    Always something missing on our orders. We have been here a lot and every time we didn’t check our order at the drive through first it always missing something. I dont understand how hard to work in taco bell? It’s simple just read the screen and do it by order. Today is not even busy (Bucks playing) I’m the only car in the drivethru and they still fxxed it up. Great job guys great job. I don’t really understand the point of pull forward and then back up every time we are here.

    Every time I go to the drive up, they ask me to drive ahead past the sensor and then back again so they can cheat the timer for their drive up window time. I tried to decline but she insisted. I asked to speak to the manager, and she was standing right there the whole time. She said I didn't have to if I didn't want to. I'm tired of being asked to be complicit in their cheating. Not going back there again. I complained about it twice in an online survey and nothing changed. I went back again 5/1/2022 at the request of my wife. Same thing. They are all about cheating their system and no one cares.

    Disclaimer: this is from an Uber Eats delivery driver. I went to this location to pick up two orders. Was told second would take ten additional minutes. After saying I would have to cancel pickup of the seconf order, the "manager" got beligerent and claimed Uber does not have such a policy (spoiler: it does, waiting longer is voluntary). Began demanding I GIVE HIM MY PHONE to call support (a blatant partnership violation), and even when I had support on speakerphone, the "manager" just ignored Uber re-stating the wait time policy and rudely demanded the ordeds be cancelled. Taco Bell Corporate, if you are reading this review, please investigate the staff at this location. If other delivery drivers deal with the incident I dealt with, this store is at risk of losing its partnership.

    Absolutely horrendous experience extremely rude mean over the top awful lady working the driveth4ouhh at 930 on this very day. I had to transfer over some money. And she slammed rhw window in my face and yelled out the door. I will rider online and to her si she can maybe pay it forward. And learn about t4reatjng human beings correctly

    Terrible first shift manager who doesnt care about customer orders. Unsafe practices they will touch register and handle money then make the food with the same gloves. Wow. Stiff competition for worst taco bell in milwaukee

    Arrived at 5:44pm on a Sunday, was told I needed to go into the lobby to pick up my online order. My order was not ready until 6:42pm.. I spent almost an hour waiting for food. The place was dirty, extremely understaffed, and overall a pretty mediocre atmosphere in there. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this specific T Bell.

    Glad to come here for the longest but now im never going back im just done with the barely cooked meat and eggs. constantly handing cold coffee thats supposed to be hot, out the window. if you cant feel it through the cup then its NOT HOT!!! plus the average drive thru scam with the pulling up and back is not what i came here for. imma stay over here, cuz over there, they fo the streets.

    The worst Taco Bell in the city of Milwaukee. A bunch of lazy bums preparing the food. I had to throw my ENTIRE order in the trash wasn’t able to eat ANY of it. They don’t care about the food quality at all. Give u ice cold food, burnt food. No WORK ETHICS whatsoever. The entire crew need to be fired. EVERY TIME I GO ITS TERRIBLE.

    I would call myself a Taco Bell regular. This Taco Bell visit turned out to be one of my best. We showed up as breakfast ended, and we had ordered ahead on the app. So we were hoping to get breakfast items. When we arrived, they informed us that they were all out of all breakfast items. They apologized many times and were so nice to us. The genuine ladies working there were super accommodating amd a pleasure to interact with. When I'm back in Milwaukee, I'll be much more likely to stop back at this location.

    placed a mobile order... food took forever. worker was rude and short with me. she told us to pull aside for our order and after 30 minutes of waiting we pulled back around and she then proceeded to say we were supposed to come inside when she said nothing about coming inside in the first place. the worker then proceeded to rip her name off of our receipts so we couldn't use her name to complain. terrible worker and service.

