Really disappointing experience overall which overshadowed good care. 5 hour wait time, after being told 1 hour. I "checked in" online at 12:15, which was supposed to hold my spot in line, and was told the wait time was 1 hour. I got to the clinic at 1:10 and was told I needed to check in again regardless if I had already done it online. That process took about 10 mins, it was only after the receptionist took my co-pay that she told me the online registration didn't hold people's places in line and only "told the clinic that we were coming" and that my wait time was now an hour and half. I almost left, but thought since I had already paid my co-pay, my 5 year old son and I could wait it out. The waiting room is very small so we waited in the car until it got too cold, then went inside. In an hour's time we had moved up 2 spaces on the list. Multiple people were asking about the wait times each hour, most of us had been there hours, and other people were frustrated that the "reservation system" didn't actually do anything. We didn't see a doctor until 4:40, that's 4 and a half hours after I checked in online (which both the phone system and online said that it reserved and held your spot). We saw the doctor for about 15 minutes, in that time the doctor was compassionate and caring. But the overall experience was really poor. The medical assistant explained that their 'system has been having issues for a month' regarding the reservation system. There should have been signage at the front of the office and messaging to patients when they go to book online if that's the case. The front desk doesn't answer phone calls. I was told we would have a follow up with my sons results but have received nothing, and no one answers the phone when we call. Really awful service. I'm giving 2 stars because ultimately we did receive good care for my son and I really liked the doctor and medical assistant, but a 5 hour round trip experience for 15 minutes with the doctor is really disappointing.

Majority of staff seemed like lovely people, but one blonde woman working the urgent care desk was incredibly rude to my mother, even though she spoke to other patients with a much more reasonable tone. Won’t be going back.

Can you guys believe that one of their nurses FAKED my vital data during my visit? I waited for 4 hours in the lobby before I could see a doctor (I tried their website and call-in to get in line but neither worked. This is nothing compared to what happened next). A nurse came in and realized the blood pressure machine was not in the room. She looked frustrated and started asking me questions while inputting data in computer. After a while she left the room. At the end of my visit, the doctor printed out my visit summary and asked if I have any questions. I told her nobody took my vital. The doctor was surprised. And I found my blood pressure and heart rate data was on my report. I asked the doctor how could this happen? The doctor said: "I want to know that too!" Then she sent another nurse in to help on the vital. (I downloaded a summary from their system and figured the data on my report was still the FAKED one. For whatever reason the right one was not input to the system. What a chaos!) I was thinking maybe the first nurse forgot to measure, and the system auto filled in the data from my last visit. Then I checked the data from my last visit. Unfortunately, they were different. I called and filed a complaint right away and they promised me to give me an explanation. Almost one month has passed and I did not hear from anyone. I decided to share this story here just to warn you to KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR DATA. Hopefully someone from Evergreenhealth can finally see this and give me a call back. (Funny thing is I always get tons of letters, emails, messages asking me to provide feedback. They always say your feedback is very important to them. But NOPE. They just pretend they care). Update: Finally received a call from a manager after I filed a complaint again. And proved my thought. "when it gets busy, it happens" "I asked the nurse and she said she did not remember""maybe she accidentally input the other person's data""it is nobody's fault""the only way to solve this kind of problem is build more urgent care so the doctors and nurses would treat everyone with no rush""the only thing I can do is take out the wrong fetal data for you" tons of excuses and tried hard to cover their mistakes. The whole conversation was a joke.

Very friendly and efficient team. Spotless offices. Pretty much nailed being on time for my appointment which I scheduled on line. That’s a challenge when trying to manage a lot of walk ins who just come in without an appointment- the nature of Urgent Care.

I was unable to get in to see my regular primary care physician in a timely way! I scheduled a visit to urgent care on my phone and was able to get in quickly. I was very pleased with the care I received. The Issue was diagnosed and prescription given. I felt very confident in the care and concern given!

