Stayed here for a conference - it is pretty close to the conference center and the mall area where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. There was ample parking when I arrived and the parking lot felt safe. The front desk service was friendly and efficient. The room was newly remodeled, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet leading to a great night's sleep! My favorite in the room was this lounger chair - very comfortable! I would definitely visit again!

Worst experience ever. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest had checked out. Gross. I'm talking disheveled bed, dirty towels all over the floor, garbage in the garbage cans, a banana peel laying on the floor, and an unflushed, urine filled toilet. No lie, I was disgusted, but the front desk employee seemed to have cared less and never once even apologized for the inconvenience that we had just experienced. So yeah, that was the first room. The second try was equally disturbing. We take our new keys to check out this new and hopefully clean room and what do you know, it was actually occupied by a very shocked and caught off guard couple who were trying to pull their door closed at the same time as we were trying to pull it open. It was a terrible experience for us but as I could put myself in the position of this couple who had already been settled into their room, I believe it might have been worse for them and the invasion of privacy they had just experienced. Needless to say, same front desk employee was once again very rude and off-putting without any remorse or offer of compensation, let alone any sort of apology or even any admittance of wrong doing. The outcome was a third try at a down graded room because apparently they were sold out of the room type we had booked originally. It's shocking to me that places like this could have any returning guests because I'm just going out on a limb here and thinking that we were probably not the first and definitely won't be the last to be treated so poorly. It's as if terrible service throughout your stay is what they aim for and with that being said, well then they met their mark. As Hilton Honors members we were and still are appalled at the level in which they operate. It really is an embarrassment for this property to be under the Hilton umbrella. Never again would I even step inside this facility. So stay at your own risk and keep very low expectations if you find yourself forced to spend the night here.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Easy access to downtown Seattle with a car. Travel between 9.30am to 4.30pm to avoid the bad traffic. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Staffs are friendly. Room can be cleaned on request. For my family of 5, the 2+1 sofa beds, a king bed and kitchenette are perfect. Although there’s only 1 bathroom, it’s spacious with vanity top outside. Love the usb plug points at the bedside tables and tv consoles. Very convenient when everyone in the family has 1 or 2 gadgets each. Similar breakfast choices everyday but good enough to fill up our tummies before a day out. Free usage of the washer and dryer at the shared laundry room. Fast washing and drying. Purchase own detergent. A rubbish bag a day prepared ready at the kitchenette area will be a plus point.

Fabulous for a family with young kids. Checks all the boxes. Clean. Complimentary parking, laundry and huge breakfast. Pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly. What more could you ask for?! Highly recommend!

There’s a lot to like about this hotel, the facilities are really nice looking; the staff are friendly; the location is excellent, with easy access to I5, shopping, restaurants, etc.; and the rooms are updated and nice. However, I think the main reason you stay at a hotel is to get a good night of sleep. That, unfortunately, wasn’t in the cards for our stay here. After going to bed, we were woken up by someone banging on the door to the room next to ours, very loudly shouting “front desk!,” this was around midnight. Next, at 4 or 5 in the morning, the people on the floor above started making loud noises, followed by the room next door about an hour later. After getting back to sleep, we heard kids running and yelling down the halls. Every sound was echoed through the room, from people in the halls to the surrounding rooms. Breakfast was absolute chaos, people everywhere, food out, you name it. Fortunately, there’s a Starbucks in the shopping complex next door. Overall, with the poor insulation (or whatever) and seemingly endless noise. I may consider staying here again, but I would look elsewhere before booking here, and I definitely would not book here if I needed to get a full night of sleep.

The digital key did not work. Every other Hilton I’ve stayed in, it was always worked seamlessly. When I called down to ask for help, they said I’d need to come back down and get a real key even after I explained that I have 2 small children and an elderly mom and my luggage cart. The front desk person was not even kind let alone respectful. When we asked for towels for the pool we were told they were “out there somewhere”. However we had checked the whole pool room already and confirmed there were no towels. Another customer was also looking for towels and was told the same thing. She said she had checked everywhere as well. Meanwhile our toddlers are standing cold and wet outside the pool with my elderly mom trying to watch them so they don’t slip or fall in. There were no trays at breakfast which made it impossible to carry the disgusting powdery eggs and other offerings up to my room for my kids to eat. Will definitely not stay here again.

