The drinks were tasty, and Nick the bartender, was friendly. He was, however, out of every beer our party of 4 tried to order. He was out of wine. The food we were served looked nothing like photos from photos just days ago. Huge disappointment. The bread board had 6 small pieces of an herb bread, no variety with a tablespoon of 4 butters. It was sad. They should have just said they didn't have any. Won't rush back.

Sign said seat yourself. Sat ourselves. Waited 15 minuets just for the staff to over look us completely and begin to attending to the group that came in after us. This is the second poor experience in a row. Upon a previous visit we waited for over 2 hours to get our food to our table. As much as I would love to recommend this place, just don’t bother. Spend your time elsewhere.

Went in with high hopes and tried a variety of items to really check out the place; left disappointed. Ordered the wings and deviled eggs for appetizers. (the wings came under cooked and bland , I sent them back for more fire...returned still under cooked) ( devil eggs were just O...kay) For entrée had The Noble Smash it came with sweet potato fries. ( burger was ... so so sweet potato fries was the best thing so far)I ordered the Betty burger and Key lime pie to take home for my husband.( he said his burger was okay...key lime had a bad presentation in container and after 1st bite... he was done). For the meal we had, I have to say...everything was over priced. This is an honest critique, and hopefully management will make the necessary corrections.

Honestly, I love this place. The bartenders were so accommodating to me wanting to just talk and vent about my day and the owner was so tuned in to what her workers were doing. Everyone was extremely friendly and I love that they wanna make the customers feel like family. The chef, Julian, sat with me and recommended dishes for me to try while the bartender, Nick, was making sure my drink stayed topped off and I had water to off set. Very much my happy place.

Food is good. They have some great appetizers that are plentiful to split with a large party. Service is fine, but could be improved, though friendly, our waiter seemed to mix things up a more than I’d have expected to be one of only two tables in then place, but it was fine. Sweet potato fries are excellent, and the setup of the room and the stage inside is great!

This review makes me sad because this has been my favorite bar for so very long, but with the new management it just feels as though the soul was ripped out of a once warm and unique atmosphere. I'll start with the good; the food is tasty, the live music is still there and generally sounds great, and opening up the window from the pool tables to the bar is fantastic and should have been done long ago. The new stage is a nice addition as well. Unfortunately that is where the good ends. Now the bad; first and foremost I have seen them on multiple occasions leave the music on at the bar while the band is playing. Not only is this awful for anyone who wants to hear the live band, but it's terribly disrespectful to the musicians who are playing. The employees don't seem happy to be there and you can feel it. The employees used to make Noble feel like a family, but that feeling is gone. The dress code with the bright, button-less vests is just tacky and off putting. It looks like TGIFridays bought Noble. If you want vests class it up a bit, (open, small bright vests over tee-shirts? No tie?) this feels like a parking lot attendee is taking my order. The tall tables are totally in the way of anyone sitting along the walls or in the back, blocking the view of the stage. Speaking of view, dim the lights a bit! Where is the atmosphere? Noble has always had very skilled and competent bar tenders but unfortunately they no longer do. I can't say this is true of every bartender there as I have only been served by two, but I had to correct the way they made my old fashioned on different occasions. The most basic cocktail any bartender should master now tastes like I ordered it at an Applebees bar. The tenders used to have class, style, and skill... now it feels like copy and paste chain drinks. Last night I watched the food runner constantly walk up to tables and ask if what he had was their order, he looked so frazzled and lost so i guess they need to work on table numbers or something too. Look, I will still go from time to time hoping to see an improvement. I want Noble and the new owners to succeed but fear they wont at this rate. None of the regulars that have been going there for years go anymore, and now that I've gone a few times myself I understand why. My above review seems to be the consensus among everyone I've spoken with including the bands that play there. I'm not leaving this review out of anger but instead out of hope. My hope is that with proper feedback and some changes Noble can once again catch that unique atmosphere and warmth it was always known for, and fill the gap that's been left in it's absence.

Super cool laid-back spot. Decent choice of food options from the menu. Live performances daily, a majority of the bartenders actually know how to make a good. Big shout-out to my favorite one tho Kasey!!

