We had to book this place in a jiffy as we were on the way back from Mysore and needed a place to crash for the night. We had 0 expectations but the people exceeded our expectations in all ways. The rooms were old but quite spacious and well maintained. The staff tried their best in every way to give us what we asked form they even upgraded us to a suite room because the ac in one of the rooms was not working. The staff was nice and helpful. Don't go in with the expectation of a 3 star or so.

I stayed here for 1 night with 2 kids(3 & 6 yr). It was a very spacious and comfortable room & I will recommend the hotel. Remember, It is a budget hotel so don't expect a 3-5 star treat.

Visited this property on 30st March along with 4 staff members and 88 Girls students of Govt College For Girls.Its a Nicely located property ,sorrounded large number of Pine trees which make awesome picturesque view all around.Neat and clean rooms experienced and well behaved staff made our stay comfortable.We are very greatful who made possible our college trip very special in terms of fine hospitality and amazing food and helped us in local sightseeing.The students enjoyed a lot.

Rooms are not good and toilet are not maintained well

The hotel is a really good place to spend the night when you are looking to take a break during your travel. The location of the hotel makes it convenient to resume your journey without much hassles. The staff are really courteous and will go out of their ways to get you things you need. They are always available on call to cater to your needs. One thing i found troublesome is mosquitoes in one of the rooms i booked. The mosquito net needs to be fixed for the windows and in the washroom. Other than that, the room was spacious, tidy and value for money. The had also provided us with a free upgrade to a suite room when AC in one of the rooms didnt work. It was a nice experience overall.

The room is quiet huge for 2 people. The bathroom were not provided with soaps and towels. A/c that does not work. The TV that was there in the room was very old. The bathroom window is very huge and it's open, with no translucent glass grills.

Very rude staff and worst place for women to stay because of surrounding

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were good , enjoyed the view of the sunset , room's are species old type rooms cleaned, family and students packege available. Restaurant not available but room service is there.

My recent stay here was a nightmare. The room service was beyond terrible, with rude staff. The atmosphere felt unsafe, which made it really uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying there and recommend looking for alternative options. It is totally unsafe, especially for women. The bathroom and the room windows are not opaque and are completely transparent and the staff people are very unbothered about the safety of the guests.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the reception person. We had called two days prior and booked the room .but when we came and asked for rooms , the receptionist was very rude and said there were no rooms booked. And also mentioned that we came at untime and they don't give any rooms... So and so... And the watchman was very rude too,he did not even allowed us inside. Eventhough we showed the audio proofs of the phone call, still they denied that there were no rooms available We came from Banglore and reached at 12.45 AM midnight(we were bit late though, but we had informed them through call) We all know about banglore traffic and the information about bikes banned in Mysore express highway. So we could not reach before 12 P.M Very worst place for family... They allowed some men at the same time...but They didn't allow family.
