Worst
experience
by
staying
in
this
hotel.
1.
Cockroaches
were
found
in
the
room
2.
Bed
spreads
were
found
with
stains
on
it
3.
Room
Service
was
very
poor
and
un-responsive
4.
Manager
at
the
reception
was
very
arrogant
and
rude
attitude,
no
customer
service
at
all
5.
Heavy
noise
in
one
of
the
three
rooms
booked
and
for
change
of
rooms,
it
took
a
while
to
do
so
with
an
argument
with
the
Manager
in
reception.
6.
Food
was
not
of
good
quality
at
all,
Paneer
was
especially
very
hard
to
bite
and
may
be
frozen
for
too
long.
To
the
Hotel
Management:
Please
provide
proper
and
on
time
customer
service,
as
this
is
the
biggest
draw
back
at
the
hotel.
If
this
issue
is
not
addressed
immediately
then
more
customers
will
get
impacted.

Please
reconsider
your
plan
and
get
it
confirmed
by
looking
at
rooms
as
soon
as
you
check
in
and
follow
up
with
the
reception
multiple
times
if
you
wanted
to
stay
at
this
hotel.
