Absolutely rubbish support staff, few doctors here are good and that's the only thing bringing back people here. Pathology cost is Rocket high! You walk in waving a bundle of notes and you'll get a royal treatment! Train your staff to be empathetic first, else you'll need people to write reviews to showcase yourself, like on your pride wall!

One of the most worst hospital and management that I ever visited. Not at all customer friendly. From booking appointment till you go out of hospital each and every department will piss you off by behaving like government hospital staff. Never visit hospital if u wish to have better service or healthy atmosphere. Just go to KR hospital or Jai Deva you can get the same things done at better price with some responsibility. BTW worst MRI and scanning team. The lady at the front desk is the most irresponsible. She deserves to get fired immediately.

Worst experience. Money minded people around , consultation is costly and no time sense for doctors. Patient has to wait for long even with appointments. Dr. Lokesh doesn't know how to talk with patient & family. He doesn't have time sense, also the way he go through the patient history is hilarious. There are basic protocol to follow and I don't know whether he is aware of it. Please don't repeat for other patients. Highly not recommended

Treatment and doctors are fine, but waiting time is too much as compared to other hospitals. Especially, for Radiology scans. As an advice to the hospital management, please educate your staff nurses for well being with patients

Everything is good but seating arrangement is something they have to really work on. Almost outside all departments there is no place to seat even for patients. Patients are standing even outside oncology department for hours which was not at all upto the mark. This picture is from oncology department where patients were waiting and their staff continuously insisted patients to seat down many of them answered where to seat and wait till their turn. I would personally like to inform management on this issue.

I feel I was blessed to visit this hospital for my baby delivery. They took very good care of my wife and my baby. There was no panic nothing around the patient even it's an emergency, the doctor and staff were very composed and dedicated to do their best at any cost. We never had the thought that we were surrounded by unknown people in the hospital. They were that friendly and informative. I strongly recommend Narayana Hospitals coz it was the best experience I ever had in my life regarding a hospital and its treatment. Doctors are always straight to the point with their patients, even clarify our minute doubts with no hesitation. Pathetic and horrible service. Don't fall for the reviews. We had worst experience, Doctors without even seeing the patient asks them to get the so called gold package diagnostic tests. No empathy towards the patient. They just want to loot your money especially if you have insurance. Don't give your precious life in the hands of these money minded business people. Choose wisely.

Very good hospital. Well experienced doctors Admin staffs are well trained to handle the customers. The hospital is very spacious . But one suggestion : It would be better if they introduce token system for meeting the doctor. They have token system only for the blood sampling. I visited the hospital to consult a cardiologist. My file was submitted to the desk at the door. The names are called up as per seniority which is little annoying as you need to keep looking at the desk waiting for your name to be called . I could see a crowd standing around the desk waiting for the call. This can cause confusion. I have seen some one arguing with the staff as his name was not called up. ( because there are patients who have taken appointment as well as who want to consult the doctor after completing the tests). So please introduce token system to avoid this type of confusion. That is why I have given 4 star.

Worst management , all are lazy and least bother about patients… government hospital is better than this … just to shift from ward they will take 1 day. If you visit saying you have insurance then gone case . Humble request please dnt visit this NH branch I have experienced a worst phase here and never ever recommend this to anyone .

I'm glad to share the assistance n cooperation of the staff in ICU. Not in ICU alone but every department they are doing great job. Team work is really good here... I'm totally impressed with their work.

One of the worst hospital for people from middle class background. Let me write this without prejudice of what happened when i took my father for gall bladder stone. 1. They ask us to install their app and fill the forms there and pay the bills online. 2. Doctor keeps referring to other doctor within the hospital. 3. Didn't give any medicine until evening. Kept on asking us to run around to do meaningless scans. 4. At the end of the day they asked us to come the next day and that they wouldn't admit him. Overall, had a worst experience. Let alone play with our money, they play with our emotions too.

Doctors and supporting staffs are very kind and always helpful to the patient. Doctors are well qualified and catch hold the root cause of disease while you narrate the disease conditions. But one drawback is price is little high.

