Oasis should be completely shut down. First, half the park was shut down even though the advertisements all say “new rides, renovated, ready for the 2023 season.” The “new slides” were still under construction. Everything is so ran down and borderline unsafe. BEWARE. My husband severely jarred his heels of his feet, knee, and back because of improper water depth labeling. It said “9ft” and “no diving”. He just stepped off the ledge to pencil feet first into the water, expecting 9 feet, and it was WAIST high. It has been filled with concrete but does not say “4ft” ANYWHERE in the area. Thankfully my husband limped it off. They could face a serious law suit over something like that. It was so disappointing. It used to be the best place around a few years ago. Save your money. The drive to Canton or Nacogdoches is much more worth it. The tube slides, the new body slides, the wave pool, and the lazy river were all shut down.

My family has always been blessed with splash kingdom season passes. My dad would purchase my kids and I and my son's best friend passes every year. Each year my kids always have a blast and seem to make new friends each and every trip. Now that my dad has passed, we will still keep this tradition alive. The customer service is pretty good. They do make mistakes, but it is to be expected when they are super crowded. Even with the minor problems that do occur, it won't stop us from keeping my dad's memory alive. The management is amazing and seem to truly want to make each and every person's trip to Splash kingdom the best it can be.

We enjoyed the pools and lazy lagoon, but the large water slides and the wave pool were closed. That was very disappointing! When I asked the employee if the slides were going to be opened later that day, she wasn’t helpful and told me maybe later, then walked off like I was bothering her. They did not open that day. We traveled 5 hours to go to this park, so that was a massive let down. We liked the little forest area with the trees that had water cascading out of them. The pool was large and had fun music for the kids to listen to. The lazy river was relaxing, but they need to turn on the sprinklers that are supposed to spray you as you pass. You could see them, but they weren’t turned on or possibly broken. The food was surprisingly good. The chicken tenders were moist, and my son enjoyed his pizza. My advice is to call and ask if the water slides are going to be open before you head their way.

I had sent an email about our experience with no response, so I'll post here. Our visit was July 8th, for my son's birthday party where we paid for the VIP party. Firstly,  there was no table reserved for my son. We were told to just sit anywhere in the party area. There was one other party at one point, then some other family came and sat down as well. It felt like we paid extra for no reason. We even had to hunt down the office to receive the birthday shirt that is a part of the VIP package. There was also no "visit from smiley". The bathrooms were run down and filthy. The bathroom checklist seems to have never been touched as it was completely empty. Despite fairly long lines, there was never more than the main food vendor open. They also ran out of Sprite around 2, which was unfortunately when my son decided he would like to get a drink. Several slides have been removed and replaced with nothing. No mention of this was made on the website or otherwise. Coupled with the short hours on the right side of the park, it felt crowded. There were hardly any available floating rings, and many were deflated and lying in random places. The water in every pool was littered with floating pieces of concrete debris and outright trash. The park itself was littered with diapers, clothes, and just random garbage. I only saw someone cleaning up close to closing. There were places where the concrete was broken and just pieces laying around, including in the little splash pad where the smaller children play. It was nice that they seemed to have gotten new foam pads for the slides, though. However, three of the slides were closed off and unavailable. I feel it's unacceptable for a park to run while not only not being transparent about the broken or missing attractions. But, having broken concrete floating in your water and dangerous unfinished decor where attractions used to be.

Me and my son went Monday and had a blast. Could use some cleaning and tune ups. And life guards that are attentive. Other than that service was great and environment was great as well.

We LOVE Splash Kingdom! It’s my boys’ favorite water park. It’s never too crowded, no long lines, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well. We make several trips throughout the summer.💦

We came out on Friday night and had so much fun with the live DJ and kids dancing enjoying their selves and babies falling asleep right after the fireworks!

The employees would benefit from additional training and better management. The person taking the tickets was unclear about what could and could not be brought into the park. The concession stand was unorganized and I ended up waiting for my order way longer because they forgot I was waiting. The integrity of the park was sketchy. Very outdated and in need of many repairs. I definitely will not return to this park. The ones in Canton and Greenville are a lot better.

Best water park in town. Really enjoyed watching my kids have a blast and also I enjoyed some of the slides myself. The foam was cool also can't wait to go back. Smiley the shark is a great character. Love the day they dumped the ice in water.

We had an absolute blast at the waterpark. There really was fun for all ages. My issue is that parts of it are really run down and in need of updates. The "Wave Pool" leaves much to be desired. It's more of a "pool" THE BATHROOMS WERE GROSS But again over all we had fun.

Although I still enjoyed myself, there was a lot wrong with this place. It was growing poison ivy all around the drift pool and the grass wasn't cut properly around the area either. Also the water looked like swamp water. It was like they weren't ready to open; the six feet end wasn't open because the pool didn't fill up all the way. It was maybe 4 and a half feet of water in the wave pool area. And the water slides were very disorganized I had to find a guard to get a mat to use the water slide because they weren't making sure the new people standing in line could have a turn.

Was good enough, and our family had a good time. However, the water was extremely dirty, and the cement was uneven at several places. We almost fell and stubbed out toes several times.

Place seems run down. Water is GROSS. All types of hair floating in clumps. A tremendous amount of bugs, grass, & bandages. Everytime we visit, something isn’t operating. Not to mention the slides are terrible, I’ve gotten scratches & a burn from it not being enough water. I only gave it 2 stars because overall it is enjoyable for the children.

