Terrible!! If I could give them negative points I would. I had to throw everything in the garbage. This was my first time here. I went in and I wanted to order the Risoto. They haven’t had it in awhile. Ok so I decided to place and order to go. Two medium pizzas, cheese and a pepperoni one. An old fashioned chicken ravioli, side salad and for dessert a tiramisu. Everything was horrible. I will never go there again. With tip I paid almost a $100 for all that just to toss it in the garbage. I recommend going elsewhere. I love Italian food and this was not Italian. Go to the Bucatini or Giradi’s Osteria both are in Edmonds. There food are fabulous! Trust me! I called and complained, never heard back from the manager. UPDATE: LOL left me a message online saying I have a $25 credit for my bad experience. What a joke!! Like I would ever go back! Thanks but no thanks! Very bad customer service!

Was in haste, had made it clear, time is less, yet Pizza preparation took more than promised time. For the quality and quantity, the price was high, didn't feel it was good value for money. Might be, If I had more time, the experience could have been different. Yet had to pay ~40 usd for 1 large pizza, which was the costliest pizza I ever had but it was not the tastiest pizza, although whole family was very hungry

Average pasta, below average garlic bread, and overpriced dessert. Ordered delivery from Portofino through their website. Delivery was fast though their order progress tracker broke. We got two orders fettuccine alfredo. The pasta was decent, and the sauce could be more flavorful. Same problem with the garlic bread that came with it. The dessert was good enough, but definitely overpriced. We got the creme brulee, which was good enough. However it was right dollars for a very tiny portion. Overall a decent restaurant, and still better than most places I've ordered delivery from.

Terrible service! If I could give zero stars that’s what they deserve. I called after an hour and forty minutes since my delivery was not there. I was then on hold for 15 minutes and spoke to Mya who was incompetent and had no idea what was going on and put me on hold and never came back. I called again and spoke with Mya who said she would reorder it for me. I didn’t trust this so called again and someone else answered and said the delivery person already delivered it and there was no reorder put it. This person reordered it and said it would be an hour. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would pass on my number. So… still waiting for the manager to call and my pizza. I’ve ordered several times in the past but they have lost my business forever with this one.

I got delivery for the first time today, it was good, although I think moving forward I would get the pizza well done because I prefer it darker. Pizza was tasty. Driver was courteous and no contact! Got another tasty dinner! Wings and pizza rolls, yummy classic hot wings and the pizza rolls were nice! Great delivery experience!

Ordered online, called 40 minutes later to see if as it told me order was still in prep. Told it was done after I was told I ordered online and was picking up…..yes correct. So when I was told it was ready and picked up pizza like warm, not to the standard that Portafino’s has been over the 16 years we have been going there. Cheaper …..yes but if I wanted Pizza Hut I would order there.

Local fav with great pizza and side dishes. Take away only as indoor dining is closed. Friendly staff. Live person when ordering by phone. Order was ready on time, fresh and as ordered. Location is hard to find so Google it for directions. Plenty of parking. Delivery is available.

Tonight was pizza night. Dinner delivered less than an hour after ordering, piping hot and tasty. House pizza with cooked tomato cooked well done is our favorite and Portofino's didn't disappoint us. Side salads with crisp greens and plenty of extras to add in and a caesar completed the meal. Enough slices left over for a quick lunch the next day.. Portofinopizza.com does an excellent job and is our go to for local Italian meals. The drivers are always courteous and pleasant.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Portofinos Restaurant and Bar with my family, and it was an experience we'll never forget. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was better than the last. The shrimp pasta was cooked to perfection, the pizza was delicious, the salad was fresh and flavorful, the spaghetti was perfectly al dente, and the cream brule and cheesecake were the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a family dinner. The lighting was warm and inviting, and the decor was elegant and sophisticated. Overall, I highly recommend Portofinos Restaurant and Bar to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, customer service, and ambiance are simply unmatched. Hi, so basically one of my friends had recommended this restaurant to me so I decided to go there with my family for dinner. Right away as we entered the restaurant the aesthetic of the restaurant was awesome, it gave a homey vibe. All of the employees there were so kind and amazing! They have a great menu full so many choose from. And from everything we got all of it tasted delicious. Overall it was a delightful experience, my family and I would most definitely come here again. I would 100% recommend coming to Portofinos Restaurant And Bar.

Just a great neighborhood pizza and pasta stop. They are consistently delicious. Definitely try the pear gorgonzola or pasta bella. Their pizza is great, excellent crust and toppings

We got takeout today, and the experience was flawless. Online ordering was easy, and our dinners (ordered around 5 p.m.) were ready 20 minutes later. My husband had chicken parmigiano and I had chicken marsala. We were both very happy with our meals. Even the side salads we ordered were good. The prices are very reasonable, the quantities are generous, and the food was delicious. We are planning to become regular customers.

Came here for a nice dinner, and it did not disappoint! I’m a sucker for caprese salad, and this one hit the spot. The carbonara pasta was also really delicious, came with lots of parmesan, which I didn’t mind because I love cheese. Will definitely be coming back to try the different dishes!