If it's possible, I would like to post 0 star! I was here around 11am, and checked in at 11:20am, there was a little busy at that time, as time went by, patients had been called one by one, including some patients who walked in after me! I asked the reception when would be my turn, and was told that I would be the next second one. And the staffs started their lunch break, it was 1pm when the reception came back, I asked again when would be my turn, and was told that nothing had been changed, there was still one patient in front of me since I did see patients were always in and out in front of my turn! That's so crazy, so that I ased for refund and was leaving, such a rediculius experiencein this place!

Checked in online. When I arrived they told me it would be a 3 hour wait. They said you cannot check in online; however, their voicemail and website contract this messaging. Rude staff. Dishonest staff. They sent me to Mill Creek telling me there was only one person waiting. I’ve been at mill creek for 2 hours now and my son still isn’t seen. Evergreen Health is quickly becoming a terrible health system. This will be my last Evergreen appointment.

Absolutely terrible experiences here - one time, a Physician's Assistant told us that our 6 month old was in need of immediate medical attention in an ER due to a cough. We took him immediately (wouldn't you?) and were then told by the ER doc - 4 hours and hundreds of dollars later - that 'absolutely nothing is wrong with him' and they were 'surprised' to see him there. The ER doc said this within 10 seconds of seeing him!!! A nightmare and a waste of time. We also went for a separate visit to the urgent care facility and they billed us incorrectly, typing in the wrong NPI code, causing us another hundred or so dollars in incorrect medical bills and hours and hours of bureaucratic fighting. Fighting it was USELESS and they were completely unhelpful in resolving what our insurance and we can see is an obvious error. EvergreenHealth Billing Department's advice? "You should ask every doctor you see, even in an urgent care clinic where you don't get to pick the doctor, if they're in your network or not." This is ASININE. We even asked the front desk staff at the clinic itself and they said this was incorrect and impossible - *they* can't even predict who you'll see and have dozens of providers on staff! So, they'll lie to you, provide poor care, and mis-bill you without caring. We are going to leave the EvergreenHealth system altogether after these atrocious experiences. I'm also going to work with my employer to file formal complaints about the plan that uses the EvergreenHealth system. PLEASE - go somewhere else. DO NOT send anyone you love or care about to this place and do not go here yourself. You're better off being seen by a guy at the Jiffy Lube next door - at least the prices will be predictable.

Make no mistake, this is a Business not a hospital. I went in for a throat infection and they told me I had to go to the hospital because they couldn't treat me there. Okay, that's totally fine, I'll just hop back in my car and drive to the ER. Nope. The nurse or doctor I talked to said I needed an ambulance (I most certainly did not) and insisted, saying they wouldn't discharge me without and ambulance. Word of advice: you CAN leave if you want to. It's called discharging AMA. I wish I knew that when I get a fat ambulance bill that I totally did not need. On top of that they said they would give a 20% discount if I paid all at once. I'm sorry, I thought this was a center for medical help not a freaking Business. Good care, terrible business practices! Beware!

Visited to get my eye checked, all employees were very helpful and kind. The provider was very professional and took time out of their day to answer many questions I had. Also gave me a great coupon for an expensive drop I was prescribed to. Highly recommended choosing this location!

Super fast and convenient! I started the process online and 'got in line'. I headed over there even though my appointment wasn't for a couple hours. Was in and out with the hour and prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy by the doctor. Everyone was kind and helpful there. Def will be going back!

As always they provide top tier care. I visited a different urgent care clinic, because EvergreenHealth is closed on Sundays, I felt as if I was in a drive thru being rushed away. At EvergreenHealth I don't feel rushed.... Instead I receive compassionate care filled with patience and concern when I am in distress. Medical professionals have been through so much during this pandemic. The fact everyone at both EvergreenHealth clinics, my primary doctors office and the urgent care clinic, always manage to greet me with a smile and show compassion during my entire visit says a lot about EvergreenHealth. The "get in line" feature on their website is the best. I love receiving notifications of my place in line. I don't need to drive there, wait to check in, and then wait for my turn. Instead I sit at home or wherever I am and wait for the text saying my appointment is in 20 minutes. In the event of a slight delay, due to an emergency or appointments taking longer, they send a text with the new appointment time. The one time my appointment was delayed, the delay was less than ten minutes. Bravo Evergreen, bravo! A huge thank you to everyone at both EvergreenHealth clinics. Thank you.

