I just love this place! The atmosphere is everything. I got the Philly this time. When it came out, I was like hmm this looks pretty small. Not to worry, it was a very filling meal! Very filling and very delicious. The buns are toasted to perfection and such a wonderful pairing. They have an outdoor patio, live entertainment, and an awesome bar. They also have a bookshelf filled with board games.

AMAZING! 10/10. Look no further!!! I cannot say enough good things! The hubs and I were in town for a show and couldn’t decide between here and another eatery. Boy, would we have missed out had we gone somewhere else. Seriously everything was so tasty. The Chicago dog was so flavorful, every component was exceptional. The brisket burger (a special) was equally great. The soda selection is also unique with yummy flavors. (I’ve added two photos of their options so you can see). We don’t live here in Shreveport, but we are already looking for a reason to come back just so we can eat here again.

A rare hipster hotdog spot in downtown Shreveport; loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Food was great, and the unique selection of fountain drinks compliments the dining experience very well.

AMAZING! The food is amazing & the atmosphere is even better. Parking lot to side of the building & there are games for families and friends to play and hangout! Can never go wrong with a classic dog and onion rings with a side of their amazing rosemary and garlic fries!! DELICIOUS! They do have some weird hours so make sure they are open before you come this way. Update : Went back again & we got the classic dog with ketchup and grilled onions, Chicago dog, and rosemary and garlic fries one with light garlic other with heavy garlic. They are very accommodating with request and changes. All the workers checked on us as well was helpful and this a very laid back atmosphere. Must go but check their hours or their Facebook website first before going.

The food was amazing! I tried the House burger (double) with American cheese and the Cousin Eddie fries and it was great! My cousin got the Chicago style hot dog and loved it. My sister ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and said it was delicious. We all ordered the beignets and they were amazing. The restaurant inside was clean, including the restrooms and decorated with caricature photos of celebrities. The best part was the service. All of the different owners/operators personally came and talked to us at different times and made sure we were getting anything we needed. 10/10 recommend and the next time I’m in Bossier I’m going back!

Very good place family owned . Music was a little loud for my liking but they do have a outside area to eat! Definitely will be back. Etoufee fries were tasty.. onion rings are good.. The cajun dog was good. Philly cheesesl steak is good as well. Good selection of beers and the creme soda station was really good.. Family friendly as well!

Came here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! I was so impressed with how good the food was at a reasonable price. The garlic rosemary fries were excellent and had REAL minced garlic in it instead of just the garlic powder I had anticipated. The staff were so polite and made us feel welcome and frequently checked with us that we were happy with everything. Will ABSOLUTELY be coming back again my next visit to Shreveport!

The hot dogs are awesome! I got a Cobb salad. The chicken was moist and tender. I was a little afraid of the dressing, no need to be hesitant, it was perfect. I could have stood a little more heat. Yummy! I wished we lived closer, so we could enjoy this place more often. Great job guys😋

Amazing!!! The food was hot, fresh, & delicious! So much flavor!! I ordered the Philly and the crawfish etouffee fries. My daughter had the house burger with bacon cheddar fries & beignets for dessert! The staff was friendly and we were very impressed with the service and the cleanliness. We will definitely be back!!

Liked the name of this place but didn't find Zelda. I had the Chicago dog with Rosemary and garlic fries. Looks like an awesome place for kids as they have board games in a cabinet. I'll definitely come here again and try the dinner service along with the well stocked bar.

I really hate to be the one to say it, but its food truck food at food truck pricing. Bit of an identity crisis as we were almost not allowed in due to a comedy night as well as a birthday party taking place but was allowed to "eat and leave". $73 for 3 people to eat, 2 dogs, 2 fries, soft drinks and dessert. $10 per dog, bevy of upscale sounding ingredients but what you get doesn't match the price point. One half is a bar and another is seating for dining patrons. Food came quick, again, food truck vibes. Tasted good just no wow factor Don't think I can justify the trip downtown on food alone, perhaps a different visit to enjoy the bar side.

Went there yesterday for my birthday lunch. It was exactly what I was looking for! Laid back atmosphere. Wonderful decor with knowledgeable and humorous humorous signs. Didn't use to be a big fan of hot dogs but they changed that with the Cajun dog. My bartender had skills and was very entertaining!

I never thought I would sit down and eat at a hot dog restaurant. The hot dogs are large, the bun is sweet which compliments each other well. I would visit again

Outstanding food & atmosphere! Great venue for a party. I my retirement ceremony from the military held here. It was amazing & the perfect venue. Brady & his staff are wonderful!

That was one of the best hotdogs I've had in a long time. Excellent service, very attentive staff and a really nice restaurant in general.

Great food and even better service. The croutons are so good, but I wish they gave more for the side salad. I ended up having to pay $1 for more of them, but it was worth it. I'd definitely eat here again.

Unique soda flavors, great ambiance, nice staff, decent menu selection, and the **board games to play while you wait!*** I ordered the grilled cheese and onion rings and drank the classic root beer. The grilled cheese lacked a lot of flavor but was still good, the onion rings were good, and the drink was great! I will say from the onion rings and fries if you have issues with cholesterol might want to think on it as they were very very salty. Other than that our lunch was pretty great.

Great food, with large portions. A very friendly and helpful staff. If you like hot dogs at all, you should definitely give this place a try and is worth a detour. This is not your average hot dog. They use large dogs that have been crab-boiled for extra flavor. They also use above average buns that are more like a poboy roll, so good.

I loved the drunk lemonade! The place had a speak easy rustic vibe. The food was fabulous and there was a show the night I went so I got to see one of my favorite local bands, Native to the Parish.

This review is for my first visit: The food was delicious! The atmosphere was clean and calming with a unique decor. What I loved most (besides the scrumptious meal that tasted like it was made in Heaven), was the friendly and quick service. Honestly, the flavor made it seem like it would have taken more time!!! Wow! Just wow! I ordered the bacon cheddar hot dog, rosemary/garlic fries and authentic crème soda. Tastes like it was made with love. If I had to complain about anything, it’s that I didn’t have room to order more and that I didn’t try this place sooner:)

  • 5/5 Chris 1 year ago on Google
I regret not trying this place sooner! I was looking for a quick bite and was concerned about the time frame as it was 12:30 and I was on a time crunch. I was beyond surprised the food was at my table in what seemed like 5 mins. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture, but the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was phenomenal. Their coke machine also has a a bunch of unique flavors that I was happy to see. I can’t wait to come back!

Love the atmosphere. This place was the only place we found in a weekend in Shreveport that had clean high chairs for our baby. We ate at 630pm on a Saturday and it was quiet and relaxed. Food was delicious and came out quick.

Food was good. Has a nice atmosphere. Limited parking downtown if it is busy. We went on a Saturday, so parking was ok at 1:00 pm
