If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst stay ever. The room didn’t smell pleasant. The heat did not work. People were super loud. There was no tissue in the room and they didn’t bring any up. I was very uncomfortable. It was only for a nights rest and I didn’t obtain that. Would’ve been better off sleeping in the car. Save Your Money, not worth it even for a few hours.

Never stay here. Terrible neighborhood. Awful room. Booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. Lots of yelling coming from outside. Didn’t feel safe. Had a knock on the door at 3am from someone pretending to be room service. Left early and barely got any sleep. Booked two nights and tried to get a refund which they wouldn’t do.

The room wasn’t clean , 2 beds one pillow , 1 towels (big towel) , covers and sheets had burn holes, hair in shower and stuff hanging from the ceiling and no amenities. I recommend no one to stay here !!! Please don’t waste your money!

This place is trash. Had to stay here for a business trip and can't tell you how many things I can complain about. Stay somewhere else, there is plenty of other motels/hotels in the area.

If I could give it a zero star I would. ABSOLUTELY The Worst I ever stayed at. No TV bugs everywhere no towel no nothing . Paid 100 bucks . Unsafe area. Room wouldn't open. Shady guy broke into for me.

Nasty! We turned on the lights and roaches started scattering. There was no tissue, towels or pillows! And don’t book them online. They won’t accept your online reservation either. And there was a lot of parking lot activity. The beds weren’t even made. I don’t think it could have been any worse

Absolutely awful. We checked in, saw the room, then checked out. The only hotel I've ever seen that did not have pillows or a TV the baabs was amazing

The rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly. There were cigarette butts and dead roaches on the ground. There were no towels or soap in both rooms, but only one room had a remote. The maintenance man was very hard working and chivalrous. My room had no microwave or refrigerator, so we had to store refrigerated items in the other room. Would never recommend going to this hotel again.

The room was so nasty that we checked out as soon as we opened the room door. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. No TV, no towels, no toilet paper and the room smelled of stale cigarettes...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY.

We booked this under another name on priceline. When we arrived the desk staff informed my husband the name had changed...they did not have our reservation and did not accept online reservations and priceline would have to reimburse us. Not the best night of our vacation. But he was nice so he got a star. We left as it didn't really look great. It was a "let us pick your hotel" priceline deal...lol...we won't fall for that again. (Priceline did refund our money in 2 days)

Horrible no hot water tv didn't work they have us the wrong room there were roaches they didn't have any soap or anything in the room (towels etc) just horrible horrible horrible. They say they remodeling I understand that but give us a notice before hand on the website before someone books the room just horrible 😐 if I could give them no stars I would

My stay wasn't good at all. Bugs were everywhere, once housekeeping found out you were staying they didn't service the room, didn't come pick up the trash and get your towels and bring them back the next day. So the rate my be good but as for me I won't be staying there ever again.

Nasty rooms, dirty floors, bathrooms, and beds. I was very disappointed when we opened our room door. They didn't serve breakfast like stated. The only place that clean and nice is the lobby. I wouldn't recommend anyone or thing to stay there

Terrible customer service. The pool was closed and breakfast was toast and coffee. We left and went to another hotel. There was hair in the shower and toilet paper in the toilet. There was a stain on the sheets and even one one the ceiling which sagged. We were told it was their best room. We tried to get a refund but were only given it for 2 of the 3 days. We were told that because we were there more than 15 minutes he would not give us the money back. We were there dealing with him to get something taken care of. He offered a different room but we were told if we broke something in that room we would be charged. The ac did not work too well . If I could give no stars I would.

The rooms were horrible and not worth the small amount paid. Had to switch rooms as first one was clogged toilets, broken door roaches and bugs. They advertise continental breakfast and that is a sham. They dont offer a thing ,but watered down coffee and it was cold. The rooms I got were dirty and smelled horrible. The restroom in one had no toiletries and towels were stained and looked dirty. The beds were old and sheets looked terribly used. The matress was torn and the ac in the other room kept turning off. The walls had holes and only one light in one of the rooms worked. Curtains were stained and had cigarette burns. If you are desperate for a quick night sleep and it's all you can get. A heads up you wont sleep well. The pictures on the website are deceiving and look nothing like they advertise. The pool was not even available.

Just awful we have no towels to bathe or to wash our face, with we call downstairs they gave us dirty towels, they only gave us two one floor mat and one faced towel because they didn't have any clean towels. No hot water in the sink. Smelly rooms. Please save your money. They keep the phone off the hook busy for the last hour.