Great , understanding , kind and professionalism! My first time here and had a great experience. Fast and friendly staff . Give these nurses and employees raises they deserve it ! In this day and age it's hard finding good workers and professionalism and the staff here is beyond great. Definitely recommend them.

Visited at 6pm on a Wednesday and there was no wait whatsoever. The front desk staff were super friendly and worked quickly to get me back. Both the nurse and PA were extremely kind and very informative. I will be using this facility moving forward with now hesitation!

Bad service and attitude at front desk. The nurse was racist, she purposely told me there were still 5-6 people ahead of my child and it’s not gonna be our turn for a while. My child was having pretty bad headache so we stepped out to grab water for him and the nurse skipped us again saying she called the name but no one responded so she took us out of list (she called my child turn literally 5-10 mins after we stepped outc it’s conflicting with what she has told me 5-6 people ahead of us) . We ended up waiting for 2.5 hours without getting an appointment. I don’t know how this can be an urgent care. The service is worse than any other urgent care and even slower than a primary care. This place should be shut down.

Kendyll L. at Kenmore location was extremely helpful when I walked in this morning at around 11:30am. I am a 72 year old senior, and had difficulty with MyChart. Kendyll was very patient with me, and help me overcome some issues with the chart, we finally figured out my appointment schedule. I really appreciate her help.

Reserving a spot and checking the wait time online actually does nothing. It's not accurate at all. You can't actually check in unless you go there in person. And then you have to wait 4 or 5 hours to be seen, even though it may say a half hour wait online. They really should fix their system, but they won't. Never go on a Monday.

Frontdesk was polite and professional but I'm perplexed by their policies. I registered online 2 hours prior, showed up at the suggested time, and was then told that they're running late by atleast an hour. Was told that my online registration does not count as as appointment. Was also told I'm not allowed to leave the premises and was expected to wait indefinitely. Ended up booking at another facility which accepts appointments.

Super super disappointing experience. It says to close at 8pm. I arrived at 7pm and the front desk man sat there with a frosty look and told me no patient accepted anymore. He didn’t care if you were urgent and just let you go. I then went to another urgent care which also didn’t accept new patient but the front desk asked me what happened to make sure I was ok and recommended me clinic that was still open. This place “closed” before it should and didn’t care your situation at all

I have come twice and they are so professional, helpful, nice and as timely as they can be. Today no wait at all! Another visit it was busy but i could wait in my car and they called me when they were ready. So far, my urgent care of choice

Incredibly kind and thoughtful service. They took great care of several patients while dealing with a very rude and disruptive patient. They resolved the situation with the disruptive patient with professionalism and with compassion. They deserve recognition for putting up with that patient's behavior today and still keeping all of their other patients comfortable and safe. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical staff was wonderful and we are very happy with our experience here. Please give the staff and the receptionist our gratitude.

I had a couple issues occurring that needed attention. However my primary care person was not available for a month! She was popular and had appointments far in the future. So I went with Urgent Care , which the Primary Care team had suggested. It ended up being very positive. The ARNP that I saw had a disposition that fit my expectations of a medical care giver to a T. I requested to see her the next time I went in and spoke with her of ongoing care. Something she did that I highly value is she made referrals to specialists. My Primary Care person hadn't. Yet I had ongoing problems that were severely impacting the quality of my life, that were causing pain for me every single day. So I am in the process now of seeing those specialists and am feeling hopeful.

This was my first time using this clinic for urgent care and I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. The office and medical staff were very kind and proficient! I highly recommend to anyone looking for urgent care.

All staff members are very courteous, respectful, and professional. Have met a couple wonderful PAs and today’s doctor was Quinn Wicks — very focused, & attentive, taking in all my answers to formulate new questions. Dr Quinn is a very cool guy.
