Overall poor experience at Gruno’s. I very patiently waited 3+ years after being promised that a watch was ordered for me to celebrate an important milestone. The story changed multiple times over the last 1.5 years on when the watch would finally arrive, but I continued to be patient given how some things are outside the stores control and the continued reassurance from my sale associate that the watch was ordered and would arrive soon. That sales associate eventually left Gruno’s and now come to find out that the watch was never ordered and that the owner ultimately decides which watches to sell to who. That’s fine and I respect that, but I wish Gruno’s would have been honest at the outset instead of pitching me on how the Gruno’s experience is much different from the bigger ADs and ultimately leading me on for several years by telling me that the watch was ordered and would arrive “any day now”.

Recently had one of the BEST buying experiences working with Gruno's to obtain our desired watches. The manager Susan, along with the other staff, make the experience very enjoyable, taking the stress out of the buying process. Everyone is honest, transparent, and fair which is all you can ask for in a business and I have the utmost confidence in everyone who works there. I can honestly say I enjoyed each visit to the store just to chat and will return again for any future jewerly/watch needs. Thank you again for all your help Gruno's!

Omg! I rarely publish reviews, but Gruno’s is amazing. Sadly I had to get my wedding ring cut off and they were so amazing. The jeweler is an artist. It looks even better than when it was brand new. I’m sold as a new customer and will return.

I would like to encourage you to stop by when you're in the area and get to know these incredible people. All of the staff at Gruno's of Madison are exceptional but if you're lucky enough to see Alexandra you should introduce yourself. She probably has the best memory out of anyone in jewelry sales. She routinely puts a smile on my face when we haven't scene each other in a while and she instantly knows what I'm looking for. Seriously she remembers ever detail and could probably tell you the color of the tie you were wearing on your last visit. She's that smart! She also knows my girlfriends taste in jewelry and makes suggestions on pieces for me to look at. She treats people like family and I just think that's how a jewelry store should be. I would like to thank Alexandra and all the Sales staff at Gruno's for another amazing 5-Star experience.

Be aware they charge credit card fee. The argument was the amount was high ~$8k. However, when got another watch for 33k from another Rolex AD and they didn't charge me.

My husband took watches in for sizing and new batteries and was treated with such wonderful service. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and able to take care of everything so quickly. He felt like family by the time he walked out. It’s so true that being kind to all really does make a huge difference…thank you Sharyn. We will now go there for all our future jewelry needs.

Gruno’s is the only place I trust to take care of my watches. They have a fantastic in-house watch service; my Shinola watch had its battery replaced in under 10 minutes. Lora was a great help. I will be back!!!

Had a vintage watch serviced through Grunos. I was told 8-12 weeks and got it back today in just under 8 weeks. Would recommend to anyone needing a watch serviced. Ask for Emily - she was very helpful.

I paid for an appraisal and third-party buyer offer for a Rolex. Staff failed to communicate on the promised timeline and didn't have details straight when I asked about the delay; when I went in to pick up the watch, appraisal documents, and offer info, I found they'd also neglected to take photos or send info to the third-party buyer at all, so they had to keep the watch an extra week to get the sale offer. My name was wrong on documents despite having me repeat my personal details multiple times. I continued to have difficulty hearing back in a timely manner and I never received the photos I was promised despite multiple follow-ups. Staff were nice in-store but this disorganization and lack of detail & time management was frustratingly unprofessional.
