Under staffed each time we have come here but the crew tries their best to give each customer their attention. Folks we dealt with were very courteous and got items from stock for us. Hope to see this place successful with enough crew on hand for drive through and foot traffic it gets.

It doesn't matter what you order... they give you what they want. The customer service is lacking. I'm done wasting my money at this location.

Worst dunkin' ever.. The lady at the drive-thru was very rude. She didn't wear gloves to make my food.

Used the mobile app, pulledyp the drive thru and was greeted right away. Got to the window and the order was ready to go. Staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee was delicious and order was spot on!

Only car there, no other customers. Took 15 mins to get a wrap. Avoid this location if you value your time. Absolutely horrific foreign owned service.

Love the Halloween decorations in our local Dunkin'. Took my granddaughter inside for a special treat this morning of a donut and hot chocolate.

Second time coming here, second time screwed up my order, third time never again. This dunking donuts is terrible the employees don't know what they are doing. Ordered a salted Carmel cold brew was just a cold brew with foam, no taste. There's dozens of other d & d stay away from this one.

They were close to close and allowed me to enjoy a cup of coffee and drink with my son.

The worst Dunkin in the area. Today i ordered a cold brew with sweet foam through the dunkun app and i literally watched them pour me an original blend and just put whipped cream on top. I was told they dont have cold brew, didnt say anything about the whipped cream... Plus the original blend tasted old, AS IT USUALLY DOES AT THIS LOCATION. I only go there on occassion because its on my route. I will be sure to go out of my way to a different dunkin from now on.

Sometimes it's good sometimes it's terrible. Rarely mix the drinks so got a pound of syrup sitting at the bottom. Went to this location a few times and had to just flat out throw my drink away as it was not drinkable

Never going to waste my money buying donuts from a Dunkin. ..formerly Dunkin Donut. Stale. Sorry, I grew up where Dunkin Donut made their doughnuts "in store" and used to ensure their doughnuts...and coffee...were fresh. My experience with this franchise goes back over 50 years. Nope...no longer bothering with their inferior products. Sad.

I ask a simple request every time I order and then never do it for me. I didn’t receive a wrap and the next day when I came back she would not give me one she knew who I was and that I didn’t receive my order. I see why everyone goes to Starbucks!

Just stopped at Dunkin for 3 coffees.2hot decafes that came luke warm and 1/2 cups.Very disappointed as we stop at a lot of dunkins.I am not sure I will try this dunkins again...

Picked up two dozen donuts at the drive thru. Employee was having register problems. Ended up having to use a different work station

I have went to this location twice and both times they messed up my coffee. The first time they put in a little creamer and sugar and like 5 turbo shots, thought my heart was gonna explode. The second time they totally forgot my sugar. Do not go there they can not get a simple coffee order right. Plus they rush you to order and can’t understand what you ask for. Never ever will I go to this location again. Worst location ever. 0 stars is what I wish I could give them.

First of all, location wise, this isn't the best because if you are heading south, it's impossible to get in here without turning around at a gas station. I know that's not the employees' fault but still a con. My next complaint is employee error. I pulled in at 6 p.m. on Monday, February 27th, desperate for some avocado toast before my 12 hr night shift. I asked at the window for my toast and was informed that they were sorry, but they had shut their ovens off for the night. I was quite shocked and stared at the menu at all the hot items I potentially couldn't get because they shut their ovens off? I didn't really have time to debate with them which items I could or couldn't get, and I wasn't pleased in general, so I decided to go somewhere else. Later, I looked up at what time they closed, and it wasn't until 7 pm that night. So they turned their ovens off an hour early? You might as well be closed then. I didn't pull into a dunkin' Donuts at 6 pm for the 2 leftover crusty donuts from the morning. I came for a hot meal and potentially some coffee (I happened to have some coffee from home with me that day). Either way, I was incredibly disappointed in the service here and don't really recommend trying to get food at this location. Especially when you have other options in the area.

Ordered 2 drinks, one was wrong. Ordered bacon got bacon and egg on a crescent. The foods not cheap but it's good just would like order correct
