What a fun experience! Drinking and making beer for your self to take home!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and walk you through every step of the processes. While the beer is brewing you have a opertunity to enjoy a layed back bar area, play some board games and enjoy beer. They do not serve food but you are welcome to bring in your own food.

A unique "make your own beer" experience. Pretty relaxed atmosphere while you make your own batch of beer. The staff was friendly and helped with the process. It was interesting to learn about the process and taste the different ingredients along the way. Good for a group activity (like a birthday) or those wanting to brew without having all the bulky equipment at home.

My second Gallagher's brewing experience. This time we had three generations of family participate. All of us had a great time, and we look forward to bottling. The crew is very helpful and just fun to hang out with. Thanks, Gallagher's.

Great staff with a homey vibe! Beware, the malt aroma is better than those waffle ice cream/French pastry shops. I had the spiced cider, it was so deathly smooth! I finished it with 5 large sips!

Gallagher's is AMAZING! I highly recommend to anyone that likes a good beer to stop by. Chris and Gregg at are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all things beer. There are 8 rotating taps covering a wide range of styles and change often so everything is super fresh. Even if you have no desire to brew yourself, this place has an easy, laid back, unpretentious vibe. If your kids and dog are well behaved, you may bring them too! In early November, I was frustrated by not finding the beer styles I wanted locally so I stopped in. Man, am I glad I did! Two weeks later, with Gregg's recipe adjustment suggestions, I brewed up a full batch of English stye Porter. I kegged and bottled it 3 weeks later. Chris even cleaned and sanitized my 5 gallon soda kegs for me! The next day, I brewed up a batch of Czech style Pilsner. I'll keg and bottle it last week of December. I've tapped the first keg of Porter, and It's very close to what I was aiming for. I've already discussed minor recipe adjustments with Gregg to make the next Porter even better. Come visit Gallagher's. You'll be glad you did.

Great experience brewing our own beer there. Greg and Chris were a great help in explaining everything and making sure you have a good experience. There is a good beer variety that you can brew/ consume. The beer on tap is very good. Fun experience to brew with a group and try something new. Highly recommend!

My fav spot in town. Fun place to brew your favorite beer, wine, or cider! I love the passion and art the Chris, the owner, has to teach. Even if you don't know anything about beer, he will be there with you step by step until you are done. Dogs are also more then welcome! Really love this place! Thanks, Chris, for taking care of us!

Fantastic experience! The customer service made us feel like they were life long friends and they really took the time to guide us through the beer brewing experience. Such a cool thing to do! They took great care of us, taught us a lot, and had such a fun atmosphere!

You should go to Dollar cars that accepts kids animals. It makes homemade root beer and you will get to make your own beer if you want to Go to Gallagher's if you like beer and there's wine sets too. So if you like wine, go togethers also right next to Yonkers. There's this big bridge and you get to see a really pretty scenery so go to that area if you want to see that scenery and then go to Gallagher's. It's fun it's fun! You will like it!
