Great pet store, the only place I go for my furry family members!! The employees are awesome too!

Been going here for years for most of my dog supplies, staff is very knowledgeable and always take time to explain, even at times I'm sure I'm driving them crazy. Helped a lot with puppy questions.. one thing lacking is no samples, hate it when I buy full package and end up returning, wished I could have option to try out new food before buying full size. My two dogs are very finicky with food and treats. They are always good about taking back anything they won't touch..

I have previously worked for this company and see how they’ve treated their employees especially in this specific store , Tammy did an amazing job during my purchase and expressed how she was working an 11 hour shift the day before & another that day , she was very patient with me durning my purchase and explained to me that I had a special order in the back that was no longer there , which highly upset me this is the only food my dog will eat willingly I was then told another store manager went through and got rid of everyone’s special orders I grabbed all the cat food I needed but each month we special order a specific Stella & chewy raw blend food that you don’t Cary in your in store catalog which now I have to order online for which will not come fast enough.. I loved the environment but the company does not care for their people or customers like they say they do and it shows .As for now as an ex employee and a current customer my buying will be taken to Mudbay .

The friendly employee greeted us as we entered and helped us right to what we were looking for.

You can tell this company cares more about taking care of animals than making a profit. The “new pet program” is astounding. We got around 150 dollars worth of food and other essentials for our kittens 100% free of charge. We went ahead and bought a bunch of additional stuff but it just goes to show how much this company cares. Also, the fellow who helped us out was very kind and patient with us lol.

The staff here really knows their products and asks questions to better understand your needs. Quality products and good prices. Highly recommend!

Incredibly rude employee just told me that they don't have our dog's food after the store had a commitment to always order and hold a bag for us and have been doing so reliably for years. Her attitude was flippant and disrespectful and she agreed that they didn't want the business. Wow. This store has gone way downhill in a major way. Very disappointed in them.

This has quickly become my favorite place for pet supplies. They have brands I trust, the people are friendly, and prices are good. Twice a month, they have on-site very services at very good prices.

They have a great selection of dog food and treats at reasonable prices. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Lately, this Pet Pros location has been cancelling the Good Neighbor Mobile Vet clinic so people cannot get their pets shots. COVID-19 is not going to be the only concern once these other diseases ramp back up because of no shots being done. Not good.

Our favorite pet store! Staff is always super friendly and loves making friends with your pup/pet. Drop in and say hi, let your pet sample a treat, or even if you might have a general question. They have a good variety of quality food and treats on hand.

All staff are knowledgeable and go out of their way to get products needed. I went to Bothell but they did not have product needed, she called another store by her home and they had it so she brought the product I needed until they got their order in.
