I
had
a
negative
experience
bringing
in
my
two
small
dogs
for
a
nail
trim.
I
called
ahead,
as
requested,
to
schedule
a
time
that
day
to
bring
in
my
dogs.
When
we
arrived
(just
one
hour
later),
the
woman
in
at
the
desk
looked
annoyed
and
surprised
to
see
us.
They
took
each
dog
to
the
back
room
to
trim
their
nails
while
my
husband
and
I
waited
in
the
lobby
area.
While
waiting,
we
heard
a
dog
start
shrieking
and
yelping
very
loudly
and
thought
it
might
be
one
of
our
dogs.
We
saw
two
employees
standing
in
the
doorway
watching
what
was
happening,
but
doing
nothing
to
make
sure
our
dog
was
OK.
When
I
asked
if
it
was
my
dog,
they
said
yes,
but
nothing
else.
I
asked
if
I
could
go
to
the
back
and
check
on
her,
and
they
said
yes.
When
I
got
into
the
back,
my
dog
had
a
muzzle
around
her
nose
and
looked
absolutely
terrified.
The
woman
doing
the
nail
trim
passed
her
to
me,
and
I
asked
if
it
was
possible
that
she
hurt
my
dog
by
clipping
her
quick.
She
said
"Maybe?"
When
I
looked
at
her
feet,
multiple
toes
were
bleeding.
She
didn't
even
seem
concerned
about
my
dog
or
that
she
hurt
her
doing
the
nail
trim.
We
used
to
take
our
dogs
to
Posh
Paws
in
Roosevelt
when
we
lived
in
that
neighborhood
and
never
once
had
an
experience
like
this.
But
we
recently
moved
to
the
Kenmore
area
and
decided
to
give
Maser's
a
try
since
it
was
much
more
convenient,
even
though
they
were
considerably
more
expensive.
Needless
to
say,
we
won't
be
going
back.
