We got to the room and there were 4 lamps and only one of them had a light bulb so the room was dark and dingy. The air conditioner didn't work and the room was about 80 degrees. The television was not working either. They advertised and on site restaurant, of which there wasn't one. They also show an outdoor seating area, there was not one. The room smelled of smoke. We checked out and went to a different hotel. Very disappointing as it was not what it advertised it's self to be. We called down to the front desk twice the first time we were told someone would be right up, no one ever showed. Second time we were told person was on dinner break, that is when we went back to lobby and told them we were leaving.

Not a good stay. the first room i was that they gave me, was not clean. the shower rail was hanging from the wall. They gave me a new room. this room was as bad. i had to buy my own toilet paper. bot when i went to put is on the toilet paper holder. it came out of the wall. Then the next morning when i went to take a shower.the shower sprayed all over the bathroom. i notice the the shower head had been plastered on the shower pipe, with wall plaster. i also had no WIFI or cell service. i had to leave my room just to use my cell.. Also when i looked on line it said a on site restaurant but there was no on site restaurant. it has not been leased yet. So i had to go up the road to buy food.. but that's not the only thing online that's not true. Its said no smoking on property. that's not true. yes there's sings that say that. but why does that matter when the workers are smoking. Workers & guest were not just smoking cigarettes, but weed.. I would never stay here again. I wouldn't even give this hotel a single star..

Not only was I given a room that was NOT what I booked on like, I was given a room that smelled as if I walked into a bar, pure smoke and beer. I originally booked a room with a king size bed & sofa-bed NON SMOKING. I was given a room with two Queen beds that were all lopsided. The foot of both beds were leaning downwards, but more to one side. The tub had a ring around it with dirt. When I called the front desk to let the manager know that the room was wrong, first Alex tried to say that’s what I booked. I told him I was looking at my reservation on my phone as we spoke and he basically told me he didn’t believe me and wanted to see my phone. I then mentioned that I had called the hotel the night before to confirm everything and to ask if any of the rooms had a kitchenette and was told that some rooms did have and that she would put a note on my reservation so they would accommodate me when I arrived. Alex the manager claimed there was no notes in the system and told me that no rooms in the hotel had kitchenettes. Very disappointed. After driving a few hours with my two babies, 3 year old and 6 month old and husband, to arrive to such a disaster. I cancelled my stay and had to look for another hotel to stay in. Thankfully we ended up finding one not to far from there and the hotel was beautiful! Home2 suites by Hilton. A little more money but totally worth it!

Room booked for 4. 1 towel. Really? A room with 2 double beds... And you leave 1 towel... No soap. TV didn't work. Lamp in corner of room didn't work. Phone wasn't even plugged in or working. Only available outlet in the room was the one by the sink where the hair dryer was. Bathroom sink had black mold growing on it. Pictures made it look like a paradise. When I had to downgrade my room bc they had a fire and didn't have that room available anymore lady told me they were full because of 2 weddings... This is not a wedding hotel... The pics make it look like a paradise... But it's really just your standard side of the road motel style hotel. Feel like I way overpaid. It's the type of place is be ok pay $60 a night for.. glad we didn't end up with the room with the hot tub style bathtub bc I don't think I would've wanted to be in it anyways... Barely slept because of noises and anxiety and being kinda skeived out by the whole experience. I get they had a fire and had to relocate check-in, but the people doing check in were not very welcoming not did they make me feel like I was about to have a great experience.

The bed was amazing for being nice and firm . I stayed in room 155. My only complaint is the shower in room 155 only had cold water. I tried to get it warmer but it wouldn't go warmer. The dials on the ac unit were broken but I was able to turn it with my car key. Honestly I would go back for the nice bed. Water temps should be checked in the rooms to make sure people can get a warm shower. The soaps offered were by H2O. Very nice. Fridge worked fine and a worker gave me new batteries for my remote control for the tv.

