Staff was nice but not very clean, food left in the fridge hair in the tulip and bathroom floor neckless on the counter had to sanitize everything myself. Someone getting high in one of the surrounding rooms making us feel sick. I told the staff about it but nothing was done about it, kinda disappointing won’t be staying again

Pros: rooms are spacious, indoor pool and onsite coin laundry. Cons: Right next to the freeway woth poorly insulated windows. Can hear everything and it's so loud vould not sleep thr 4 nights I was here. Cleaning service did not come by for the first 2 days, I requested daily service. Minimal parking options. Staff was friendly enough, at check it it seemed that the front desk gal was very new or was just very slow. It took her 10 min to check us in and the family before us. The room are dated. Looks like they haven't updated since the 80s. The bathroom set up is awful and old. The single elevator was so SLOW it took gor ever. There's also this weird exposed area in the attached pictures. Conclusion I will not be staying here again.

this by far is the worst Courtyard i have ever stayed, Marriott, this gem is hurting your brand. no toiletries- no toothbrush, 2 ppl checked in a double room only provided one disposal cup by the sink, the toilet seat is broken, the towel rack fell off when i tried to put on a towel, absolutely overpriced, it’s worst than most of the cheap motels.

Time for some upgrades. This chair was flaking away and smelled. The garbage cans still had garbage in them when I checked in, and a smashed chocolate was on the carpet by the couch. No waters were in the room. The front desk person was nice, but that, and the price, was probably the only redeeming parts of my stay.

Nice facilities, competitive prices, breakfast not included, they do have a bistro with $7 bagel and cream cheese. "Gourmet" hot coco with a bunch stupid toppings but you have to pay for coffee. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice staff.

Before anything, staff was polite and respectful. They were the only good thing to this place. The lobby is nice and new; the rooms are horrible!!! It is very used and aged. Look at the image of the chair! Our room faced the freeway and we got a so-called balcony. All we saw was dirty chairs, stacked table, and trash in gutters. The carpet had long white hairs all over it...it was gross. Now look at the glass door image, what is that? Is that a shatter from an object like a rock? Bullet? This room was a huge NO. Plus, who allows a guest to stay in a room with 2 wasps nest in the balcony?!!!

Used our points to book an extra night for our weekday getaway and was extremely disappointed! Do NOT stay in room 313. When we first walked in we got a strong smell of pets. After looking around you could see some very disturbing stains as you can see below. In the morning we kindly asked to be moved for our other 2 night stay. The new room is extremely better haven’t checked under the mattress wish us luck! :) Our experience at the pool was great, very clean and tidy.

The hotel was very nice. Street construction created a bit of hassle getting in and out but we realize that's temporary and not the hotel's fault. We like the location and will be back.

Dated hotel. Heard people all night long in their rooms. No breakfast. Very expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Room smelled of animal pee. I only gave two stars cuz the pool was nice. Front desk staff was very nice and switched me to a 2 queen room. Won't stay here again unless everything else is booked up. All in all was disappointed for the $180 dollar price tag.

be careful about the charging. I was charged extra for my stay in July 4th, when I called hotel manager, he promised to refund me and email me for confirmation. but it never happened till today. if you have to book it, it is better to watch the bill before you check out.

The whole building smells and depending on the room it was better or worse. Everything is old and dated. We even had a working girl fighting with her “manager” on the phone. If you know what I mean. Sorry Mariott but won’t be back. Hilton Garden Inn is right done the street and that’s where I went.

I am updating this review after the worst night sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. I woke up at least 10 times in the night to the traffic sounds. I was so extremely tired and really needed a good night's sleep. I will get that on the plane home, I guess. I am a Marriott Bonvoy platinum member. I arrived at the hotel and they put me in the room closest to the highway. I was also given an accessible room. I asked if they had anything else and they said they were sold out. Why put one of your highest Marriott levels in the worst room of the hotel. Very dated sofa. It sounds like I am sleeping on the highway.

I'm honestly not sure how this place has such good reviews. My room was dark, dank, and smelled like must - like it hadn't had any circulating air for a month. I also didn't love being on the ground floor facing the courtyard as a solo female traveler. The next morning when I grabbed a coffee and sat outside in the courtyard, there were cigarette ashes all over the furniture and floor. That was kind of yucky. Though, I did appreciate the free good coffee in the morning!

Really good. Pool was smaller than most. Cozy though. Hot tub was nice. Beds comfy and clean. Room needs a touch up, no fan in the bathroom. All the hinges were rusted.