I ordered here for pickup. The food was good (chicken marinara and lemon chicken). The $10 caesar salad was good (the dressing seemed like it was homemade) but tiny for the price. About the size of a big handful of salad. But the most annoying thing was the online order system. I saw another review complaining about it and I completely agree. When you are done with the order it throws up a status page that just stays on "Prep". After waiting close to an hour I called and they said that the order was ready. I asked how long it's been sitting there and they said 15-20 minutes. Either take away the order status page and put up a message that says "Call us for an ETA" or "Your guess is as good as mine." That other review had a response from the manager that said they are working on their system. Work harder.

I've been eating at this place for years. Its gone through a number of renovations in that time, redoing the walls and getting a nicer bar and whatnot. Still has a charm of home for me and I hope to be eating their meatball subs for years to come

I was the only person dining in on a Sunday afternoon, which surprised me. I had the Italian Carbonara and it was the best pasta I’ve had, along with a Tiramisu for desert and Greek Cheese Bread to start. To no surprise the service was very quick and friendly. 9/10, would recommend.

Food was great, delivery not so much. Make sure you check the name on your food and make sure it's right. Half of mine wasn't. Owner or manager, whoever I talked to wasn't overly concerned when I said I didn't want Luke warm food. Offered NO compensation. Pretty disappointing, since we love their food.

okay… I am shocked to see negative reviews for this place. The food is great. Genuinely some of the best pizza I’ve tried in edmonds. I think it’s pan pizza which is my favorite. They also use freshly made pasta and everything I’ve tried has been tasty! The marinara tastes like my great grandma made it (in a good way lol) it gave me such nostalgia. As far as customer service, the bartender that served us was excellent. He really knew what he was doing. I always like to have bartenders surprise me, and he rolled with it and made me the most amazing amaretto sour! He was funny and seemed to enjoy his job which always makes me so happy to see. This is officially my favorite restaurant in edmonds. 10/10 recommend

Update: The manager called to discuss the issue. He was nice and helpful and was willing to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Updating to 3 stars just for the customer service. That was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. THAT was NOT a Carbonara. It was sticky and weird. Had an awful taste. There was absolutely nothing relating to a carbonara in that dish. Trash! Straight into the trash. You put pizza sausage in a spaghetti. When we asked if you had sausage for spaghetti, that's NOT what we meant. You know, like actual sausage. Never again. I'm sickened I spent money on this garbage.

Incorrect menu prices We visited a few days ago and after prompt service by our fantastic waitress we could overhear the next table voicing dissatisfaction over prices. In short the restaurant now has pricing through a QR code which did not match up with menus on the table resulting in a higher than expected bill. This put the waitress in a poor position to explain the actual prices when the bill was sent out and the waitress also advised they were waiting on updated menus. Most items were $3-$5 more per item, which even in this current market seems egregious for items priced below $10. I can't believe ownership would allow this and we don't anticipate returning. Good luck finding employees who put up with these shenanigans.

Went there with another couple. They ate and finished their food. I asked the waitress about my and my husband's order 3 different times. More than 2 hours passed and our orders never came. Our waitress avoided us so we called over the manager, who was told earlier by the waitress about the mix up, and he said sorry. Our friends asked for the manager to comp us our meals so he agreed. At this point we were starving, our friends had been done eating a long time ago and we just wanted to get out of there so supposedly our order was submitted again but this time "to go". We waited approximately another 20 mins and came home. We sat down to eat and the icing on the cake moment.... neither of the meals were even close to what we had ordered. All I can say is WOW!!! How can you run a restaurant like that and expect good reviews?

Haven’t ordered from here in years. Was so burned and over cooked we threw it out. :( Hopefully better next time.

Based on my experience for this dinner, I would never order again. I live less than five minutes from them and usually opt for pick up. Their order tracking system sucks and this is putting it politely! Even at the time of writing this review, which is about five hours after my order, it still says "Prep". Their estimate for completion was 30 minutes. I arrived there about 20 min after my order. It was ready and what a condition! The fries were a clump or limp fries. It was difficult to separate and eat and barely lukewarm! The calamari wasn't any better. Very disappointing!

ALWAYS my boyfriend and my go to restaurant, for Amazing Italian food. Both of us are Italian, and he says they have the best chicken parmesan he's ever had. He also loves their wings. I love their apps. Salads, pastas, pizzas, and desserts. From the wonderful service and incredible food, u will not be disappointed!!

Grabbed a pizza on the way home today i worked at zeeks pizza for 20 Year's till i moved on to a different chapter in my life this pizza was amazing have only great things to say as i scarf down another slice

It was 2:30 pm with no customers. The new waiter guy was so busy socializing with the dishwasher guy, he didn’t see me waiting at the front desk for several minutes. I thought he was a customer. The dishwasher guy saw me but didn’t tell the new waiter I was there. I thought the dishwasher was the bartender. Had to ring the bell 3 times, while waiting in between rings. No reply from either. I finally had to yell “help” before the waiter finally turned around while the dishwasher guy walked away. When the new guy had to go find out how to do my transaction, the very kind cook came in and asked if I was being helped. He sent the new guy out to help me. Fire both the new waiter and dishwasher. They don’t represent your business’ values…or maybe they do. Keep the gracious cook.

I was so excited to try this place. And I was pretty disappointed. It was really bland to be honest. The sauces both Marinara and Alfredo were not that great, no flavor. I might be back for pizza but the entrees were not that great unfortunately.

Been ordering food from Portofino's for 25 years Even though 4 owner changes the fantastic recipes have been past down, Dine in is best, have received cold delivery and It was still very tasty. Try it, you might really like it.
