They doooo have a vagina-look-a like entranceway to the amazing pinball room! That sentance alone makes it great. Amazing bar Food, excellent selection of beer, and a great place to watch the game with some friendly people.

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. If your looking for diversity or a place just to feel welcomed no matter where your from please don’t go here. Please don’t waste your time with this place . If you don’t look like them your not welcomed !!!

The reviews don't give this dice bar justice. The food is excellent, the service is spectacular and there's pinball! This place and the people who run it have charm and heart.

If you want neighborhood chill spot in ballard that isn't super bourgie, this sports bar/arcade is dope AF. The bartenders are super friendly and seem to remember you faster than others small places around it/Ballard... The food is excellent and the crowd is generally friendly. I come by sometimes just for the bomb nachos, and to shoot the ish with other locals. Check this place out!

Great neighborhood bar! Always a good rotating draft beer selection. I enjoy the $1.50 tacos off the food menu.

Poor choice of beer, but o got a nice one !! Bale Breaker I loved ! Also at the menu could have some French fries 🍟 with the burgers ! We came. At 7 pm the guy was very nice and polited, but when change shift things changed! Hot Wings was very hot and not flavorful I’m gonna give 5 stars because everybody needs a chance to improve. Good point: the plates from kitchen come very fast 👏👏👏👏👏👍👍.

Good times weren’t invented here, but the person who invented good times wishes they invented them here. Also… the bartenders are the best, the beer list is amazing, and the food will surprise you with deliciousness.

i’ve lived in the neighborhood for a couple years and up until this last summer (during the afternoon 4 or 5pm) it was a decent place for a drink and pinball. I went to get quarters and the change machine got jammed with my 5 dollar bill. so i went to the bar to let someone know, so i wait to get the bartenders attention. He was taking a couple orders first, I had no problem waiting. I didnt go to the other side and get in line since i was not ordering a drink or food i was there just to play a few games. so after the line cleared a few more people come up and i thought he was going to help me out. so i waited, again no big deal i had no issue waiting a little longer. then he turns to me with his jaw clenched and visibly upset and screamed at me to go wait in line. i quote this cranky old man “if you order at the bar i wont have to run back and forth!!” and continues to yell at me. I had to fight to get a word in jest to tell him the machine is jammed. then he yells at a guy sitting at the bar to go fix it really aggressively. after getting screamed at i just left. And whats really annoying about all this if i sat in the seat that i was standing behind he would have had to come over anyways. and i lost 5 dollars.

Great pinball machines, atmosphere was fun and not a young crowd I would say. I am 33 and felt like I was in the perfect environment for my age and level of intoxication. Would definitely recommend for a chill Friday avoiding a huge crowd. Bartender was extremely kind and had all the answers. Did not eat food so I cannot review that piece professionally

Great staff, local brews, TV's for sports night, pinball in the back room, not bad.

A great bar with a really good menu. I always got the French dip there, and when in larger groups - lose about 10 dollars in quarters on the pinball machines in the backroom. For those that remember "the copper gate", yes - the doorframe and the room should be the same as you remember.

Pretty damn good food, great whiskey selection, and pinball! They ran live music the same night as pinball league so that made things interesting.

As others have said. Food comes extremely fast. Good service during the day, after shift change it was a bit more “no BS” but still good service… lots of pinball. Very clean. Will come back.

Local dive bar with a solid beer selection, a variety of food options, and various arcade and pinball machines. Friendly crowd and good service.

A perfect place for holiday drinks and snacks with lifelong/family friends. Met our friend for a veggie patty melt, beers, sodas, tater tots and laughs. A great time was had by all in the friendly bar. I was told that I may have come here when it was called something else- I have zero memory of that. I like the place the way it is today though.

Great place to drink. One of the best Rotating draft lists in Seattle

I love Olaf's. The cheese steak absolutely slaps and maybe the best in Seattle. The only thing that can be kinda annoying is like the main room ricochets sound so sometimes it can be overly-loud. But the food is great, service is great, and prices are solid.

Great atmosphere! Cook was out sick so no food... but that's part of life. Bartender is cool,... seems like a very local croud.

Best neighborhood bar in Ballard. Period. Go for the rotating tap, stay for their wings. Try the Silkie hot sauce special, made with neighborhood Chiles. Edit: silkie left so not more silkie sauce. The bar is still awesome