General manager resolved my issue and problem with discrepancies told by different associates with my reservation in a very respectful and professional manner. Jose at the front desk was also very friendly. This review is based solely on customer service experience. Didn’t get a chance to stay at this hotel but im sure its great.

I had booked a room a week prior and CHECKED IN on the App the day of my arrival. I even messaged them why I hadn’t gotten a mobile yet after CHECKING IN (our flight was delayed and we were getting in around midnight). Anyway, THEY CANCELED MY ROOM WHILE I WAS IN ROUTE AND GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! THEY LEFT ME WITHOUT A ROOM AT MIDNIGHT….AND I HAD 3 KIDS WITH ME. LEFT US TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR!!! This can happen to you; BEWARE; I WOULD NOT STAY HERE. SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Decent older hotel (for the area). Will benefit greatly once the new transit line opens just steps away. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The bistro cafe food was the highlight of our stay! Sandra and Shelly were the sweetest. The service was always friendly and efficient. My compliments to Filó, the chef, she came out and introduced herself and asked how our food was and wanted to be sure we didn't need anything else. Of course breakfast was delicious! They also offer Starbucks drinks which was the cherry on top! Shelly was an awesome barista! I recommend the farmers breakfast bowel or the pancakes. The rooms were great! The pillows were nice and soft. Your head would just sink in and they were so comfy. There's a fridge and microwave in the room which is cool if you have leftovers from the night before and you want to save some money on food, you can re-heat! I like the blackout curtains as they allow you to sleep in on mornings if you need to. Overall, I have to say that the staff really was the best! They played a huge part in making our stay just that much better. The guy at the check in was also always smiling and friendly. I think his name was Ed..(I hope I am not butchering any names)

We called to add a night to our reservation and somehow they booked another room on the same night, so when we arrived we didn’t have a room. When I pulled up the confirmation email I did notice that it again said the same night we had already booked (I hadn’t even read it after the phone call and just flagged it). Thankfully, the staff was very gracious and friendly in fixing the issues. So, just beware to double check your confirmation email that what you said on the phone is what they actually did. Rooms are fine, a basic hotel. The lobby and pool area are very nice! We’ve stayed here for a conference for the last 4 years and will stay again next year but be more careful with the reservation process 😉

I will never stay here again. I'm mostly bothered by the price to quality ratio. The room is so small I can barely walk, when I got here there was hair on the pillow, the toiletries, in the tub, on the wall. The towels were either dirty or stained. The pool is so chlorinated my kids skin is dry and itchy and their hair feels dead even after washing multiple times and conditioning. The staff is nothing to write home about. The food they offer is overpriced and sub par. The table we sat at in "the bistro" looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several parties. There was also a hair in my food. They advertise things they don't actually have. The microwave is broken and burned the bag of popcorn I was over charged for.

There were a lot of loud guests and a constantly barking dog. I had to wait until the breakfast counter stopped selling food before they put out complimentary coffee--but not before replacing the carafe of half and half with fake creamer packs. It seemed very cheap, as if they really wanted you to buy from their Starbucks counter. I expect that from a $75/night hotel, not here.

Disappointing stay. The cleanness of the hotel is very concerning, as the sheet is apparently not changed, I felt very itchy and my skin even had rashes after one night. The shower curtain smells mold too. Not worthy the price.

We were placed here for 5 days because our reservations at another hotel couldn't be honored and was satisfied with it until we walked in the door. 1. we tried to call but only 1 person at night so calling was futile. 2. carpet was filthy. 3 wallpaper coming off walls 4. breakfast was out of milk, oatmeal, fruit, juice, just to name some 5. woman at breakfast was so (embittered?) that she was getting a little blunt with customers. 6. room service was at request only and that was for the next day . 7. hot tub inop. The only reason I give it a 2 was the staff seemed to be hard working friendly people that needed help.

Tried calling front desk numerous times between 10pm-11pm as the ppl staying next to us were super loud and wanted to be relocoated. No answer. In the morning informed the front desk about it and mentioned I recorded how loud they were talking along with slamming doors. I was Informed someone was working the night before at front desk but not sure what they were doing and since we booked with Expedia we need to let them know about our issue. Apparently Expedia is too work at the front desk and answer their calls and solve issues for them.

Don’t stay here. Incompetent staff. Fake friendly tattoo checkin woman who could not get me a room within an hour. My request - a king bed with an updated AC unit for a heat wave. The manager on staff defended her and dumped me into a room overlooking the driveway. I had reserved and was guaranteed a suite with my platinum status. WTH Marriott? The initial rebuttal - all rooms were specifically booked down to the room number by all guests not yet checked in. One lame apology and no recognition that my time lost was meaningful to me and to my family