I don't write many reviews, but I need to warn others about the food here. Come here for the drinks and atmosphere, but eat first somewhere else. The server was nice, but not knowledgeable about the beer or drinks. The food was a big disappointment. Burgers and steak were completely overcooked and the fried macaroni balls had zero seasoning. You should get better/cheaper food elsewhere before coming here for drinks and music.

Food was amazing, staff is super friendly and the renovations they did to the building really transformed the space. They kept the spirit while making it feel modern and inviting. Highly recommend!

Some of the best food I have ever had. Their menu is varied and have great options. I had the Steak and fries and it was delicious. The fries were crispy with a parmesan and chimmichurri sauce. I also had the beignets which where light and fluffy with a homemade whipped cream and a berry sauce. Oh my God it was like heaven in your mouth. If you are in Shreveport don't miss a chance to try their food!

Found this little nugget by way of another location that closed at 8. I am so glad I did. The food is typical tavern, but the atmosphere is outta site, dynamite. The night we went they had a jazz band playing. They have pool tables and seating in the back, so if music is not your thing, there's something else to do. Oh, the bartender makes a grand Old Fashioned.

Great quality food (the fries are perfectly crunchy on the outside without being crunchy on the inside) and friendly service! Pictured is the Creole Mess. The only thing that would make my experience better would be a cleaner environment!

A very nice hole in the wall that turns out to be quite spacious! Plenty of tables to sit, listen to the live music that comes all the time, eat some very good food, and try their big variety of drinks. Pool tables, dart boards, live music, and an awesome staff! What else could you ask for.

Quiet, laid back atmosphere. We enjoyed our dinners, fish & chips and grilled chicken nachos. Played a few games of pool on nice tables. Good place to visit when in Shreveport.

We had a blast with the staff and enjoyed a variety of food: gumbo, hot chicken sandwich, and the muffuletta. Definitely recommend all of it! We’ll be back here the next time we are in town.

Place has been remodeled and is really nice..love the stage, the chios that came with the queso was different, almost like a corn flake, but they were good..my waiter that waited on our table was a young guy, I watched him, and he was on top of all of his customers, including us...he was awesome, manerable, no games, just work..the negative?? The bar almost made us walk out...I walked to the bar to get us drinks for us, and we were sitting at a table right in front of the bar, and stood there 10 minutes while 3 bartenders walked right past me, never acknowledged me, said ill be right with you nothing...now I'm a very patient person having been a bartender and beverage supervisor for years..finally I just asked the young lady as she stood in front of me( again) with the ponytail, can I order a drink from you?she looked at me and said" get with him" nodding her head toward the guy bartender standing next her..they both walked away, and i thought to myself wow! I went back to my seat , didn't complain and we eventually got drinks from the kid who was working the floor ( who was extremely busy) a few minutes later, two people walked up to the bar as I had earlier, and immediately got service, gave the girl bartender a high five( you can tell they knew each other) and I thought, I just tried to get a drink from there and couldnt!!! I used to go to this place years ago, and decided to try it again......its probably the last time ill go there...they won't miss my few dollars....I would rather give them to someone who appreciates it

Was my first time going. Definitely had an amazing service crew with Ansley, and Shi'kyra who did excellent. Food was great and drinks were perfect. Definitely adding to the top of our rotation.

All of our food was pre-cooked, frozen, and re-heated. We know this because it all arrived still frozen in the middle. Could have just been a new person in the kitchen, but I was not impressed. Atmosphere was nothing spectacular. They do offer NA mocktails though!

Great atmosphere, loads of hangings on the wall to look at, layout is cool, service was quiet, nothing above and beyond but polite is all that matters. The food seemed like it took a little while and it wasn't packed. Music was live on a Wednesday night which was nice. Love they have late hours. Seemed a hair pricey on some things but welcome to 2023. Parking was a bit of a pain because the city has dumpsters in some zones but just drive around and find a place. Easy and worth it. Great place, do recommend.

The food is good also the drinks, but as a young woman I felt the female bartender was overly rude and aggressive. She made several remarked basically calling us stupid. Not a fun environment at all. Other than her, it’s a really nice place. Shame it was so toxic
