Ordered a kebab and chips.. this place is 1.4 miles away as we only live in Hoole... it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive, Driver left, I opened it and it was really cold.. put it in the microwave because I don't like moaning ... came out hot but then salad was disgusting " my bad" but if it was hot when it arrived I wouldn't of had to... tasted perfumed and also that horrible cut grass taste, meat tasted rubberised... just a bad experience.. there are loads in Chester to choose from .. just dont bother here🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮, what a let down... ps... its Wednesday.. not even a busy night 👎👎👎👎👎👎..

Disgusting service. Apparently this is justifiable for £7.50 of a 2 mixed kebab. Not only was this practically half a meal, it may as well have been in the fridge. All I was told over the phone was "This is the price". Avoid this run-down, poorly managed excuse for a business.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered via Uber eats at 10.30 with an estimated 20 minutes for the food to arrive. I rang the take away at 11.30 for updates and apparently the order was on its way.. it’s now 00.20 and no delivery or phone calls answered 🤷🏽‍♂️

Very good value for money. Hot fresh food. Order is always exactly what I have asked for... nic the delivery driver who normally delivers the food Is very polite.. also Khalid is so friendly.if you are goin to order food from here .. u will not be let down... always comes quicker than expected .. THE GRAVY IS EPIC. Even got a free garlic bread tonight.. which is the best I've tasted in a long time.. the are combination deals... meals combos. Look online or over uber eats.. amazing

Ordered 2 kebabs on Deliveroo, 30 minute wait, 2.3 miles away. I called 3x waiting for the food for an hour and a half. They said it was delivered even though it wasn’t so I can’t even get my money back.

Normally this place goes without fault but we were not happy with our most recent order. We ordered via just eat as we normally do. It arrived in time but when we opened the pizza it was all squished and at one side of the box and then we opened the curly fries there was a small piece of metal in it!! Tried to contact but no answer and just eat said there was nothing they could do. Will not be coming here again!

It's absolutely bland. Tried their chicken balls, fried chicken, and chicken nuggets. Found all of them to be really bland. There is no seasoning at all. The chicken nuggets looked like some fried potato pieces. Not really worth it.

Very disappointed with our meals today our order was wrong and even arrived cold meat was over cooked and dry as we had meat and chips.chips was undercooked and soggy. Called them up and they refused to change our order. We live In a hotel and don’t have access to cooking facilities and they told me to heat it up in a microwave. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the restaurant. It’s the one day of the week I look forward to a takeaway with my family and in-laws and now it’s been a massive let down by you thanks for nothing. Definitely don’t recommend this takeaway place

Absolute joke didn't update website to say no longer delivering to Lache and Saltney and they accept order online taking payment and then cancel sending out a txt message saying it takes up to 5 days to refund your card, BEWARE ordering from here they don't even care when you ring up explaining it was for your kids tea absoulute idiots

Tonight grill maker was closed (past 2,30 am) so I had to go eles where what a disappointment i ordered my normal order of popcorn chicken cheese chips and Hawaii pizza no way near up to the standards of grill maker 100% the best takeaway on brook street if not best in Chester

Ordered food and waited nearly two hours which was the delivery company’s fault, then requested a refund as food hasn’t arrived but to not cancel the order and grill maker cancelled it out of spite. Very rude on phone. Ordered this regularly but wont be ordering again

Take yourself out if town and immediately go to the grill maker. Food is lush and the mayo is to die for 10/10 place

Hands down the place to order, they looked after us on our annual Christmas eve order with a lot of family, and thru out the year their food is always 5 star, love this place x