My daughter's family had season tickets. Everything in there was in bad shape. Some of the foot markings are wrong. They fill in with concrete in some areas. It may be 5' deep & be marked 8'. Good way for someone to break their neck. A lot of things need to be torn down & rebuilt. Just has not been repaired as things should have been.

It was several safety hazard the bathrooms wasn’t clean it was mold on the floor and the stairs to the slide was plastic and it was a big tripping hazard for a child to possible fall in

This was simply awful ! Why won’t you upgrade your facilities? The trash is everywhere. The pool is filled with crumbling pieces and TRASH! It looked like the places is falling apart. Oh my goodness what a disappointment. It could be a great water park with some love and care. Why is Shreveport allowing them to operate an attraction in this manner? What kind of tourism destination is this? The baby was stepping on broken concrete….. unacceptable period!! It’s a safety hazard

We came after 4 pm on a Saturday (1 July 2023). Free parking…and because of the time we arrived, we were able to park pretty close to the entrance after circle around for less than 3 min. The wait to get in was ~5 min. The lazy river and 2 of the big slides were closed. Lifeguards and staff were very friendly and helpful! It wasn’t crowded and we got to try everything as many times as we wanted to our hearts’ content. The park is a tad dated and the grounds and stairways to the slides could use a good power washing. Lots of cracks in the cement. Overall a great first experience for us! For folks on a budget, general admission pricing after 4 pm was ~$15/pp (adults & kids). Additionally, they are military friendly for discounts…we ended up getting season passes. UPDATE. Returned just 1 week later on Sat, 7/8/2023, at about the same time in the day, and the experience was VERY disappointing. Due to staffing shortages, 1/2 the water park was closed (everything on the wave pool side of the park) and a few of the slides in the area that was open, which made standing lines longer for the 3 slides that were open. What was possibly worse than the closures & long lines was that the pool water was DIRTY!…lots of debris in the main large pool. The crowning “cherry on top” of grossness was that when we returned to the parking lot to leave, some disgusting person had left a dirty diaper on the ground. Unlike the excitement we had when we arrived for the first time at this waterpark just 1 week ago, today we were more excited to leave. I wonder if the other Splash Kingdoms (3 in TX I think) are like the one located in Shreveport…I’m hoping they’re much better!

This place is the textbook definition of rundown. Large pool was full of bugs and other miscellaneous brown specs. I found 1 dead grasshopper floating around. The water slides are rusted out and structure seems unsound. Lazy river and wave pool opened late while yard guy was busy cutting grass. Once lazy river opened we found 6 frogs in the river. The changing rooms were not pleasant. There’s grass growing between every crack in the concrete. On the positive side, lifeguards appeared to be monitoring well. Lifeguards were strict with not letting an adult go down one of the mini water slides with a toddler on their legs. Now if they applied that level of strictness to their cleanliness… We’ll be frequenting Canton instead of this place.

This used to be a great place. Unfortunately, the park has gone downhill. Brought 5 kids there on 7/2/2021. The park opened late, and several attractions were shut down on the side that was opened. Attractions being gone was never mentioned on the website. The other side opened late as well, with not all of the attractions on that side being opened. Not letting the customers know in advance that half of the park is completely gone and/or shut down is wrong. Not worth the time, drive, or the money.

Fun place for kids. The price for admission is reduced after 4pm during the week. I would recommend buying tickets online or season passes to bypass the wait. The website also offered discounted rates for the season passes, but in person the discount wasn't offered - you pay the regular price. Take flaoties and life vests for little kids for the pools. The park could use some updating but overall not bad for a few hours of fun in the sun. We didn't visit the concessions so I'm unsure of the offerings.

Great for a relaxing water day. ALL THE POOLS need major overhaul with new plaster and paint.. it looks really run down. We have been there twice this season, going tomorrow for the 3rd time. My daughter isn’t really into the slides, but I do know they have been broken some this season. The wave pool hasn’t worked at all this season and the waves have really never been great. The lazy river needs to be cleaned. The kiddie pool (with the castle) always feels slimy.. we avoid these areas. Regular Tickets are far too expensive for the run down and broken attractions.. we go only when we get disconnected tickets. I hope the company that owns the Shreveport location will fix it up to the caliber of other locations. The bathroom/locker room is TERRIBLE!! It’s hot and wet. A couple window units would help so much. The stalls/changing rooms need to be fixed so the doors close and fix the holes in the ceiling. After reading the other reviews, looks like there’s a general consensus of issues.. yet only the 5 star reviews get a response from the owner of the page.. guess as long as people keep paying the prices, they don’t have to do better

This summer we had an awesome experience at splash kingdom. They did something we've never see at any water park. My kids really enjoyed it. They had a bubble blower. It was pretty neat.

We went to Splash Kingdom yesterday to celebrate my son's 5th birthday. The bubble blower was the best thing. The wave pool was a joke. We rented a cabana and it was a waste. They could at least clean the cabanas. We had a crushed can in ours which was very dangerous. The bathrooms were so disgusting we couldn't use them. The food wasn't good at all. They served us cold French fries and didn't have the menu items we came for. If you're going to half step at the end of the season then you need to half step your prices. This was my first and last visit.

We had a blast with our 4 kids. It's close enough to home so we don't have to drive to Dallas. The entry fees aren't as high as we thought. We were able to have fun and make memories without having to drive far off and pay for a hotel. One thing I do wish is that they had meal plan for up to 6. If I did the package deal it only includes 4. So I would have to buy extra. Other than that it seemed great.
