Pretty bad service, unclean rooms and floors, found Cigarette butts. Not a place for family to stay. Badly under staffed, took 30 mins to get the luggage (with self service). To top it all, booked family suite with two extra beds and after checking in found AC was making unbearable noise due to broken bracket. After issue was reported, hotel technician checked and said it is beyond repair for the night. After much pursuance, with lot of reluctance allotted double room which cheaper tariff (by 2K) with one extra bed. Finally we got to sleep after 12 midnight, whereas we checked in before 10pm after long drive. Next day, when asked refund for differential tariff, refused point blank. Offered 500 for AC problem - such as pathetic customer service. No apology or regret tendered. Dragging them to consumer court.....

I had the worst service ever . I've been to so many hotels . Never had such a argument with the receptionist, there was a guy at the reception during the day he almost came to fight with us . He yelled and argued continously about the timings .. I would never be going back to that pathetic hotel .. When I came to book , a man spoke politely next day while checking out this other fellow started arguing about the timings saying idk who uh spoke to call that guy and Uh have to pay extra . And created a nuisance

The hotel is very old. Please don't get fooled by the shiny pictures of the rooms and restaurant. The rooms and hotel, bed sheets, covers, curtains all are dirty. I booked a premium AC room that costed 2700 per day. But the interior was so bad that I had to shift to suite which costed 4500 per day. The suite was big but dirty in the same way. The bathroom was very old style with fittings you will not see anywhere else. It is not maintained properly. Everywhere there was no proper lighting and small dirty lifts. I had to call a plumber, electrician to fix the room. The flush buttons were not working. The wooden doors were worn out. The bucket and mug were dirty and old too. The AC was broken too. It was as if someone has installed a cooler in the ceiling as it made lot of noise and threw air at maximum speed as it comes out of vaccum cleaner and there was no way to control the speed. The restaurant shown in pic is a shop in the same complex. Outsiders are mostly present there. Food is ok. The parking is in basement and again very small and dirty. Please don't waste your money here. Go to a newer hotel I would suggest. If you still go here first check the rooms and then pay as they will ask to pay the entire amount once you are there. And yes, no swimming pool also in case you require.

seriously horrible and poor experience, no channels were coming on TV On room 203 & 204 . told front desk to fix it but they didn't make any effort. we couldn't watch anything on television throughout our stay. cockroaches in room 203 and 204 on sleeping beds and duvet. bathroom toilet sink was broken. all the walls were so unclean and dirty. need a lick of paint. Overall poor guest experience

Reception staffs are impolite. Hotel management and its policies are deceiving and not customer friendly. Not worth for the money. Complementary breakfast is limited and tea or coffee not included in the complementary breakfast . Overall wors experience

It's not a 3 star hotel,not worth of ratings,No hospitality to welcome guest,staff has no proper uniform,dirty floor,unhygienic place,rates are high. Management staff is unprofessional,bad behavior,hot water supply issue,inconvenience to the kids,senior citizens. Tourists are advised not to opt this worst hotel. Stay safe and take care.

Rooms are ok but service is very bad. Bathroom door was puffed and couldn’t close. Informed front desk but no action taken. Room service was pathetic. Check out time was 1200 and at 1215 they already charged us ₹500. If you dont have any work in JSS college then don’t stay here.

We had very bad experience with this hotel.. specially with the staff (Introduced himself as hotel’s Owner). He totally misbehaved with us ,He has no manners, dont know how to behave with the guest, totally a frustrated person. He just raised his voice for no reason. We immediately tried to check out and asked him for refund since we stayed there just 8-9 hours the time he found nervous, the security called hotel’s management member to handle this issue a lady from their management came and apologised to us she accepted his mistake she said he’s facing some domestic problems so he behaved like that. Even one of the staff member told us that his behaviour is pathetic and unacceptable with everyone.. I highly recommend not to have stay at this hotel. Since as tourists/ business travelers such behaviour are unacceptable and would spoil anyone’s whole trip… i might not explain here perfectly but that was the worst experience we ever had.

Rooms are very dirty, sheets and pillow covers were not cleaned or changed, we found hairs on bed and fan regulatory was missing, we requested for room change which was obliged by hotel but room condition was same, dirty bed sheets, even bathroom was not clean. Mixed opinion on food, morning breakfast and curd rice was good but paneer tikka masala had old paneer.. overall not happy with the hotel and service.

We recently had a stay here with family. We got the connected rooms and it was a neutral experience. The washroom and other facilities were not up to par. We paid approx 3k per room and the facilities were not worthy enough. There is no separate parking lot. Parking space in front of the hotel is used. The rooms look old, some furnitures are broken, the washroom is a bit cramped. The overall experience was not worth the amount paid.

