Hotel ambience was good enough however being an old hotel, it is not maintained well. The very basic services were missing like no water supply in the washroom. Upon multiple calls to the reception, they did arrange us another room for just using washroom however we had to keep hopping between rooms which was a bad experience. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this hotel provided you have other choices.

It was one of the worst experiences, the hotel wasn’t people friendly there was loud music till 12 am. There was no water and we had to fill the water and use. The Ac controller did not work at all. The lift was always stuck. The staff never compromised on the prices. The owner never spoke or offered any compensation. Their feedback was on a price of paper which can be discarded by anyone. Horrible experience.

called in to verify they are pet friendly, they are not and before I could ask them why "make my trip shows as pet friendly", they hung up the call. If I had gone by make my trip, I would not have a place to stay, Two Star is just for the way they have handled the call and the gap with make my trip.

The worst experience ever. I came from banglore for vacations here and asked for a booking. The person(whose name is Shiva)told me it's okay and that I can book the hotel on spot and when I reached there he said it's all booked and tried to sell a costlier room to me. Terrible place, terrible management, i would give it 0/10 if i had a choice. Please don't waste your money by going here.

It's a big property with spacious rooms, kids play area, restaurant, inhouse Bar and balcony. Hotel is old property but nicely maintained. Reception and room service also great.

A budget friendly stay on the highway of Mysore and a restrobar on the ground floor with a garden view .

We were for lunch, the food was good. The ambience is relaxed and casual. The service can improve and be faster. Would definitely recommend for a tasty meal, if one is in the vicinity. There is ample parking space within the hotel for both two wheelers and four wheelers. The air conditioning was under repair during our visit, but nothing to complain about as pedestal fans were provided.

Not a pleasant stay. we had booked for king size bed but got queen size. upon raising the concern with the team they were avoiding the questions. Given key on counter for room cleaning, when came back it was not done and no response or excuse from the staff. Night my son fell sick, asked the night person incharge for first ad kit. Surprisingly they were not having that and told to wait till morning. Luckily we were having our own vehicle so gone to hospital after checking in Google map to purchase medicine. Over all 3 day stay were nightmare for us and will not recommend anyone this.

The place is outside the core city but we can reach any place in quick time as traffic is less. The rooms are good look is like old place. Lift is also very old model. The rooms and toilet were clean and. Near. Airconditioner was very good and near. The food also very good with affordable price. Very easily reachable from Bangalore highway.

Had been here a couple of days ago for a feast, the staff here behave as if they are doing philanthrophy. Especially the serving staff near the buffet, its like they say, a hand that never comes forward. Omg and that was only experience at party hall, hope how the rest of the hotel is. And the food has pathetic taste.

We booked 2 rooms. Standard and Exceutive. The standard room was pathetic. Full of dust. The exceutive room was good was Geyser was not working. We informed the manager. 3 persons came for repair and finally told its not working😂. We were then given keys for another room which was in another floor. So we have to walk to the next floor with towels and clothes for bathing😂😂. The phones in the rooms were not working. To order something we have to go to reception and order. The food was good, food service in restaurant was also good. The bathrooms has clogging issues. The table in the room was broken. In short, I do not recommend this place.

This hotel is located in an important road junction, which offers enormous advantage both to the customer and the hotel. It has about two decades of service to its credit. The standard menu items are tasty and intersting. The service staff are old and experienced. However, off late the range of offerings and the service quality does not match with its established mark. There is a mini conference and dining hall; big two level lawns for open air dining and programmes and open air theatre for dining and watching cricket and football matches.

I have been there for dinner many times. # Bar and restaurant service good. # food good. # open lawn screen projection match watching with having food was fine. # location ring road junction so well connected location. # 3 star little hotel. # I had a look on rooms long back that too was fine.

The staff are rude, reception person was very unfriendly, no parking place for more then 4 big cars. Very congested lane opposite to the hotel. Driving in was a nightmare, did not stay .

Nice hotel with this range as compare to other in mysuru. Very good room and service. Night DJ and open area lawn dinner is really nice with big screen IPL match..nice parking space. All staff are very friendly..thanks a lot..lot of space for childer to enjoy..

Good place for holding events but its outdoor though. There is ample space for parking. Food quality and taste is good. Rooms could have been better. They look old and needs to be upgraded/renovated. Staircase leading to the rooms upstairs is narrow and is inconvenient if carrying big bags. The lift too is small.
