The customer service was rigid and basically not warm and friendly! The jalapeno cheddar biscuit was good but way overpriced. I've also never paid $5 for a cup of tea either. So the pricing paired with the horrible customer service gives this restaurant a walking one star! If they were not conveniently located by the courthouse I probably wouldn't ever go back. Not too many places to choose from in that area.

I was visiting Shreveport for a few days and discovered Rhino coffee and went a total of 3 times cuz it was so good! I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich and the white mocha. The place had plenty of seating and was spacious, in a great location, and had really nice vibes! Check it out :)

Nice decor, love the smell of coffee, chocolate chip cookies ARE SCRUMPTIOUS! Sam order the BBQ chicken Flatbread. She was not impressed. The chicken was supposed to be smoked but was just salty. The sauce was blah. I had the turkey sandwich with added avocado and chips. It was yummy. The staff was friendly.

I saw it while I was visiting family in Shreveport and I don’t regret stopping here! The coffee was delicious, I loved the cafe’s vibe, located in the center of beautiful Downtown Riverfront. There is lots of parking around and there is a theater on the same street, it feels like a place I would chill at all day to just study and read. Also, they have indoor and outdoor seating. 10/10 recommend!

Very welcoming atmosphere. Loved the variety of seating (outdoor, indoor tables, indoor cozy chairs in a small nook). The baristas were kind. Got the Honeybee Latte and it was good. They have a variety of seasonal drinks, regular drinks, and food.

Great spot! Good breakfast and find folks. A lot of offerings. The only thing that threw us was that the salmon was actually more of a cooked salmon as opposed to cured like is usually on bagels. Still very tasty.

Everything is good, best coffee house in Shreveport. The seasoning drinks are always well crafted and made in a pristine manner. One of my favorite things is being able to order any drink hot or cold which gives everything a totally different feel. Great place! On my last visit, I had an unexpected guest in the picture stop by to have a drink with me! #priceless

It's a bit hipster for me, but it's a great place for even better coffee. The people here are friendly and quick. This will be my coffee and breakfast spot in the future. Ordered online before 7 a.m., and it was still ready shortly after 7 a.m. great spot in downtown, be careful of the parking, they are all metered. Trick, I find useful... go before 8 a.m. The parking charge isn't inforced until 8 a.m.

Really impressed with this place. High quality coffee and a super cozy atmosphere where you can get some work/studying done. The people working here were great as well!

I loved the atmosphere! Very laid back, small and intimate. The customer service was okay, but the Iced Blueberry Cobbler Latte was AMAZING! Definitely going back for the Iced Coffee & Vibes!

Stunning little coffee shop! Very unexpected on our travel through Shreveport. Matcha latte and quiche were delightful. Very clean bathrooms

Okay. Didn't try the coffees and they may be wonderful. We went for lunch and probably a mistake on our part to go to lunch at a coffee place. I had the chicken salad, which has good flavor but was so runny that could be considered watery. I like a firmer consistency in my chicken salad. Outdoor seating area needs help. Tables wobbly until we fixed ours. Not enough chairs and one area had two garden hoses under the table/chair taking that seating spot out of use. Is it that hard to roll up the hoses after watering the flowers? Inside similar. Just a bit messy in the seating area like the employees aren't taking the time to make it look warm and inviting.

My boss and I stopped here on a road trip. She had been a couple times before and said, “you can drive thru Shreveport without stopping at this local place!” She was correct!! It’s located in the beautiful old downtown area. The place was clean and inviting. Excellent grade coffee. We also enjoyed our foods and treats. Wish we had one closer to home. I have already recommended the place to others and will be back again!!

Normally, when I visit this location , the staff is awesome, however , this is not the time.! I ordered an ice coffee. The female , that made my coffee hot . I told her it was supposed to be an ice coffee, and given me serious attitude. I asked for some Splenda, she gave me sweet & low . I told her the sweet &low is fine , and I said thank you . She didn’t even say anything back . Not a word . She was very rude . I didn’t get her name , but she’s a white female , with black and blond hair . She wears glasses also . I’m gonna continue to come to this location , cause it’s cool, but I hope I never get her again . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HERE!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The staff was super informative and friendly. The cinnamon toast was top tier. Probably best I’ve had! I really enjoyed it. No doubt I’ll be back

I go to this coffee shop almost 3 to 4 times a week. I love the atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. Some of my favorites on hot days is their Iced White Petal tea with honey and two tea bags or their Iced Lighting. On hot days I enjoy their Chai Lattes with almond milk and honey. Their salmon bagel is to die for! Literally worth every single penny.

Been here a few times for coffee finally decided to stop in for breakfast. Hands down the best cafe in Shreveport. Those breakfast biscuits are MONSTERS and delicious as well. Coffee is phenomenal. This will be a regular stop from now on when we are in town
