Very much ok. Hotel was clean, but dated, and the breakfast was good. Posted a review on Expedia, for which the owner replied upgrades to dated items take time. Easy, relatively simple updates that would improve a visit: 1) Get rid of the foam pillows. Four nights of not sleeping well was not enjoyable. 2) Smart TVs in guest rooms. Many people have access to streaming services. Would definitely be an improvement over a 32" TV with snowy reception at times.

Not the worst hotel, but defiantly falling apart. An average 2.5 star hotel overall. Staff is friendly and does their best to help. 5 star staff. The lower rating is because of a few things: 1) The pool and hot tub are under construction 2) The room I initially got had some maintenance issues, such as the shower rod coming out of the wall ready to fall. Honestly, I wouldn’t have expected the staff to notice it unless they were using the showers. 3) The quality of the amenities in the room is a little below what I expected.

End up having to stay there for two nights when a car I bought I needed to go to the shop. I got the king size room with the jacuzzi and let me tell you it saved me :-) the hotel staff is spectacular and I got a good rate so thank you very much. I didn't partake in the breakfast so I can't contribute to that

I had to stay 2 nights while in town for work training. The second night I hadn't planned on so I checked out on the first morning, and everything was great (one elevator was not in commission but didn't affect me as I was on the first floor). The second night, I had to check back in and wound up in a room on the 4th floor, of course, closest to the elevator that didn't work so walking to others or stairs, was not a big deal. The room however didn't have bath towels, the shower wasn't draining and the counters looked bad enough I didn't set anything on them (skipped cleaning? ) Checking in took far longer than it should've because of either a new employee who seemed to not know what was going on or just poor organization with a corporate account and charging the card. They had to call my employer twice just to verify the information and was not very efficient. I think it was close to an hour before I got in. She was friendly and professional in her demeanor but not on point for the task at hand. I was tired and drifting to sleep at the counter after working all day. Someone dropped the ball along the line, and mistakes happen but that was unnecessarily much more of a hassle than it should've been considering there was a card on file and she had the opportunity to clarify information on the first call to my employer, which shouldn't have even been necessary. Nothing changed overnight, and come to find out, the paper she was searching for was in her hand, overlooked several times. They need to figure out a better system for that part of it. The bathroom being nasty was certainly inexcusable though, thus the 4-star rating. The food service in the morning was great and that service was excellent.

The room is just as in other pictures. We had a king room. The room is not very big (not much space to walk around like in some holiday inn express), but the bed is good. Maybe it is new. The pillows are okay. They are different in each hotel anyways but I managed to use them to have some good rest. The (free) breakfast station is impressive. They have bread/ bagel rolling toaster, waffle maker, which I haven’t seen for a while at the hotels of the same level. Scramble egg and bacon (!) were served yesterday. Another hidden gem for me is the quiet A/C. I turned on the heater and it was so quiet. The low fan sufficed so it was such a pleasure. It looks very new. I suspect these are some newer models. My usual experience would be an annoyingly loud one. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

Really great place to stay. I was in town on vacation & by pure chance found this place online. The staff were very helpful, and caring. When my toddler got sick and threw up in bed the front desk immediately got me fresh linen & even though we'd declined housekeeping promised to have them come tidy up the room. They gave us extra towels & were so understanding. My only concern is the breakfast area is set in a lowered area, with stairs adjacent to the food leading to the dining area. This is an obvious trip hazard & needs to be addressed. Then the price of the rooms is definitely out of touch with the hotel offerings. For this price they wouldn't have left the pool drained & got tub out of service. I expect more from the BW brand.

I booked this room so that I could lay by the pool. The pool was closed and when I asked to just sit outside they said no. Therefore this is false advertisement. Good price, breakfast was good, bed somewhat comfortable if you don’t mind a bug or two. If it were not for the pool I would have given a better review. Customer service not good.

Great location with friendly staff. The breakfast selection was good and filling covering a lot of options for both adults and kids. Room was clean, even if it was a little outdated. The jetted tub was worth the extra money after being on our feet all day. The pillows were nice and the bed wasn’t too firm or soft. I recommend this location if you’re in the area!

We popped in cause we found ourselves in this location. We got reservations last minute. The room was clean and comfy. There were no noises. We were right by the front desk area. Breakfast was very nice and we all enjoyed ourselves. The price was very reasonable.

Stayed here in a King room with a jacuzzi. The check in was quick and easy (Elijah does a wonderful job) and hotel room was clean and the room was well maintained. Breakfast was good. Reason for giving 4 stars was because the loud noise when the jacuzzi is turned on in the next room. The guests in the room next to ours decided to use the jacuzzi at 11pm. Other than this, awesome hotel. Will give the hotel another go because of the friendly staff and clean rooms.

Clean rooms, no surprises. Decent breakfast. Very close to shopping and easy enough access to downtown Seattle. The hotel is a little bit of a maze and the walk to your room can be long. But there are multiple entrances that will cut down the walking time.

My husband and I have a wonderful time. The room was spacious and clean, the bed large and super comfortable. The service was great despite us arriving late and leaving early. The whole process was seamless and very appreciated after a long day.

An okay hotel. When I visited, I was excited to jump into the hot tub, but sadly, it was a cold tub disguised as a hot tub. Completely unheated. That was lame. Told the front desk person about it and she seemed surprised. Bummer. Kinda put a damper on things.

