Always buy a Chantilly cake for my birthday and today was no different. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the quality. As seen in the pictures, the center of the cake was frozen. Bought it in the morning and was left out for at least 2 hours in the afternoon before being cut into. Tasted good but was really soggy and had to pick out totally frozen fruit. Better luck to me next year I guess. UPDATE: Reached out as requested by the "Owner" and they were unable to do anything and just told me to go back to the store and talk to management. So this is just now a game of back and forth between the store and corporate. Really disappointing.

My latest experience at Whole Foods was deeply troubling. I have come to know Whole Foods as a reliable purveyor of high-quality, fresh products, which is why this recent incident was both surprising and disappointing. I bought a cheese from their usually trustworthy dairy section, only to find it was actually rotten upon opening at home. This wasn't just a case of cheese being a bit off or past its prime – it was genuinely unfit for consumption. Such an occurrence not only raises questions about quality control but also consumer safety. Consuming such a product could have serious health implications, something that one wouldn't expect to worry about when shopping at a renowned establishment like Whole Foods.

I love Whole Foods! It’s always give me a peace of mind that the product they sell is on the safer side for my baby and my family. One of their staff name Gabi is very helpful and friendly. I remember carrying my baby with me while shopping and she’s so kind to help me reaching out products we want to buy. She’s amazing! It’s also nice that their delicious hot foods are back on and they always have freshly made sushi every day. No wonder this Whole Foods is always crowded. If I don’t have the time to shop at store, their drop in pick up in store feature is so convenient.

I give two stars because one star goes to easy access from the freeway and another star for their hard working people who push the item out for pickup and gave the other 3 stars to the homeless nearby because they are friendlier. This looks like a nice place but don’t try to return item here. I sense a very weird vibe from the two guys that run the return counter. It looks like they don’t want to accept return and will give you zero option unless you can come up with other way to find your order number, so make sure you scan your Wholefood code on each transaction. Their produce is not fresh either way, so I’m done with this location.

Prices are certainly more affordable since Amazon took over and I also saw a recent update that Amazon has added more than 250 additional store brand products to also help with the costs so you don’t leave feeling like whole paycheck. I love that I can drop off Amazon returns here and it’s so easy. Staff is always friendly and nice and helpful and their deli in fresh food section is appealing and inviting. It’s not a very big store but they do have overall a good selection and honestly I feel like stores like this and PCC natural markets and other ones then get here now.

The store is located near i5 and the Alderwood Mall. Compared to other Whole Food stores, it is slightly smaller and has limited parking spaces. We like this store for quality vegetables and fruits and dairy products.

I visited it first time and found this one is really amazing store with good quality products. It has almost all kind of stuff we use for our house hold. The store was neat and clean and well organized in every manner. There was also a cafeteria kind old place over there. The food items range from tea, pizza, fresh salad, Indian foods, Italian, Chinese items and what not. To add on , they also have self checkout trolley so pick an item and you bill it there in your trolley itself woo hoo. In short in was an amazing experience.

[Safety hazard at soup station] My thumb knuckle got burned by a very hot soup lid last week, causing a blister. It was a lid on the stove, no soup pot underneath the lid, making the lid super hot. I was gonna grab some soup and got burned immediately. Reported to staff and store immediately. They had someone checked on the lid right after. They used glove to remove it. This is a severe safety hazard imo, so many people/kid we’re checking the soup station. For burn first aid, the best they were able to offer was burn gel, not even an ice pack, not to mention it took them so long to find the gel. So my husband grabbed a bag of frozen cranberries out of the fridge to cool it down. I am shocked at how ill prepared the staff and store were in terms of firs aid. The customer service people asked for my name and contact saying they would follow up with me, and it never happened until we followed up with the store today. Then the store manager called, I asked for an explanation for the accident and all they told me was they re trained their staff, all other info was confidential. 😰😰😰😰 Good job Whole food. Be careful while you are in the soup station, it burns. 🔥

This is my favorite grocery store in the area. The team here is fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. It feels great shopping at a place that I am greeted by name, and I know the people working. The fresh produce is top quality, there is constantly a great selection, and new unique food is often available. I highly recommend the Golden Kiwi, if it's available. Every bite is delicious. Each department has something great to offer, and if what I am looking for isn't available, I can place a special order to bring it in!

