Horrible food and pathetic service, they did not bother about taking orders and made us wait for long. We kept waving at the waiters and manager, but they kept ignoring, making us feel transparent. We had to walk up to the counter. After all that the food that was served was tasteless and sonpricey. NEVER GO HERE

Worst experience by staying in this hotel. 1. Cockroaches were found in the room 2. Bed spreads were found with stains on it 3. Room Service was very poor and un-responsive 4. Manager at the reception was very arrogant and rude attitude, no customer service at all 5. Heavy noise in one of the three rooms booked and for change of rooms, it took a while to do so with an argument with the Manager in reception. 6. Food was not of good quality at all, Paneer was especially very hard to bite and may be frozen for too long. To the Hotel Management: Please provide proper and on time customer service, as this is the biggest draw back at the hotel. If this issue is not addressed immediately then more customers will get impacted. To the People who wanted to stay at this hotel: Please reconsider your plan and get it confirmed by looking at rooms as soon as you check in and follow up with the reception multiple times if you wanted to stay at this hotel.

They have breakfast buffet that is not well managed, you are asked to purchase coupon at the cash counter who struggles to process payment quickly. The spread of buffet is ok for the cost but the taste lacks flavor. Items like Dose in breakfast is badly managed as they are prepared in batches & stored in hot cases its either not there or cold-soft, a live counter would have been best. Toilets are clean & well maintained, sufficient parking for four & two wheelers

This is really good pure veg hotel plus resto. The service at resto is prompt also the food is v tasty. Fruit and nut ice cream awesome and all food items great. We have been thr many times in last 5 yrs.

Honest review after 3 days stay. Pro - Big rooms. spacious and lots of natural light, humble employees. Cons - Not sure where to start, dirty rooms, itchy beds, noisy rooms no sound proofing especially 307, Wifi never worked for me in the 3 days stat though I alarmed them in day 1, Today is day 3 and never I had a cleaning guy in my room though 'make my room' was turned on and the receptionist was informed. We arrived late to hotel around 1 AM to checkin (informed the hotel earlier), we almost waited for 10 mins infront of the gate and then we opened the gate ourselves, I was expecting a security considering this as a 3 or 4 star property. Value for money is 50%. I paid around 6k for a day, which is not even close. Just shell out another 2K and get a better one around like Accor or Novotel which won't shock you like it did to me, either ways you will have at least a brand to blame on. Staffs were courteous though. Property is a capable one, but only if this is well serviced.

The hotel infrastructure is actually good. But the service is really bad. They don't have enough staff as well. The rooms are not at all clean, there are better options near by for better price

Motels and OYO hotels are better than this cheap disgusting place. Food smells like cigarettes, rooms are stained with red blood-like stains, washrooms have speakers arbitrarily and huge holes in the walls of its ceiling. Better look out of you want a decent, liable hotel because kids here will scream out of fear of ghosts. This review comes from a teacher who took students to a trip here unlike a sugarcoated person who reviewed because he/she was told too.

We booked room a week before our date. When we arrived at the hotel to check in at 2:30 pm they said rooms are not ready as it is not cleaned. We waited for 1 hour and still no response from their side. We had to out for site seeing as we were in our vacation. Then we went out without check in as we were already late. But they gave us a room number. After we reached the hotel at night to check in that room was already occupied by some other customer. At last they gave us a suite room which was very untidy. Please don't choose this hotel as they are not at all responsible.

It's a great place for small parties of around 100 people... Had been here for a birthday party... They have rooms too which is really good... There's a swimming pool for kids and adults too... Food too is good here... The hotel is located near highway...

We usually stop here for breakfast while travelling from Bangalore to Mysore. It is a decent place to have breakfast. The prices are reasonable and it is usually quiet on weekdays. The washrooms are clean.

We stopped on the way to ooty for breakfast. It was not a very tasty breakfast. The staff took the idly, vada from the buffet and gave us. The dosa was prepared fresh.

Good hotel ..buffet was good with Mysore dosa, pongal, rava idli ..rooms wer good ..value for money ..swimming pool were there ..

I visited the place.. Osom experience.. Front office manager praveen was quick and fast, felt happy and good. He was answering and responding in a good manner, bell boy was good, food at swad was good and i felt happy to stay.. Guys plz visit and enjoy. It has pool, and veg restaurant.. Osom 👌

Location: bit outer no other shops outside anything required u have to be depend only the hotel Restaurant: not much clean but just okay. Mrng we had breakfast just okay okay. Plates glasses was not at all clean. Food average. Room: Room overall just okay. Mosquitoes are heavy. Access card not available we have to use our visiting cards to access the power. No kettle. No towels. No AC working. No Fan. Wifi dead slow. Full size mirror was there which is lovely to use. Bed was good. Bedspread was with full of strains not cleaned well. Scared to see that. We removed that and slept. Service: for getting keys we waited 15mts then no access card given no ac we called Room service 10 times after they came but not resolved any of our issues. No friendly service. Shop inside hotel: having good discounts and collections can do few shopping inside like saree and gift items. Overall just average. Just to sleep and come u can use this hotel. Don't expect anything apart from that.
