This hotel was on Impossible Hotels in 2015. The host Anthony tried to get the owners to realise their hotel was worth nothing the way it was. It was dirty and falling apart then. He got people in to clean the pool and did up 1 room to show them how a hotel room should be. Going by all the bad reviews since 2015 the owners haven't done the renovations required to make it a safe, comfortable and functioning hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You'd be better off sleeping in your cat than staying here. Good luck to anyone that does choose to stay. You are going to need it. Check out Impossible Hotels 2015 before you stay here. You will certainly change your mind and spend your money elsewhere.

How is this place still in operation? We were given keys to some else's room and they were never requested back, and then decided to argue about it be cause we "booked online" but finally convinced them to get us in a different room. They have 0 hotel emenities, terribly rude staff, dirty nasty rooms with doors that jam shut and wont open. And they also like to continuously beat on your door 15 minues BEFORE checkout to see if you're checking out. I'm a grown adult and didn't ask for a reminder or a wake up call. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

overnight to Dallas (4 couples) requiring 4 rooms. The rooms were disgusting, floors not vacuumed, ashes laying in headboard which had fallen almost off the wall. Bedding had stains/ dirty, mattresses appeared to have dried blood on the side of box springs. Toilet not secured to floor, flooring was filthy, cockroaches, no trash cans, disguising odor, not enough outlets. No towels/washcloths in room returned to front desk at approximately 9 pm ask to have bring towels/washcloths. Lady at desk at her children with her and very rude and said she would try and contact housekeeping. We NEVER saw anyone until we checked out this day 7/7/2018. Was the most disgusting hotel all of us have ever stayed overnight. Make notes to never make a reservation at Bossier Inn and Suites. I have photos to share with LA Health Department

Management is the worst I've ever encountered. I complained of water seeping from restroom air vent and CO-owner told me I couldn't switch rooms and asked what did I do to make water come from another room into my vent. THEN she was extremely rude to another gentleman as I walked away. Owner Reina is very rude, walks by all guest without speaking, and seeks to save money over fixing customer complaints/room issues

Typical low end motel. You get what you pay for. But if you're looking for Chinese food with great ambiance then check out the lucky palace restaurant. It's a hidden gem tucked into a 1.5 star hotel

This place is awful. Iā€™m pretty sure there was a camera in my smoke detector. Plus a huge hole behind the mirror that lead to a hallway

The worst property in Bossier. I arrived to false advertisements of a clean pool and a nice environment. The window are thick plastic, the pool is so dirty you can't swim, the toilets don't flush, the cleaning was horrible, and the smell was never-ending. Room worth 45 bucks at most. The best thing about this place is the lady at the front desk. She was nice and respectful while screwing you out of an undeserved 60bucks. Also no staff at night the put a chain and lock on the front door. They should burn this place to kill the germ spread.lol. I literally drove 3hrs home and couldn't spend a night here.

If zero stars were possible it would be perfect for this place. One of the nastiest places I have ever stayed, I left in the middle of my prepaid stay. Ew

Hotel had bed bugs, the place smelled and was super nasty! I would rather sleep in my car in the middle of winter than ti stay here again. How is this place still in business.

Booked a stay through Expedia for this hotel. They used outdated photos on the website. When I checked in to the hotel we were made to give our vehicle information before being allowed to have our keys. Once we got the keys we went to the room. There were several room doors open and unoccupied. Upon entering our room, the AC was not on, it was held up by 2x4s, there were stains on the walls, plaster from unfinished sheetrock on the walls, stains on the bed. We walked back to the desk, turned out keys in and went to find somewhere else to stay. They had several signs posted of no refunds and they stuck to that policy. If this property had been represented in the condition it is actually in, I would have never booked. $127 dollars isn't the biggest amount of money but this policy and they aren't doing anything to make the property better. I wish I would have taken photos but I was so appalled and disgusted by the condition of the property. Only giving 1 star because I have to.
