I
have
been
happy
with
the
customer
service
at
the
Northgate
location.
But
in
my
recent
visit
I
ran
into
a
small
issue
with
some
of
the
employee
not
wanting
to
grab
pet
animals
out
for
me
to
purchase.
I
had
to
wait
for
an
employee
to
get
of
their
break
before
I
received
customers
service.
The
person
that
was
supposed
to
help
me
she
slow
poke
everything
until
the
person
got
off
their
break.
I
was
in
a
hurry
because
I
had
other
things
that
needed
to
be
done
before
I
went
to
work
which
I
was
late
because
of
the
lack
of
willingness
to
grab
the
animal
I
was
requesting.
I
might
be
wrong
on
my
understanding
of
the
store
policy,
but
I
was
under
the
impression
that
ALL
EMPLOYEES
are
expected
to
grab
the
reptiles,
birds,
fish,
bugs,
and
ect,
as
part
of
the
customer
service.
The
grooming
and
training
is
separate
or
different
types
of
service
that
requires
different
types
training.
I
understand
that
someone
might
be
uncomfortable
of
handling
reptiles,
bugs
and
or
animals.
But
if
that
is
the
case
than
they
shouldn't
be
working
there
or
in
the
customer
service
department.
I
hope
that
this
issue
would
be
resolved
so
that
other
customers
does
not
have
to
wait
to
receive
customers
service
and
or
wait
until
someone
is
off
their
break
to
be
able
to
purchase
what
they
are
requesting.
