Poor service and highly impolite behaviour from the staff. Bedsheets were not changed and toilets not cleaned even after the previous checkout. We were charged for the A/C and they even refused to turn it on. And when we complained, they refused to do the necessary service and even started shouting at us and called the locals. Surroundings are dirty and doors are broken. Located on an isolated area with too many mosquitoes. Even basic requirements like dustbins are not available in rooms. And the food is very very bad. This place is nothing like you see in the photos.

1. Beds sheets and pillow covers were dusty. When asked to change the sheets, they just flipped the sheets. 2. AC doesn't work at all or only remains on for 10 minutes every 30 mins. One room didn't even have a fan. 3. Pool wasn't clean. Someone did clean the pool on asking though. 4. Staff weren't always helpful. Some were even rude. 5.The vegetarian dishes tasted like chicken.

The worst resort ever.. not even clean bedsheets. We asked them to change it but they just flipped them. We paid for AC rooms.. but ac was not working. Bathrooms were not cleaned still had used packets of shampoos. Please avoid this place.. the rooms does not look like photos

The view of the resort is beautiful. It looks great. Everything seems very peaceful. They have pool also which is kind of deep till 8-9feet on one side. There are adventure activities also but no one to take care of the safety due to which we didn’t try it. The cottage rooms are small in size and compact. There’s no space for moving inside the room freely. The behaviour of the staff is also not very friendly or polite. They charge extra during checkout so please finalise the price of everything before you stay.

Staff behavior was rude. Water was not coming in the bathroom. I have to wait for 3 hours. For everything I had to remind them 4-5 times. They didn't provide kit also. Outside food in the room is restricted. Lot of mosquitoes in the room and they didn't provide any mosquito repellent. I suggest never ever book this hotel. Worst experience.

We booked 2 family rooms for two couples. The property was not upto the standard. The rooms were not clean and it was stinking. The pool seems to be like it was never cleaned in last couple of months. Even the lawn area was messed up with liquor bottles and used plates. Totally disappointed and we decided not to stay there. We reached out to customer care for refund. After several calls it took almost one month to get our refund.

Best place to chill out. good hospitality and service. quality food, amazing rooms. must visit.

Worst service, they don’t even give water when we order food! We have to call them again and again and we have to order food, no response, no services, not worth for money what we pay, I don’t recommend this resort please save your money and time

Good property...easy to locate... However wasn't warmly accepting OYO booking... We had to convince him a lot for this since it was a family trip. We didn't wanted to go anywhere else. Finally two rooms were alloted to us . AC wasn't working, TV wasn't working,they were not enough towels . So next day we were given new rooms but not next to each other. We had to fight to get a cottage which they have promised. Swimming pool was the best attraction. Also they have good quality food... Parking space for 5 cars. Overall experience on second day was good.

Rooms Good, Staffs are Good especially Itesh (room service) awesome and Kiran and Vishnu (front desk) Cool guys...Keep rocking... Food was good and price is affordable. Small issue is toilet is not built properly it is shaking when u sits in the basin. Swimming pool well maintained.

Stay away from staff members because they are extremely unhygienic. We changed 3 rooms in 2 nights. Not worth even 500Rs

The place is good and has small rooms for accommodation. This resort also has a party hall, restaurant with bar counter and swimming pool with kids pool attached. The food is great. They serve alcohol from the bar counter. The rooms are small for family but perfect for a couple. The rooms are neatly organised. The resort offers ample parking space inside.

No water between 7-9 am. Ruined entire schedule for my day

Good location, quiet and peaceful ambience. The owners and staff are courteous and helpful. Standard Rooms are big and have 3 beds. The hotel provides decent food with local taste. The attractions like Vyadeshwar Temple, Beach, market are walking distance from the hotel.

Best place to chill out. Service is extremely good in this resort... And pool is nice and clean..
