I order from here all the time and it's been great up till my last order. I picked a veggie roll chicken on a stick (best one around) and two orders of beef mei fun that tasted and smelled like fish or clam sauce. I called them to let them know. I was told nothing had changed in the kitchen. I told them I wasn't looking to return it but wanted to let them know there is definitely something not right in there kitchen today. They didn't seem very receptive. I have had this dish over a hundred times and it's never tasted or smelled like fish. 99% of my orders have been great and the one that wasn't handled in a professional manner. Would still recommend them though.

Summary: Decent food, fast, hot, and great price. Always have fast service, and hot food. I eat here once a month for over 5 years and never had a problem. I don't know if I'd call the food incredible, but it's good. I was debating writing a review, and I saw they had an odd number of 1-stars for me never having any problems. After reading: Forgetting the mustard? Customer himself ordering the wrong thing? People like those are the problem.

My newly crowned go to for chinese food. Best value for money in 3 mile radius. Good flavors and portions. Will admit eggrolls shockingly small but not a factor as i rarely order them.

The delivery driver dropped the food at the door and left. I was missing an egg roll with my combination meal, and my shrimp roll order was missing. The food came warm, but not hot. It also took a long time to receive my food. I wasn’t impressed tonight.

Wong’s has been our go-to for about 3 years now. We’ve only ordered take out and both the delivery drivers and the cashier staff have always been great,friendly, and fast. Also love that you can order online, definitely something we look for in a restaurant. Food has always been on point and I can’t think of a time they have gotten our order wrong. Orange chicken/beef is always good and always in the order. The pork lo mein and fried rice are spectacular. Wonton appetizers are always crispy and the sweet and sour sauce on the side is just that delicious, classic sauce that never does us wrong. We don’t branch out from our usual order too often and it’s honestly amazing how consistently delicious every meal turns out. 100% recommend giving them a try if you’re in the area.

Edit: I used to like their food. However, I ordered tonight and their fried rice is terrible. They are using instant/parboiled rice. Never in my life have I had this at a Chinese restaurant. It has an unmistakable flavor. I will never order here again unless you switch back to regular rice. Yuck! The food is decent but the customer service is lacking. For starters they only say "hello" when you call them like a private residence which leads you to believe you dialed the wrong number. When I call a business I expect them to say the business name when answering a telephone call. For example, "Wong's Gourmet how may I help you?" When you ask them if you reached Wong's they lie and try to chastise you by saying that they said Wong's when answering. They do this almost every time I order. Also, the people taking the orders often hang up on you before you are finished. How about ending every order by asking if you need anything else and say goodbye? This basic lack of customer service and other issues will keep me from coming here if they are not rectified.

I order from here pretty frequently. I have ordered from them for a few years now. Delivery is fast and food is always hot. Good prices for what you get.

Horrible food! Pork Fried rice has no flavor, nothing in it except rice. Mongolian Beef with Pea Pods is only filled with onions, Cream Cheese Won Tons is only dough. Sauce for pot stickers is sweet, which is wrong! Never again! Waste of money!!!

I found this place on a random chance while doing business nearby. A very pleasant surprise! Most get takeout, as evidenced by the steady stream of customers picking up their dinner. I was the only one dining in. I ordered Egg foo Young, and received a plate piled high with three huge patties. Plus a tasty brown gravy and white rice on the side.

The food was very good! I ordered the orange chicken combo plate and the house lo mein. The chicken fried rice was ok, not bad but not my favorite. The orange chicken and noodles were very good though. The noodles had chicken, shrimp and beef. Really good price for the amount of food. Will definitely order here again.

I have been going here for as long as I can remember and I can say with confidence, this place has the best chicken based meals I might have ever had. I give 10/10 gold star points for good chicken. The sweet and sour sauce is also very good. I love this place and will continue to have this on my top tier takeout restaurants for all time. The egg rolls are also very good. I give this store a 10/10 in general.

Food is absolutely disgusting. If you have ever eaten real Asian food, you will be disgusted. I ordered chicken fried rice and orange chicken. it tasted disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone...

Tasteless, flavorless food. The cream cheese wonton were excellent, but that fried rice, and chop suey was awful!!

Fast, consistent, generous portions & delicious! My kids love the shrimp lo mein. I love the pad Thai. For apps the teriyaki chicken & general tso wings are SO good. Everything we've tried has been so delicious, but those are personal favs. This place makes it hard for us to branch out & try new restaurants when it's good every time.

Was my order was a large order. I had 6 combos two were were the number 2. We order one beef and one shrimp. We got two shrimp. The chow mein was just celery in sauce and kind of bland.The food was delivered hot and on time. delivery person was really great. I was disappointed because two weeks ago I had a great meal was a different experience. I have had Wongs several times in the past was not disappointed. This was the first time for the others who ordered with me and They to were disappointed.

This is one of the best Asian food places that I've ever tried very affordable food as well. The best sugar donuts I've ever had, my husband got to Hunan shrimp which he loved and was not overly spicy, and I got a sweet and sour chicken which wasn't overly sweet and we love the fried rice because it was not extremely salty but still had a lot of flavor. Thank you so much this is such a great move in treat! We just picked up I did not use delivery so not sure how they do with delivery. But we will be returning customers in the future and will always recommend to friends and family and you so much!

Fabulous egg foo young. Chicken with pea pods and beef and broccoli are delicious. Great chicken wings. Always happy with what we order. (Fried rice sometimes has a lot of onions)

Wish we had this in saint paul when I was younger. Their choice of rice to make their dish was bold, but it works.

1rst time ordered. Not very tasty. Will never go there again. Very bland food.
