I go to this Little Ceasars all the time for large orders of 10 pizzas or more. For me - I always receive great service. Either I call or go in to order the pizzas. Every time I go, the employees are very nice and friendly. They always help me take the pizzas to my car when needed. My order is always correct. There have been a time or two when the pizzas were not cut all the way through which is no big deal. And there may have been a time or two when they didn’t answer the phone which is fine. They get busy - I get it! Overall, the employees at this store are always good to me. As long as they stay open, I will always be a customer.

Never again. I've spent so much money with this place and I'm always disappointed!! Today was the final straw. This is how I received my pizza after waiting for WAY longer than they said I would be waiting!! Divided and stuck to the box!! They will never get a dime from me and I WILL spread the word!

Ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza, got a normal pretzel pizza and didn't realize that they gave me the wrong pizza until I got home and took a bite into the crust. They weren't picking up the phone while I was waiting and not worth the effort in going back. It took slightly over an hour for it to get ready during dinner time (ordered online at 5:40p, ready at 6:46p, showed up at 6:30p expecting it to be ready but you should wait until you get an email). I would want for a partial refund or credit, but it doesn't look like the store gives them out. Go somewhere else for your pizza unless you want disappointment & long waits. Pizza was average, staff were friendly but stressed out since they were understaffed, and limited parking in the side streets and front of the store for pickup.

My boyfriend went in to grab us a pizza and crazy bread. He was immediately greeted, his order taken, and notified that the food was being prepared fresh, so there was a 15 minute wait. He happily paid and about 12 minutes later the food was ready. Everything was so yummy and prepared very well, this is our favorite location.

I ordered a stuffed crust with 3 toppings. I was debating between here and Papa Johns. The app tells you to use the pizza portal. They didn’t put it in the pizza portal. The stuffed crust isn’t stuffed. A 4:15 pickup turned in 4:40. Don’t order pizza from here. Stick to Hot n Ready.

One of the most perfect pepperoni pizzas I have ever tasted someone in my pod gave me a slice and wow how another slice would be great but instead I am typing this review hats off to the chef

Find another store to go to. I love little caesars but the service at this store is horrible. I always order online then head over when it says my food should be ready, only to be stuck in a tiny cramped room with 10 other people for another 30-60 min. Rather than taking your pizza out of the portal you normally have wait in line and tell the cashier what you're there for a few times until they hand it to you, and potentially even get your order wrong. They're also normally out of everything, not once have I gotten the exact soda I ordered. Even then I used to still go there cuz the slice 'n' sticks is 10/10, but the last time I went there with my friend for some reason every person there (especially the cashier) was making fun of us and laughing at us when we didn't do anything so we left after paying without our pizza.

Filthy store. Pizza was mediocre, even for a Little Caesars. The only redemption was that they had one (yes, only one) Hot n Now pizza and that the employee was very friendly. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to admit that I worked there because of how dilapidated it is, but she was nice nevertheless. Save your money and get yourself some decent food up the street at Oakland Gyros.
