Not the best 5 Guys visit I have had and yes probably the worst. Service was good. Inside was clean. Meal was hot. Fries looked to be an hour old and tasted like cardboard that was dropped into a salt bin. The burger was all sorts of a mess when I unfolded it from the aluminum foil. I ended up eating it with a fork because I couldn’t hold it. Should have read the reviews before I went here.

Good food, but value is lacking. Tiny burger that doesn't cover the bun, small fry and large drink is $18.50 out the door. It's tasty, but not that tasty. We used to eat 5 guys 3-4 times a month, now it's about every other month.

Dashed a triple cheese burger, A hot dog and Cajun fries. They got to Fitchburg in good Time. The fries were absolutely perfect - a Lil soggy from the trip over but we're delicious and spicy! The hotdog was spot on with my custom add ones. The double cheese burger had the extras but they missed the extra 3rd patty that I added to my order. Door dash made it right. Just disappointing as Fice Guys is normally on the ball!

Five guys has the best French fries. This is based upon my son’s opinion. He defy a connoisseur of fast food french fries. They have excellent shakes. I would recommend the strawberry shake with whipped cream.

Really love the bacon 🥓 burger 🍔 and the fries 🍟... The taste is amazing

What the fries?!?!?! For $7.59, this is considered a large fry. A large cup that isn't even filled to the top. Yes, there are fries in the bag but not 8 dollars worth. That's twice we've had a poor fry experience. We thought the regular fry was bad last time and decided on a large this time. What a waste of money. Their prices are already high and this is just absurd. What a joke!!!!

Went in here on, I believe it was, the night before Thanksgiving because I didn't feel like cooking and happened to be in the area. I never had Five Guys before, so I needed help understanding the burger sizes, etc. Brady was so helpful. He is such a nice and polite young man! Our burgers were good, but my bun got soggy by the time I got home. Next time I'll eat in. Fries were awesome!

Prices continue to increase, but portions are shrinking. What used to be a small order of fries a year ago has become a medium. This location is always short staffed but clean. I’m always amazed that the staff are still so friendly despite everything else being so poor.

0 kajun. Today is the second time I have attempted to get kajun fries in the past 2 days. The whole experience when ordering made me lose my appetite and order because my kids wanted their oreo shake. Anyway, when I tried to order the kajun fries, I was told there were none. I asked when they would have them, and the employee was unsure. Another customer comes in... a woman.... a white woman and asks about her pickup order. She was told sorry, but we don't have any kajun fries. We are really sorry. Is there anything else we can do for you or any way we can compensate you? She says no and waits for the rest of her food. One of the employees asks another what's up with the kajun fries, at which time the manager overhears the 2 employees and asks what the question was. Anyway, the manager explains to the employee when they don't have something, they offer the customer something to compensate. I'm standing here over hearing all this and realizing I wasn't offered any compensation and had to pry out of the manager WHEN I could possibly come back for the kajun fries. So I walk up and say, "Excuse me, did I just hear you tell your employee when you don't have something you're supposed to compensate the customer. He said yeah I said, that's funny."" I had that same exact issue and wasn't offered anything 2 days in a row." The manager gonna say would you like to be compensated. No, that's not the point. The point is I literally had the same issue 3 minutes earlier and was basically brushed off to a shipping issue. That it would be on the Monday shipment and offered nothing, but when the lady comes 8n asking for the same, they were bending over backward. THEN, the regular fries I did earlier, a large and small where NOT THE NORMAL FIVE GUYS SERVINGS. Anyone that has worked or ate there knows they give you many fries so many that they would almost be falling out the bag thus place act like they where on they last sack and had to divide it evenly amongst the village.

Ordered a burger, they missed toppings and flat out gave me the wrong ones. Tried calling and zero response no voicemail. Zero attention to detail, zero customer service they don't care about you or your food so don't give them any money.