We have a great experience staying at Hampton. The location is within walking distance to the Alderwood Town Centre, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and welcoming. Well done.

The hotel staff exceeded our service expectations, during our stay and even after it (sending me a lost object). Location is convenient, with nearby outlets, and it is not necessary to get into Seattle's traffic (coming from the north). It is not far from the city, thou. Facilities are confortable and functional, with indoor pool and lobby with acceptable wifi. Breakfast is well provisioned for the hotel category.

No cleaning services for 4 days, the room is dirty with old towels, trash bags and sheets. We are no longer in Pandemic situations but the cleaning room policy did not get changed. Cleaning staffs should be trained not to disturb guesses when there is “no disturbing size” hanging on the door not one time but twice. Bad experience for the whole stays.

If I go back to Seattle/Everett again I will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn! My first floor room was quiet, clean and updated. The luxury vinyl tile floors and the glass shower doors made the room feel clean (no dirty carpet and shower curtains). It was very convenient to have a mini refrigerator and microwave and both looked new. The only thing I had a very slight issue with was the bed sheets. They didn't fit snugly (too short). They didn't fit under the mattress. Unfortunately, I didn't have the complimentary breakfast but I did have coffee (available all day). At noon it tasted fresh. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. There were some children in the pool who didn't have adult supervision and two children in the hot tub (they didn't stay long). The location was great. Nordstrom Rack was right next door and several stores across the street (all within walking distance). There was also and AMC movie theater close by. I didn't take photos but the photos posted on the website are exactly what I saw. The lobby was beautiful and they have cold lemon water served all day. You can't go wrong staying at this location.

I booked the one-bedroom suite because it was affordable and was one mile away from a surgical center where I was scheduled to have surgery on 1/20/23. The staff at this hotel manifested premier customer service! Phones were answered, I was welcomed with open arms, and was granted a late check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in staff was friendly. Further, the food at the breakfast bar was fresh and delicious. Hotel management also granted a late check out at 4:00 PM (thank you for that). I also had to bring a recliner chair for my recovery and a member of maintenance helped me take the chair up to my car after checkout. The service I received was profound and will stay at this hotel if I visit the area in the future.

Perfect location close to shopping and food however quiet at night. Amazing staff who called me by my last name when seeing me come and go! Breakfast was just right. Staff/house keeping accommodated to our family needs! Highly recommend

The rooms are nice and seem recently renovated. The vinyl floors make it seem cleaner but a bit colder and less cozy than a carpeted room. The app makes for easy check in and out. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is the free breakfast isn’t very good. Barely edible but nice to have it included in our stay. Update: I probably should clarify my room rating as I actually didn't mind the vinyl floors as it definitely made the room seem cleaner and I didn't have the usual dust allergy reaction that I have in most hotel rooms. This was definitely a plus! The pillows however are very unsupportive and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was fine. My 3 star rating was more to do with the comfort of the beds.

Overall experience of hotel was excellent! Great service, yummy breakfast, spacious of room and clean kitchen. However , both queen beds and sofa beds were dirty. I slept on the soft bed and my girls slept on the queen beds. Girls told me that they found some kind of cookie crumbs on the bed. Also bed sheets had bad odors. If they told me before they go to sleep, I probably complained right away. When I checked the beds, looks like they didn’t change and clean the bed sheets. Loved the location and spacious room but won’t go back.

We stay at this location often. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is pretty good. The gym is small but clean. They have a nice pool and hottub. However, you should always call to see if the pool is under maintenance. The location is fantastic if you are here to shop, see a doctor, or go to a spa.

Employees were nice and helpful. Great location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by, which is a good thing because the free breakfast is awful.