I was in panic when I entered this hospital (my water broke @3:20AM and my baby discharged meconium in my belly). I felt so relieved after hearing the conversation between my husband and the doctor. I just trusted the doctor and went to the OT, I felt I was really blessed to have my baby born in this hospital. Doctors and staff are very friendly and informative, they pay their attention to our minute doubts and clarify with no hesitation. I just felt I was surrounded by my family members (staff gives you that feel). Whatever the doubt you may have, you just ask the doctors, they'll explain it straight to the point with giving no confusion to the patients. Everything is so systematic and organized in this hospital. I strongly recommend Narayana Hospitals👍👍.

The Service in the Hospital is quite good. The staffs of health check the counters are very cooperative and helpful. I am visiting this hospital from almost a decade for annual medical check up. The only vast difference I found this year is that they have increased the health check up rates and have further decreased the clinical tests fr the rate what I have paid. Though this hospital was far away from my place, still I used to come to this hospital because of their competitive rate and courteous service. But next year my friends and myself may not visit this hospital because of steep raise in the bill.

Happened to visit the hospital for the very first time today. Before that, when I had called to fix up an appointment, everything was seamless. I found the entire staff extremely polite and helpful. After a long time found a genuine doctor (Dr.Satheesh, gastro) who treats the patient with such humbleness and warmth that half the disease is cured already. Had been there for my father’s surgery.. it was an emergency nd I must say they responding so quickly in fraction of seconds nd saved my dad.. doctors are really very good and very much experienced.. I would give them 5 start but we had a very bad experience with th nurses there.. once you are shifted to ward even though you have taken private ward they just treat you like we are asking them favour without paying nd staying there for free.. they will never respond quickly nd take there own time to attend even if we say der is urgency.. we complained the authority but still the nurses stopped coming to our ward nd started sending the management team member when we needed something.. very disappointing nd very rude behaviour from the nurse department.

From recently you have started parking fees of Rs. 30/- per hour without providing any facility. The bumby roads are wrost to take patients and aged persons. It's better to level the parking area first before calling any tender. Hope u will rectify this Forthwith

Re-owned hospital for all Heart Care needs and surgeries, Many experts available here. Believe in them and they will save you. I have treated my father in Narayana group of hospitals and really happy with their treatment. Even my father was happy with their treatment.

Treatment was good post treatment required more focus on patients and proper investigations on desease treated in case of cancer and dangerous diseases. General ward temperature was very high they cannot have proper roof for the general ward and curtains using in general ward was very dirt.charging around 4000 per day they should main much better

I had booked a Package of Tests. There should have been proper advise as to which tests to be done first. We are given a Checklist of Tests. It would great if the Checklist is in Order of Tests to be done. My Mother, who is Diabetic, got tired of walking from one test to another on 12 hrs of fasting. Then we had to take wheelchair to move around. The facilities and staffs are great and clean.

Very good doctors and staff...very poor maintenance. Toilets are horrendous and unclean .heck even CCU has only one toilet and unclean. In the OPD section which has thousands of patients a day, there are only 2 dingy smelly toilets. Not what you expect in a hospital esp for the price you are expected to pay. The 2 seating areas outside CCU are always crowded. There is enough real estate but very poor planning and execution

Worst experience, my whole was admitted because of dengue. The sisters are worthless. The food, we couldn't eat at all..we had ordered khichdi for our dinner but we couldn't evn take more than 2 bites because there was full of turmeric powder in it. Not only this they don't know how to set a canal , my daughter she is suffering from severe pain in both the hands. They r so negligent that if we ask for something in the morning we are getting it in the afternoon. Such bad treatment from the hospital staff. It is not worth visiting also evn if there is no need for a test to be done still they are doing it, such money minded jerks.. My husband he has 50000 platelet count from the very first day it has been 4 days and no proper treatment. This is the last time I am visiting here.

Our stay in the hospital was for one week from Mar 8-16, i have profound gratitude for Dr.Srinivas and his team and also the admin staff.
