My first visit and it was delightful. Kourtney was so helpful with the wine choices for the tasting. The snacks were DELISH. I tried the ewephoria cheese and it was sweet and salty ... a great combination. Kourtney was great!!! She was very informative when suggesting which wine to sample - the sweet wines were my choice!!! I will definitely pay another visit when in Shreveport

We came here for a girls lunch. Everything was excellent. The service and the food. We had a great time and will be going back soon.

Love the food, wine and cheeses they offer but… Food is a tad pricey and service is ALWAYS lacking. I am hardly ever asked if I am a member with them before they bring my check, can take a long time to order food, sometimes food is not brought out at the same time, also usually end up having to call someone else to get something for us instead of our waiter assigned to us. Most of this is just aggravating because the place is so small so you end up making eye contact with some of the waiters/waitresses and they just go back to talking etc. when they are probably only assigned 2-4 small tables. I always take these things into consideration when a place is packed or has a lot of online orders etc. but for how many times I’ve been sometimes even when I come with a few friends and it’s decently busy I get better service vs just me and my boyfriend and only 2 other guests.

The food is really good but we were a party of 3 and two plates came together, the third one came after 20 minutes. Needless to say by the time we started eating it was cold already. I liked it and I would go back but you need to watch for the plates to come together.

Second time going. This place is amazing! Lisa remembered us from our first visit, our likes and dislikes, and even the wine she recommended. The atmosphere was nice, great way to wine down from work. Myka, Lisa and the gentlemen that made sure we were taken care of are in the top ten best crew. If you go, don't forget the water! I emphasize this because I usually hate all water but not theirs. First visit, very impressive. As soon as we walked in Lisa greeted us with a smile and cheerful manner. She took the time to go over the menu and made great suggestions to fit our liking. She was very informative about the menu so we sat at the bar to pick her brain about wines, oils, jams, and meals. We were there for lunch so we dranked water. This water was tasteless, so good, it should be bottled and sold. I had the chicken and waffle Flatbread, sweet and delicious. Sam had the BBQ chicken Flatbread, a hint of spicy and delicious. Thanks Myka for the recommendation.

We visited here today for the first time. They seemed overwhelmed and we had to ask for our drinks and ask if we could order. Once they told us to get seated, no one asked us. when we ordered we were told, well, it will be a wait because we are a one oven kitchen and busy today. Ok. Understandable. We asked how long and was told 20 minutes. We ordered one flatbread and we wanted other things but again, no one was really waiting on us and it took the one flatbread over an hour to come out. Some people had been there 2 hours by this time came up and asked for their ticket and asked the flatbread they never got be removed because they needed to leave. They were told it's almost ready and they handed it to them in a to go box. Another couple asked for their ticket for just their drinks after their order wasn't taken for 30 minutes and the staff acted like she was the one being rude. We had gotten a mimosa and had to ask for water and napkins when the flatbread came. Later we asked for our ticket after they never brought it. The one item we got was delicious. But for these prices for food and tastings , I expect a better experience from staff. the person who appeared to be managing was snarky to several cuatomers when spoken to. The other staff seemed nice but disorganized and overwhelmed. And the final blow....NOT ONE APOLOGY WAS OFFERED. In the two hours we were there not one time did they apologize. Understaffing or a busy day is understandable. But to not say ,I'm sorry. Or comp someone a tasting or a flatbread after they have said , never mind we are done eating or I apologize it was an. Hour for your food and not even offer water, is a choice to not give good service. And, as we exited, all the tables outside were piled with dirty dishes.

Cozy and cute place for small bites. Shared a charcuterie board and flatbread and was satisfied. Excellent wine choices.

My husband and I visited this location today and it was an awesome experience. The waitress did a great job in accommodating us and was able to recommend items off the menu. It was something different than what we were use too and I really enjoyed it. I will be returning to this location.

I visited this place for the first time Saturday. It was fantastic, very nice and very clean, and very upscale. Extensive wines to pick from, and a handful of craft beers 🍻 to pick from. Most of which are from breweries within a few hundred miles of here. The charcuterie board was delicious. Flatbread pizza was fantastic. The Smoked bacon pepper jam is amazing!! They also have a lil shop area, where they sell some of jams, oils, etc.. plus all the accessories you would need to build your own lil setup. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be going back. And there's plenty of parking, and a nice little patio you can eat on. It was a great experience all the way around!! Just wish I had taken more photos.

Whether ur going here with your girlfriend's or ur hubby, the atmosphere is fitting! Everyone loves good wine and appetizers! I love the albacore dip! It's my favorite! And the charcuterie boards are A-1! If u haven't been, u must plan to go soon!

The atmosphere is so calming and special, different from anything else. I'd love it if they had a more abundant feel with the wine -- we always get the idea they measure it on a scale or something, not a DROP more than 1.75 oz for a taste. See that 6-oz glass? I always feel shortchanged. You pay a little more here for wine and food, but we say we're paying for the experience: the Reidel glasses! The huge windows and outdoor seating. The better cheeses, etc.

My daughter came in to the Bossier location after a particularly terrible salon experience. This place is FABULOUS! The berry mimosa was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the selection of wines, olive oils, vinegars, and other amazing foodie items was great! Friendly, relaxing, stress-free, and delicious! We shared the apple nachos and were blown away. Thanks for turning a terrible morning around for us! We invested in some delicious take home items in addition to the snack and wine! We will be back.

I understand everyone is short staffed but they did not try to make people feel welcome. Service was horrible and you had to ask several times for water. The ladies who were working were courteous to certain customers versus others. Disappointing because I had friends in town and it was a bad experience for them.

My girlfriend and I went here on a whim and let me tell you, I’m so glad we did! The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything we drank and ate was absolutely delicious. We ended up bringing so many things home. Already wishing we could go back!

Well, the first time we brought our service dog, we were shamed and told we had to leave. We were told since she did not have a service vest, she would not be welcomed. I told them because of the hot temps she did better without the vest. They insisted that if she did not don a vest she would need to leave. Then, just recently, we decided to revisit and give them a second chance. We noticed the table ahead of us having several (3) bottles of wine. We proceeded to order 3 glasses of wine (1 bottle) and they said we could not order