    Portion size was incorrect, food appearance was awful as well. We didn't even get the additions we paid for (avo sauce and guacamole + no nacho sauce when we asked for easy). There's no meat in our crunchwraps as well and very little to nothing of thr tomato, lettuce sour cream and all other regular toppings. On top of that it almost took an hour to get our food and it's just so disappointing. It's Luke warm, not filling and I am very unhappy with the customer service the Wisconsin Ave store has provided. If people don't like their job, they should leave, not waste the employers money or customers. Thank you for listening and I hope something can be done about this. We ordered at 9:15/9:10 and Order was received at 10:00pm Also, this has nothing to do with the driver, he was great

    I dont live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin we were there to visit the Bucks store and see the Giannis mural. We wanted to eat & use rest room b4 getting on the road back to Chicago Illinois. The lobby was locked, there were 4 employees inside. We ordered taco supremes thru drive thru but we were given regular tacos. My son asked drive thru employee if I could use the rest room and she said no for security reasons. It was 3:45 pm. Guess they are not hospitable in Milwaukee...

    I do not live in Milwaukee, was there to visit Bucks Pro Shop. At 3:45pm the doors of the restaurant where locked. We ordered thru drive thru & ate in parking lot. We wanted to eat inside & use bathroom before getting on expressway to return home. My son approached drive thru window after we ate and asked if I could use the bathroom. He was told no because of security reasons. There were 4 employees inside. What security problem could a handicap person give them 😡

    Every single time I have gotten an order from this location it has been wrong. Through the drive-thru I've had half of my order missing and had modifiers ignored. Through doordash they don't pay attention to modifiers and fail to include items. Every single order I have ever gotten from this location has been incorrect in some way. They don't care about accuracy or attention to detail whatsoever. Every. Single. Time.

    Yall really need to go fire the whole 2nd shift shut it down an try again I've giving this place chance after chance after chance get home food cold i dont even do food reviews but im pissed this time I order 30 dollars worth of food jus to get home spit it out an throw it away food already processed and not real but to give it to me cold is wild count your days taco bell never again

    Though I order it since I haven't had it in a while, Terrible decision. It was expensive, 7 dollars for a burrito that half size at chipotle??? To add insult, the order was half messed up. Didn't bring or forgot to add some stuff to the order.

    I swear this taco makes the best Taco Bell food in town, I’m here almost daily. “My only complaint is the owner needs to fix the Drive Thru Vehicle Detection and Monitoring car sensor before someone gets hurt or causes an accident.” When you got 5 cars behind you it’s impossible to backup.

    I hadn't eating Taco Bell on quite some time. Ordered a #8 no sour cream...food came and had no tomatoes on it either. I see why I stopped eating it, it tasted so nasty and plain....like food out the can...... I DO NOT RECOMMEND TACO BELL!

    This Taco Bell has never done us wrong. During the day it may be incredibly busy with one drive thru, however they've consistently gotten our order correct. They are extrememly helpful with finding items we can't see on the menu and are sure to make sure we have all we need. We've had the same drive thru employee many times and he is always very friendly. Thank you!

    One the worst locations in Milwaukee. One day u get stellar Customer Service and the next it's absolutely horrible. I placed an in store order but they cgamged it to druve theu. I couldn't even call them to change it from drive thru to instore pickup because they purposely took the phone off the hook but I had already paid my money for food I couldn't properly receive. Absolutely unacceptable. It would've been great if they could omit that as an option for pickup method if the lobby closes at a certain time.

    Very impressed with Taco Bell’s breakfast menu.. the employee’s was friendly, efficient, and fast. I ordered the breakfast crunch wrap and was blown away. Will come back you that location just for the great customer service

    I got a Mexican pizza extra meat light beans. she put regular amount of beans. I didn't want it so she remade it, more beans than I'd like so next time I will day ni beans.

    They apparently close at 10:00, there were 2 other people in line in front of us and we weren’t sure if they actually got food or not but when we pulled up to the ordering place no one said anything to us about being closed. We waited for 15 minutes before leaving where we saw the lights were off and employees were just walking out of the doors.