I am a big fan of Whole Foods. But, this location has lot of issues. • A lot of times the packaged food is stale. I have to discard the food after tasting it. Associates are not very helpful. Produce is not very fresh. • There is definitely some fraud activity going on with the Amazon return drop-offs. A lot of items i drop off here keep getting charged again because they were never returned. When i drop-off the item i get an email that they have received the item and it will be sent to Seller and i will get refund. A month or so later we get an email stating they never received the item and we get charged again. We use Kohl’s, UPS and WF at Kirkland for returns and never have this problem. Unfortunately, there is no formal complaint process against this store that Amazon can help with.

This is a good Whole Foods location. I went to this Whole Foods location to use the Amazon return section, and return an item. The return process literally took less than one minute, and I was refunded the money that evening. I highly recommend this Whole Foods location, if you need to do an Amazon return.

I rarely come here, but I decided to stop in tonight because they have something I cant get anywhere else except Amazon lol. Prices are steep here, but they have surprisingly good sales, so what I came for was actually less expensive than I even would have expected from my local safeway. My biggest issue though- the lady working self check out was RUDE. She stood there looking smug, but I figured maybe it was just her thinking face. Until I asked her a question, and she answered me like I had done something wrong for even asking. I was honestly so surprised. I tried to backseat and explain why I'd thought to ask, because I was used to how it worked elsewhere. I was really disappointed, id hoped to be wrong when I thought the people here were stuck up. But now my experience points to it being true.

After hearing rave reviews about their cakes, we picked up slices of the Chantilly and chocolate eruption. The Chantilly was fantastic! Unfortunately the chocolate was barely edible. The white frosting on top was completely dried out and hard and the cake itself was dry. I'm not sure if we just got an old piece or a bad bake, but for a $5 slice it was super disappointing.

This place has so much great stuff. Their fresh foods, pizza, prepared foods, and all are phenomenal. They have a fresh hot breakfast bar in the mornings, too! Waaaow.. Nice! Check it out if you can!!

I can't believe it. Wholefoods have started to carry Ranger caramel and chocolate ice cream sauces. This is a Portland company that my daughter used to work for and let me tell all.. some of the best chocolate I have ever had. If you haven't tried it and think it's pricey, it is. But, well worth the price trustt me.

The only store I can find good produce. The Italian sausage was always my favorite, but in the past few years I’ve bought Italian sausage- only to find out they must make sausages without cleaning out the grinder (?) because it can have the flavor of other sausages they sell-which has ruined a few meals.

Whole Foods offers a higher quality product and experience while not breaking your bank (as it used to). Always clean and smells fresh. The deli is amazing and I believe their pizza is a better deal than Costco...price point vs. quality.

I love shopping at Whole Foods. THIS review is regarding AMAZON PICKUP POINT at Whole Food. We chose Amazon pickup point because you would think it’s safe, secure and convenient Unfortunately that’s the not case. Today I was about to pick up the packages at whole food . My packages were picked up already. It was 2 minutes ahead of me. The staff said nothing they could do and told us to call customer service. I had ask the lady to see if you can look around for my packages because they Didn’t offer this option for me. Not to sound mean it sounded like I had to “beg” them. The staff said it were not their fault. It was the system. How can something so simple yet the staff can’t do the job? How can packages given to the wrong person? They don’t ask for names when people pick up stuff? I wrote this review so this won’t happen to other people. The person who picked up my stuff was nice enough to bring back the packages.

I love this place. Tons of fresh food, great bakery items, dry goods, olive bar, pizza bar, fresh cookies, mochi bin, fresh hot foods, salad bar, desserts, meats & fish. Prices are pretty good.

Whole Foods. There’s no other grocery store that has the vibe, the mojo, the whole thing going on with quality and user experience. Just walk through the doors. Inhale. Relax. It feels good just to be there. I’ve been shopping at WF for about 20 years and seek them out wherever I travel. Why? When they first came to Seattle, they owned the organic and non-allergen niche. Now, every supermarket has organic, gluten-free, etc. But only Whole Foods sources meat and fish from known suppliers with audited, ethical standards. Every meat comes from a known supplier who’s graded on a scale of 1-5 for humane practices. Wild fish are sustainably sourced. Farmed fish, from vetted suppliers. WF is the only grocery retailer with these standards. If you care where your food comes from, if you care that animals are treated humanely, this is the only place to buy meat and fish. Their organic and non-allergen selections still far exceed those of other supermarkets. That said, since COVID, they’ve struggled to keep the shelves stocked. Because they’re owned by Amazon, I don’t understand why any shelf would be empty but, alas, there are lots of gaps. I now have to either buy the missing items from Amazon or go to another supermarket. Still, my weekly shopping always starts with Whole Foods.