Worst hilton experience. I do not recommend staying here. Housekeeping was inconsistent. My room leaked water from the ceiling and ruined a pair of shoes. Another room the keys wouldn't work and we waited 1 hour and a half and they couldn't get into the room and they had to change our room. Housekeeping didn't knock everyday and even when I called ahead to have them do a room cleaning they would forget some days. They had a problem with their parents machine and the manager Jessica spoke to me like it was my account, my card issue. It turned out to be a problem on their side. She never apologized for her accusatory tone. In the end we were told we couldn't stay anore because of damages to the room. When I asked what the damages were, I was told the room took too long to turn over for the next reservation. When I called hilton and made a complain, they told them the reason was the towels and line s were damaged. I'm trying to figure out how towels and linens cause the turn over to be slow....unless they didn't replace them routinely. They never showed us any proof or pictures of this damage. I have stayed at hiltons is Wisconsin, Montana, California, Maryland and Indiana. Worst treatment and hotel experience of my life.

This Hampton is quite the gem. This location has been remodeled and was done quite nicely. Staff (especially the evening staff) were very helpful and friendly. The guest laundry was nice being close to the lobby (that is so helpful) and was free! There were 3 washers and 4 dryers. That helps when you are one the road a lot and count of getting your laundry done without long waits. Rooms were nice size and very clean. Having Dark Roast coffee was a big plus.

We continued to work with the very friendly front desk attendant and although the same room type was not available they were able to move us to another room that was very accommodating. The service had always been great in the past, so this is now as I would expect from Hilton or Hampton. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I feel they should not offer room 137 for guests, at least not without a warning about the elevator mechanical room sharing the wall that the beds for that unit are up against.

If the person that checked us in had a little more training it would be a 5. I'll keep him nameless. Two joined reservations. Puts us on 2 separate floors. Ask to be closer, about 20 rooms apart, but same floor. Asked in morning, hotel 70% booked. Then he said, "go around back." That was it, is there parking, is there a door, is there an elevator, is there.... So off we went to explore. Inside the room it was like a 10 year old drummer boy was going. So NEVER take room 217. Otherwise the room was nice, clean, breakfast we very good, pool looked nice, they stored our luggage for a few hours. All good otherwise.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now in the past 5 years or so. I've always enjoyed the breakfast and the close proximity to shopping and food to the point that you can basically walk to say Whole Foods or Chick-fil-a if you don't feel like driving. The staff is quite friendly as well. I stayed here this past Easter, with family and the check in process was fine. The room was not bad either, we booked a suite and the living room area wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked but nothing to be crazy about. The issue comes with how noisy the hotel was. We were on the 1st floor and from the people above using sounding as though they were having a race or moving furniture upstairs until we actually had to tap on the ceiling (noise which they resumed at 1am), to all the extremely loud conversation in the hallways for an hour or so on end, to the room next to us having the same issues of slamming door and kitchen cupboards, loud talking to the excess noise in the parking lot. The staff were also hitting our door every time they seemed to vacuum the halls. All of these items combined with uncomfortable beds, it was all a bit much from a hotel I usually enjoy staying at. I did complain to the front desk clerk on the morning about the loud guests above us, she apologized but I'm sure what was done to address the issue. I was planning on speaking to the clerk who checked me out but she never asked how my stay was just said that she checked me out and I was fine to leave. That whole transaction lasted about 5 minutes. I was quite disappointed and it is unfortunate that we will not be staying here again.

Nice large rooms, unfortunately I got a room by a side entrance and you could here doors slam quite a bit. Room was very clean, they have an optional a la carte cleaning service now. Breakfast was hot and always delicious. This hotel was very full, must be a popular spot.

I rate the service 3 because my stay fell at or under 4 days the staff would not give attention to room. I set trashcan out daily and it was taken care of. Also a call to front desk requesting fresh towels was a breeze. Great location for bus service and neighboring Mall.

Hampton Inns are now my hotel of choice. Bed was comfortable, room clean, hot breakfast was good. Pool is open 24 for adults. Halls were a tad noisy. I like the easy of check in and keyless entry. The staff at the desk seemed to be a bit distracted when I entered . Maybe I’m comparing all hotel staff to Portland Hampton Inn Pearl District, they are “Fantastic” overall a good hotel!

