all over the floor. The next day we went and talked to the lady at the front desk and asked for a later check out since she was in our room for almost an hour at 3am and she said absolutely not it’s policy that we can’t and it does not matter if someone was in our room. We we’re trying to explain what happened to that lady at the front desk what happened and she said she did not care that’s what she was told. As this is happening the older Asian lady is yelling at her from the second story about us. 0/10 recommend this hotel!! They treat you horribly and it was not a nice stay in general

I was pleasantly pleased. My room is very large and so is the bathroom. BUT there is no over head lighting in my room. After dark you can't see anything very well. One lamp and 2 bedside lights. The one over head light is at the door as you walk in and does nothing to help the remainder of the large room. Shower did not Maintain temperature. At one point I couldn't get any hot water. If you are tall like me, 5'10, the shower head is about 10 inches to low and the toilet is really short as well. If you want an early check in or a late check out, forget it. They don't offer that. I did really like the size of the room but was limited by lack of light. I had a king sized bed and it was really comfortable and good pillows too. Room had a fridge and microwave and a large TV. The 2 front desk people were very nice but the third one I didn't care for. He would interrupt and talk over the other employees saying NO to just about anything he could. All in all I felt safe there once I got use to the sounds the refrigerator made. I don't think I will stay there again. They are also renovating as well.

my husband and I like to travel different cities in Washington we have never had any problems checking into hotels until today. There were two receptionists an Asian guy and a what looked like to a female Indian. We have never been disrespected so much at a hotel he was insinuating we were going to throw a party just because another car parked right next to us as we got out of our car, where’s the logic in that??? maybe they don’t get a lot of customers. He kept telling us they charge a lot of money if we have extra guest when there was only two of us standing in front of him ?? I would recommend going somewhere else where they won’t make you feel bad after a long day of driving.

I stayed here and the guy at the front desk was like. No guest allowed at all. And then when I went to check out before he gave me my deposit back. He had to run to the room and inspect it. I don't know, it was like a really weird hotel. It was like walking into the twilight zone. Now don't get me wrong it had a great price the rooms were clean.

The Elevator is not working and cause a lot of issue during our stay . She offer to cancel the reservation, but so hard to find another place in the last minute. No good coffee at the room, breakfast just bannana and cake

Exquisite decor and interior, very nice staff and hard working owners. Looking forward to the breakfast option come-back. Croissants and milk would be nice! For the price, can’t be beat. Area is safe and close to Trader Joe’s and Business Costco!

Best managed hotel nearby. Hats off to Korean family who owns this, they really know the quality and cleanness. Suggestions: a rest room newr reception would be nice.

The staff was very friendly, polite and respectful. They were also helpful and provided very nice breakfast and fixed stuff that needed repair. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was grateful to stay there while it lasted because I had nowhere else to go to.

Nice as you walk in have a restaurant but didn't try it as it was close to closing time. Rooms are small and packed super close together with very thin walls. Had a order delivered to us and was stolen within seconds of drop off. Very rude staff

It’s Asian owned. They treat this hotel like a prison. No guest are allowed. Parking is sketchy. Room walls and floors are paper thin.

Arrived at 5pm waited about 10 minutes for front desk to show up. I called 2xs while waiting no answer. I understand area's are understaffed, no biggie. Room was big, clean, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Great shower, loved the hot water. Staff could have smiled alittle more. Area and surroundings were not a issue. I felt safe. I didn't see any homeless or smoke smell in rooms or hallway. No breakfast is available here. But they always had coffee.

Seemed like an affordable option for the location. However, In the end they made me do a CASH deposit wouldn’t except my card!! Once I checked out they kept the deposit and refused to give it back to me, unless I came in, in person! We do NOT live close! The owner whom I spoke to on the phone, took zero responsibility in not refunding the deposit at checkout and refuses to return the funds! He is a thief and a con. Go else where!

Highly do not recommend staying here. Outside is pretty ugly and falling apart. Was there for our kids tournament. At check in they were charging me extra $30 for each kid plus all the other hidding fees. I reserved this hotel for the cheapest price to end up paying more at check in. If you are a parent with kids DO NOT stay here if you don't want to pay extra. Ended up leaving and finding a better hotel WHERE THEY DID NOT CHARGED EXTRA.