Recently we stayed at a hotel that was a complete disaster. The staff were unhelpful and rude. the room was disgustingly dirty. There were stains on the bedding and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. It was clear that the hotel had not put any effort into making sure the room was ready for guests. To top it off, the hotel charged us almost the same amount as the room rate, without informing us, simply because we arrived a couple of hours late, after we informed them. They told us on call ok you can come. But they didn’t mention that they will charge extra. At the time of check out, they didn’t allow us to leave. We were ready to pay 50% or room bcoz we extended 3 hr, but they charged 100% amount. We had to pay or leave because we were getting late for bus. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are terrible, the rooms are dirty, and they are not transparent about their fees. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to stay. I’m m up pool

Never recommend this hotel! We booked 2 rooms and first impression of room was good. But their bathroom plumbing was equally very bad. U should wait half an hour each time u flush and shower . Telephone doesn't work if u have to complain. Even TV doesn't work. Lastly when u complain in the Reception. The answers will be rude

We had booked 3 to 5 rooms. * The service provided and the way communication was done by the manager(sudeep or sachin) is really bad. Least courteous and very rude. * Rooms have cockroaches, insects in them. * None of the electric appliances work. dryer, hot water, ac,tv, internet. they are there only four name sake and when asked to sort out, there was no response and i just gave up. * They don't change linens but use the same old dirty ones used by other customers

Worst experience. Pls don’t go by the pics .. the hotel is so old and all the furniture’s r broken.. washrooms are not in usable condition. Feels sick to stay at this place. No parking at all. Roadside parking. For breakfast they send us to hotel attached to the building. Totally not worth and definitely not for families to stay.

Basic Utility items are not kept in the room. Like TV remote, water kettle, towels etc. Every time needed to call them to ask for each item. They delivered those basic items but these basic items should be available in the room before guests checks in. In the new year the room rates are high but basic utility items are not available, is not acceptable by guests. Extra water not provided in jug. You need to buy the bottle every time. Staffs are staring guest like they did not get any basic training ever. Room has smoking smell all over when we checked in. Corridor has the similar smell most of the time. It’s just a simple budget hotel not 3 star. Food options near to hotel is so great

We stayed for a day during Dussehra, it is located a little away from city, not too far though. The rooms were very good and clean. We were given connecting rooms and they were excellent. Don't expect any view. Staff was very helpful and kept checking on us. I would recommend this place if you do not mind staying a little away from the town area.

They gave one room power was going very offen and changed to another room midnight. Came to know room bathroom kamod flush not working well

The room was quite good, the location is also good. Few of the feedback points are there's no indoor parking the car needs to be parked outside & not much space, there are about 4-5 cars which can be parked. The AC is too noisy, it's central AC apparently and when you switch it on it sounds like an old generator has been turned on. Which is not something you might expect,we never used the AC due to this & used the fan instead. It's so loud that you can't sleep when it's on. The food was okay nothing great to mention. We had veg food, not sure if the Non-vegetarian option is better.

Very bad, the floor is sticky, the water is muddy, can find stain on bedsheets, also water was not hot. Would suggest not to go there, they did not let us prepare food for baby. Bad experience.

Room looks nice, but the bathroom is quite small. Room service was not done on time, too much delay. Had to check with them multiple times to provide the water bottles. Wifi was so slow, it is better to use the mobile internet. Not sure why the wifi is not password protected. Room phone does not work, cannot even call reception from the room.

It's still under construction. Maybe after July 2022, it would be better experience to stay. The car parking is on road.

This place is under construction with some major maintenance issues. Unprofessional staff. Run by local goons. Absolutely no professionalism. Any staff will randomly open door without any knock or Bell and take a peep into your rooms. Inspite of the checkout time printed on the Agoda booking as 12... They force people to checkout by 11 by cutting of water and power to the room!! Instead of Apologizing for unprofessionalism the arrogant staff will say he is giving you grace time to checkout... . There is no resturant or spa as claimed. The bathrooms are pre '90s and are slippery, leaking with no hot water. You have to request them multiple times to have the AC switched on if you have booked AC room. They don't allow basement parking inspite of having one... You have to park on the open streets. Not fit for families.

A great place to stay while visiting. The Mayura restaurant attached to it offers a delicious South and North Indian fare. The idlis, dosas and samosa chat especially are deilicious. It is basically a drive-in restaurant, so the place is frequented very much. It also offers the convenience of travelling and has a big departmental stores across.

Well we stayed in this hotel long back in 2017.But the hotel rooms were good at that time.Staff was humble and courteous.

We were out of options because our prefferd places were either sold out or too pricey. We settled for The Dawn, very good staff and proprietor but in few areas it needs improvisation. Water was not absolutely hot in the bathrooms and I feel the hotel is a bit run down. But for the price point it offers, it was an amazing deal.

I want to call out that I am reviewing the restaurant as we didn't stay at this hotel. We decided to have breakfast here on our way to Kabini. The food was fine. The toilet attached to the restaurant wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. Overall, it was a decent experience in the restaurant.

I was looking for a night stay on my way to Wayanad. Found this very convenient. It's located on main road and very close to ring road. Rooms are spacious, clean and hygiene. Plenty of parking space available in basement and on road side as well.

Good clean rooms. Service is also good. They do ur car parking. Morning tea was good. Rooms seems small but ok for 2 people. 3rd person barely accommodate with extra mattress. Bathroom was ok, not that much good, water was leaking from tap. we get hot water anytime. Over all experience was good.

Stayed for a couple of days. Hotel is decent and good for families. Within 20-30mins reach from important sight seeing spots in Mysore. Room service is not an easy thing to do, can't order over phone. They send someone over to room to take the order and then bring back food. So it takes a while to get your food. Two restaurant available in the same premises, one vegetarian and other one non veg options. Both were good with quality of food and seating areas.

Staff has a bad attitude towards customers. We went as a couple. There was a payment problem, they made me pay twice the same payment for a single room . It really sucks. The administration doesn't have any knowledge.