First, I do NOT recommend booking a room here. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was dismissive and continued chatting with a coworker while checking me in. However, even before Check-in I was having issues. I was quoted for $370 for my stay. Upon calling to verify the day before my stay, I was told my stay would instead be $477! The day of check-in, I was then charged for $560. This whole issue was insane, and no two employees could give me the same number regarding the price of my stay. Never mind the fact that the beds weren't even comfortable and my key cards deactivated during the stay.

This hotel is very very nice, and we had a great stay. Our big family stayed in one of the suites with two queen beds. To get the negative out of the way, the only issue we had was that the floor wasn't as clean as we'd like, but we were able to take care of it pretty quickly and the stay went completely smooth after that. The breakfast was good and coffee decent. As for the room itself, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the small kitchen area was. It had a small stove, a good sized fridge, dishes, silverware, and even a dishwasher. Also a small kitchen table with four chairs. It was great being able to have meals in the room which definitely helped us save some money by not eating out as much. Aside from the kitchen, the room was spacious and we liked having the two sofa beds since we have a big family. Even though we didn't use it, this hotel has an Amazon package delivery locker which is really neat. Another thing we liked was having a laundry room that we could use, and as far as we could tell it was free of charge - we were able to use the drier for some wet bathing suits so we didn't have to pack them wet. As for service, everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the ladies in the kitchen area. The location is really good. In our case it was close to family members we wanted to visit, and it was also close to grocery stores, coffee shops (walking distance to two Starbucks!) and restaurants. Overall I recommend this hotel, and we'd definitely stay here again in the future when we visit the area.

Love this venue and location, the best shopping only steps away, they provide a great breakfast, it is super clean, bright and inviting. We love to stay in the suites to relax for a weekend getaway, we can eat at a kitchen table if we prefer that to dining out one evening. The large bedroom with 2 queen beds is so quiet away from the main hallway beds are comfortable. Having an area to dress and do makeup is so appreciated, perfect for 4 women. A home away from home!

It was okay. It really seems to have gone downhill a bit. They must have put in a central fan system and removed the bathroom fans because now there is only a light switch. And be forewarned that if you're going to the bathroom you will be able to hear it loud and clear out in the living room. No.1 or 2. They've replaced the locking bathroom door with a sliding barn door which if you don't have it slid into the perfect position people walking by can look right in through the gap.(also not a locking door) The water pressure in the bathroom sink was also abysmal. The breakfasts used to be so good and large. Now they seem dialed back in size and quality. The staff were nice. I had no issues with them. Always happy and helpful. I have stayed here with my family 3 times but I think I will take a look around next time.

The hotel was clean & busy, with easy access to shopping & the I5. They had issues that affected some reservations (ours included), but Jessica was nice enough to let us know ahead of time. When we showed up she had our plan all sorted out but then in the end things changed. Long story short, we ended up with something completely different than we booked and it worked out for us & Jessica/the hotel. She was extremely friendly, helpful & followed thru on everything that she promised she would, in the time she said too. The room for what we saw was nice but in the end we were moved to another hotel. Thank you Jessica, you made it so we will book again & hopefully be able to stay with your hotel.

Have stayed in various Hampton Inns but this hotel has the best rooms. The queen suite is very spacious and has been a great place to gather with family. Hotel staff is very courteous and friendly specially Marquise, the afternoon hotel receptionist. It's home away from home.

The front desk staff member was friendly and welcoming. The location was great! We could walk to Starbucks, Nordstrom Rack and the mall. Short drive to everything else around. The rooms were nicely updated, bed was comfortable and the hotel/rooms was pretty spotless clean. Liked the Free parking and decent free breakfast. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for my birthday back in September. We were all excited when we checked in, went swimming, then went to get dinner. Upon coming back we noticed the room had a huge ant infestation. I told the front desk and they moved us to a different room. The different room was a significant downgrade. Upon informing their customer service about our stay, I was informed I would receive a refund check in the mail. This was at the end of September and I still have not received any form of refund. My family will look for other hotels to stay at for now on

The staff were absolutely incredible and so kind and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options. Our only complaint was that the pull out beds were very uncomfortable.