Comfortable and great for the price. Recently updated. Some work is still in progress. This hotel is next to a place to eat. Further eating places are less than 5 minutes by car. Recommend a nice pub called Hops n' Drops nearby.

Don't make the mistake I did. Choose another hotel. Though it seems like they're making a genuine effort to keep the aging building nice, poor customer service and rude desk staff ruin the experience. The refrigerator in my room was missing a freezer door, racks on the inside shelves, and it froze a bottle of wine and a bunch of takeout food solid. Thankfully, I forgot to put my insulin in that evening or it would have been a $400 loss instead of $50. Looking in the back of the freezer when taking pictures I found food (frozen too) left by previous guests. When I brought it to the attention of the first staff member he said the freezer wasn't supposed to have a door and suggested it was my fault for not setting the temperature myself. The second person said it was not the hotel's problem and I should contact Travelocity. When we asked to speak to the manager she told us to leave the hotel. The fridge is clearly in poor repair, as the photos show. The woman at the desk was exceptionally rude. The staff take no responsibility for the hotel's mistakes that cost their guests, and it makes me worry about getting my deposit back. They'll probably tell me to take that up with Travelocity as well, because once they have your money they seem very determined to keep hold of it. I know mistakes happen, and I can forgive staff that make them, but this is just a case of staff not caring, and you deserve better then that when you plan time in the Seattle area. Choose any place but this one, because if something goes wrong they just don't care.

I have stayed at Hotel International many times and enjoyed it, and given them good reviews. Not this time. I had a bad experience - which happens from time to time anywhere - but it's now they dealt with it that matters...or rather how they DIDN'T deal with it. Two emails addressing my concerns went unanswered, so I called them. The gist of the call was: "We checked, the AC was working, too bad if you didn't like it; we don't know why the wifi wasn't working; if you didn't like it you should have told us right away, so too bad, so sad." Well, we got back to the room at midnight so it wasn't feasible to move rooms, but I did tell them when we checked out. I found the manager's tone on the phone dismissive and condescending - he interrupted me and it was obvious he didn't care about my concerns and didn't care if he lost a customer. He'll lose more than one customer, as I have referred many people to them, and I'll be sure to tell them how poorly we were treated. There are many other options in the Lynnwood area, for similar prices, where you can have a much better stay.

A unique hotel in contrast to it's contemporaries. You're in the heart of K-Town and all the things you might then expect or even not expect! The ice machine is located on the promenade of the second floor. The single queen bed unit we stayed in had microwave and coffee maker, mini fridge and a sofa bed. The Roku TV was also a welcome touch.

Rooms were really good, the only issue was we booked a two bed room for three people but once we arrived they asked for 30$ more a night because the room was only meant for two people? Not really sure but we just agreed to get to bed. Outside is also pretty ugly and falling apart under windows some sides.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. Super sweet but the lady who was at the desk in the morning was so rude that it ruined it for us... She falsely accused us of smoking in the room to keep our deposit. The blankets smelled like they were already slept in, there was DQ trash under the bed, Then while we were in the parking lot, a lady had asked for directions, and while were tryin to help this lady, the front desk lady came out and yelled at us that we had to leave. After we paid $210 to stay for 5 hours. The older lady who checked us in is the only good thing about this hotel. So sad that they are in the business of stealing people's deposits.

Thus is a nice, quiet, (definitely independently owned) hotel. I like the simplicity and privacy of it, although it had some downsides. It is very clean, but the bathroom sink aerator sprayed everywhere. The wallpaper is peeling. The entire 4th floor is shut down for some reason. The room (and hotel in general) smelled like old boiled food, or mold, or both. So I got a febreeze spray for a few bucks at the grocery store to use during my 4 day stay. The two younger staff members during the day were very professional and great to deal with. However, the older Korean couple during the night (I assume the owners) weren't very nice. They like to tie the front doors shut with a rope, which sucks if you're coming and going, and I would guess it's also an illegal fire hazard issue. Not cool, FYI... The older lady at night isn't very nice, I almost left for another hotel because of her angry attitude. This place is good but could be much improved upon. Probably will not stay here again.