This place is a dump. The first room had sticky floors. We were then moved to a second room. This room did not have sticky floors, but they were still dirty. There was ash on the floor next to the bed. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. The desk chair had stains all over it. The lights flickered. The bathtub didn't drain well. The walls were dirty. For some reason, most of the stuff in the room was unplugged. For the building itself, the majority of the lights were out. I pulled up to this place at night and it looked abandoned. I thought this place would be fine because of the price. Spend more money and stay somewhere else. This place was horrendous.

Just escaped one hour after checking in. I cannot believe hotel with such low sanitary standard could possibly exist. To name a few: -door with layers or dirty hand prints all around. -sticky and yellow shower curtain. -overfilled trashcan in the hallway, with old and new stains on the wall next to it. -towel rod covered with white stuff. -broken smoke detector. Not to say the water soaked ceiling and peeled furniture. I never give bad review for anything, this is the first time ever. Please stay way from this hotel!

I just came for Labor Day weekend and I guess I paid for what I got. My first time not reading the reviews before booking, out of desperation everything was booked because of the holiday. The pictures of course are lovely but the reality of it is that it need much external and internal maintenance, I have the perception that this is also a low income rental property for temporary live in stays. It’s crowded outside with guest or tenants. No house keeping, the pool was closed and look green, the ceiling was stained and drop ceiling hanging, it’s just old and dirty looking. I know it’s a difficult time during covid-19 but come on, I wanted to leave soon as we pulled up.

Like most have already said if it were possible to give zero stars that's what I would do. The problem started when we went to our rooms, immediately as we walked in there was black mold on the walls. I understand leaks happen, I can sympathize, but to allow such a thing to compromise an asthmatic guests health is shameful. Here is why I say they allowed this; 1. When cleaning said room it would've definitely been noticeable. 2. After we saw our rooms we were told there was no manager to speak to that day and no way to contact them. 3. We decided to leave the hotel because of the health concerns, mind you we didn't stay the night there, and were refused a refund and told we can call the hotel for a manager Sunday. When my wife finally got ahold of someone, instead of realizing the room jeopardized my child's life and simply return the money for services not rendered, they decided to tell my wife they simply do not need to refund the money because " it's a private hotel". Anyone that is desperate for a place to stay for the night, and have a vehicle, I suggest you find a quiet spot and sleep in your car for your safety. When and if I get a response to this like some have, I won't mind responding. Please everyone stay safe and avoid this place at all cost.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were tricked by beautiful pictures online of the hotel. But when we got there it was so ghetto. Nothing worked, no control for TV, the outlets didn't work, lamp didn't work. Dirty socks under the bed. The AC wasn't working properly. And you can't enjoy yourself without the other people knocking on the wall for you to stop!! By far the worst hotel I ever been in. They violating health code and regulations. There was mouse fices around!!

Concur with previous reviews of how unhealthy and unsafe this hotel is. Mold in bathroom and on door. Had to kill a big bug in bathroom. Carpet was damp. Had to forcibly push outer door closed to lock it. People yelling late at night. Parking lot sprinkled with garbage. Being far away, endured one night after going to purchase Lysol products. DO NOT STAY HERE. if under construction, should close until repairs are completed. Disservice to the customer.

Stay away from this hotel. I read reviews and tried to find someplace else but no one had vacancies. When I read the reviews I thought it can’t be that bad but it was and worse!!! No towels and when we went to the office they gave us one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. I should say rags. I said there’s two of us and they said that’s all they had. The pool was covered with emerald green scum. The outside side was littered and dingy. Our room was missing paint, only one light worked. I think if the Health Department would visit, they would be shutdown. STAY AWAY!! I put one star because I can’t submit with out picking a star and they don’t have negative stars.

The first room I was given had mold growing on the box spring and night stand, as well as gum on the wall. My second room had water damage in the far corner, but was an improvement from the other room. There was no working ice machine on the premises. The on-site bar and restaurant they advertise was being renovated with the fitness center. What was the fitness center was covered in mold. Oh and but to mention, the second room I got was cheaper than the first, she they never refunded me. Don't waste your time or money here. It's ROBBERY! Get a motel! REPLY: (To your response) I emailed twice asking how you justified charging me $164 for my room and never got a response. So thank you for finally responding. Furthermore, don't advertise or charge people for amenities listed on your website that you don't currently have.