Noise from neighboring room kept us up until we were moved down the hall at 3 am. Why weren't the noisy people moved instead? Apparently they were warned 2 to 3 times during the night. Lack of soundproofing means poor construction. Elevator still having problems. It wasn't working on our last visit 3 years ago.

This motel is older and shows some wear and tear, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed a place to stay at the last minute due to a change in schedules. The room was clean and comfortable and the full breakfast had plenty to choose from.

Customer service sucks. I was staying here with a friend and the key would not work so I asked the front desk lady to call up to the hotel room we were staying in and they told me that they need to see my friends ID first... Know if my friend was down in the lobby showing their ID why would I need to call them... LOL WHAT A JOKE 🙄 but do breakfast was pretty good!

Overnighted with youth hockey team and benefitted from group rate, proximity to Kraken Community Iceplex and full hot/cold sit-down and on-the-go breakfast. Late checkin after game was appreciated. Complimentary parking and friendly staff. Gym was small and needs updating as treadmill nonfunctional. Might’ve considered outdoor pool and hot tub if had awning. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a large group trip.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here for a basketball tournament. Room was clean the support staff (cleaners etc) were great. Front desk and managers are HORRIBLE!! Go to take showers to find out water is ice cold not just cold. Front desk says run it for longer we did still no change in temp. Ended up with jumping in and out of shower just to get cleaned off. Horrible experience. Front desk and manager just argued with everyone there was about 15 people all no hot water. Was told we have to just deal with it and that it's been going on for weeks and weeks. Hey maybe put that on website so people can go somewhere else to stay and have warm showers!! Front desk manager Desiree H. Acted like she wasn't manager and hid in bathroom for 20 minutes until another older lady showed up. Jeez. Horrible experience! Again do not stay here!

Happy with my stay at this hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy bed, breakfast was amazing there was quite a bit oif food to choose from and breakfast bar was kept well stocked throughout the morning. Only problem was the water in my shower was luke warm and water pressure was pretty slow. Im still giving 5 stars and will def be staying again

Great stay for local shopping - close to everything, including walking distance to restaurants. Nice decor - surprised to walk into the room and immediately see a large sink in a furniture type vanity, but it was a practical option for bathroom sharing. Room even had a desk, lounge chair with ottoman, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast buffet is included - cereals, breads, scrambled egg chunks with cheese, sausages, fresh waffles, grab-n-go danishes, juice, etc. Pool isn't open but spa is. Overall a satisfying visit, and would stay again.

I really like this place. It's clean, the bed was comfy. I have got the "hot tub" king room....the tub is 3ft from the bed! The staff was friendly and professional. They quickly dropped off some extra towels. Enjoy.

Very inappropriate rude front desk! She called my room 3 times to demand that my son, (and finally me) pay a $50 damage deposit for my 63rd birthday . He had already given her his credit card, but she failed to enter it correctly. She told us that we had to leave after being checked in an hour late and paying in advance!

Good value, check in staff was great. We had an issue with our key card and was moved to another room. I wish breakfast had just a little more variety but it was okay.

We stayed at the BW in Alderwood for one night. The staff was really great! It was a shame the outside pool and hot tub were out of order. The breakfast is not the best but included in the fare, so it seems fair it isn’t extensive. The room was large enough and the sheets were clean. We did however find an unidentified larger bug in the room. The staff was great to accommodate our request to change rooms, even though they may found it strange seeing as creepy crawlers do not appear to be a frequent complaint. 3 stars overall

I’ve had good stays at BW before so I wanted to “upgrade” from the usual place I stay in Lynnwood. Unfortunately, this hotel did not win the comparison. From the bored-faced clerk at check-in, the arguing neighbors that wouldn’t stop, the bathroom doorknob that came off in my hand after I closed myself inside, to the scrambled eggs at breakfast that were so salty that I couldn’t eat them, this place was a disappointment. The room was clean and comfortable. The number one reason that I won’t return is that overhearing the neighbors berating and demeaning each other was disturbing. It seems that the room used to have a connecting door that was closed up, but the walls were still paper thin.

Would have been nice if they had told us that the pool was closed, that was one reason we had gotten the hotel, also it is so wonderful for the non working ice machines except one at the far off end of the first floor, but I guess the hike to the working ice machine was scenic seeing door after door of rooms. We where told before the stay that the pool was being worked on and that it should be open by the end of the weekend, which it never was open.

I would not stay here again. The room was ok, but I could hear the person above me walking around and the floor squeaked like a very poorly made apartment building. The bathroom was awkwardly designed and the shower ran out of hot water in the middle of me taking a shower. The breakfast selection was terrible. It’s 2022 and there were no options for people who try to eat healthier. Customer service was good. Lastly, there is very little parking and the parking spaces are tight. Do your research and stay somewhere else.

We enjoyed the one night stay and how the front desk agent helped us in booking the room. She even offered the rewards program, which knocked off about $20 the room after signing up. We got a room with a jacuzzi in the room, and it looked and worked great. The price for the room is what got us to stay there. My wife also prefers the brand name. I booked directly with the hotel. It may not be the best price, but I feel it's better to go through the place directly.
