My family & I visited Broom's Bloom Dairy around 6pm on a Sunday to finish off the night with a cold treat. The tables were full outside but the store was pretty empty. We waiting in line for less than 5 minutes, found a table top for 4 and received our ice cream right away. The staff was welcoming, the store was pretty clean and the ice cream was delicious! I convinced myself that I needed a small but I should have chosen a mini-moo. They give you alot of ice cream and I couldn't finish it. We enjoyed ourselves and will return. Side note, as we were leaving around 7pm, the line was out the door all the way to the parking lot.

My cousin and his wife took me to this spot for ice cream. This little spot is in Bel Air, MD. I have never been, and judging from the length of the drive, I purchased 2 quarts for myself and hubby (Rum Raisin and Mocha Chip). My cousin's wife purchased quarts to take home, and we each got a couple of scoops of ice cream to go. We were able to sample the flavors beforehand and were given nice spoons. The flavors were on point and creamy. I didn't take photos of the spot but did snag a photo of the paper menu just in case we return, which we will for more ice cream and to try out their food. So worth the drive!!

This place has great food. Crab soup is thick with meat and vegetables. Delicious grilled cheese sandwich. Tuna sandwich is loaded. With the lunch specials you get a free little bowl of their great ice cream. We'll be back!

Well-organized set-up, friendly, conscientious staff, spacious waiting and eating areas, rustic decor, eco-conscious practices, lovely views of beautiful MD countryside, games, and runaround space for the kids, and did I mention DELICIOUS farm made ice cream?!?

Sunday, I took my daughter and her girlfriends to DC to see the Cherry Blossoms. Unfortunately, the cool weather impacted the blossoms a definite downer but one thing that made it all worth it was going to our favorite ice cream place, Bloom & Blum. I had a double scoop of the mocha chip and when they give you a 2 scoop dip it made the day worth it. Perfect combination of flavor, texture and great value. The beauty of this place is that each flavor is unique. Doesn't feel like a mass produced product. More of a homemade ice cream which it is. Later. I'd like to try their lunches. If the ice cream is excellent, I'm sure their lunches are just as good. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being excellent, I offer my rating of 100. It's that delicious even on a chilly day. It guarantees a smile everything! Chef Woo Can Chefwoocan.com

Perfect place to stop on a weekend afternoon with the kids to get ice cream. They had a nice selection of flavors available. There's a nice grassy field with picnic tables to sit at while eating your ice cream. In addition to ice cream, they have a selection of soups, sandwiches, quiches & more that you can order off their menu. Milk, cheeses, sausage & their packaged ice cream are available as well! We will definitely return!

A wonderful family-owned business with some fantastic ice cream...and more! Because of the nature of the business, their ice cream is super fresh and some of the best my family and I have ever tried. They also have very good pricing as you can get a small bowl (which is very large) for cheaper than you get at most chain stores. Highly recommend this beautiful little country ice cream shop!

I came from Tampa, FL. I've tried lots of ice cream. This place hands down, has the best I've tried! So creamy! It's better than many local shops in Tampa, and better than Jenni's ice cream too. It's such a natural and unmatched flavor, probably because the cows are in the fields behind the place. The owner (I think her name was Kate?) was kind and accommodating and allowed me to sample flavors and encouraged me to try more. Simply awesome! This is a must try location in Aberdeen, and probably all of Maryland imo. I had the Minced Meat Ice cream (no meat it all, it's actually akin to a rum raisin) and it was PHENOMENAL. I will be back!!!

Nice eatery nook on a farm and to grab other local farmer's goods too. I think they have THE best homemade ice cream with a variety of flavors... it's what brought me to this cozy friendly family owned gem.!
