A very clean place. We have been travelling for 10 days and this is the most clean place we stayed for the price. Everything is provided. Free parking. All necessary information is written on the walls, no need to contact a manager. We tired of eating outside. Decided to cook. Had everything we needed in this case too. So satisfied with the place, decided to write a review earlier. We still have 2 more days to stays. From just these pictures you can see how accurate and clean is this place! Thanks!!!

Maybe I booked a strange evening but this hotel was disappointing. The host did communicate and provide all information for an easy checkin. However, the room I was provided looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was what looked like a soda or food stain on the wall, leaves on the floor in the room, spider webs in the corner. The private bathroom I was provided had hair on the “clean” towels and a towel was already on the floor. Terrible smell inside the whole place, it was reminiscent of cigarettes and old food. A buddy of mine rented a room on the same night and was just as disappointed. Location made it easy to get around but it was so bad we didn’t even decide to stay over night. There was no way I was going to trust the cleanliness of those sheets. You get what you pay for, spend the extra bucks and get a real hotel room. Also it was very cold in the bathroom and throughout common area. No central heat.

This place was great!! Very quiet, clean, comfortable and shockingly affordable!! Easy and straightforward instructions for getting in the house, finding and unlocking your room, parking, etc... I was very happy with our stay there and would stay again for sure!!

My rating: 4.5* (Google doesn't allow this). Overall was a very good stay. Note: this isn't a hotel, but is pretty much an AirBnB - you share a huge house with other guests - some rooms have ensuites and you get your own private bathroom, others don't (depends on what you choose during booking). It was very clean (even as a germaphobe), comfortable, and quiet as the name suggests. The location is in a quiet leafy suburb of Seattle with allocated parking. Security however can be improved - the rooms all have thin doors, and very basic single locks, this should be beefed up.

This is a perfect place for a single traveler. No TVs, but everyone has a phone or laptop anyway and the Wi-Fi was better than most hotels. It's a very cool no-contact concept and the well-stocked kitchen has almost everything you need to cook, store or heat food. There are several visitor rooms and each room shares a bathroom with one other, but it was never any problem and all the common areas are cleaned meticulously each day. The bed was very nice and the walls are very well insulated, and noise was no issue even with the nearby highway. Everything is a 15-20 minute walk away, so a car is recommended.

Long term stays. Quiet & clean, rooms are small/medium size, in residential area. Bring ur groceries to store & cook in a full size shared kitchen.

This was a great new concept! A mix between airbnb and a hotel, you just book online. The home owner texts you all of the information to access the house and your room. It is a big beautiful kitchen. You share your bathroom with one other person, but have a private room to yourself. Had a great night and also met nice people who were also staying here for an affordable price!

Super clean and affordable. Quiet. Good location. Great place to stay at if your just looking for somewhere to shower and lay your head down at the end of a day full of activities. Owner was really polite and kind. Would recommend.

I like the place but I don't like when they come in at 11:00 and open all the windows to clean.. plus there's no televisions.. and some of the rooms you have to walk across the hall to share a bathroom..

Very clean, no sound deadening, unheated shared bathroom, you'll wish you had brought your own pillows.

This place IS clean and comfortable, on the North side of Seattle, with relatively easy day access. The only reason I'm not going to give it 5 stars is the lack of TVs in the rooms. There's a total of 8 rooms here, btw.

This whole foods location is fantastic! Overall satisfied with how everything is organized, presentable, and easy to find.

Rooms. Always clean. Very economical. Beds comfortable. Secure. Good neighborhood. Customer service very quick if needed.
